a first circular rib plate for blocking the displacement of the first damping sleeve is arranged in the mounting seat; a second circular rib plate for blocking the displacement of the second damping sleeve is arranged in the suspension seat;
the first damping sleeve is sleeved in the mounting seat, the size of the first circular rib plate is smaller than that of one end of the first damping sleeve with a large size and larger than that of one end of the first damping sleeve with a small size, and two ends of the first damping sleeve respectively extend out of two ends of the first circular rib plate;
the second damping sleeve is sleeved in the suspension seat, the size of the second circular rib plate is smaller than the large-size end of the second damping sleeve, the size of the second circular rib plate is larger than the small-size end of the second damping sleeve, and the two ends of the second damping sleeve extend out of the two ends of the second circular rib plate respectively.

3. The vibration damping member of a washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first damping sleeve/the second damping sleeve are made of soft elastic materials, and the hardness of the soft elastic materials is selected according to the dewatering capacity of the washing machine.
4. The vibration damping member of a washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the hardness of the soft elastic material is less than Shore A40.
5. The vibration damping member of a washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the first damping sleeve/the second damping sleeve are integrally formed by polyurethane foaming materials.
