Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of clothes cleaning equipment, and particularly provides a positioning device for a washing machine drum and a drum washing machine. The invention aims to solve the problem of poor positioning accuracy of the washing machine drum caused by the fact that the positioning point of the washing machine drum cannot be accurately detected in the prior art. To this end, the positioning device of the washing machine drum of the invention comprises an optical signal emitter, an optical signal receiver and a light hole arranged on the washing machine pulley. The optical signal transmitter and the optical signal receiver are respectively arranged on two sides of the light hole, and only when the light hole rotates around the axle center of the belt pulley to the position aligned with the optical signal transmitter and the optical signal receiver, the optical signal receiver can receive the optical signal sent by the optical signal transmitter. Therefore, when the drum door of the positioning device of the invention is positioned, the positioning point is more easily and accurately detected, thereby improving the positioning precision of the washing machine drum.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of clothes cleaning equipment, and particularly provides a positioning device for a washing machine drum and a drum washing machine.
Background
At present, drum washing machines which are commonly used are of a side-opening type, but when the drum washing machines are used, users need to bend down or crouch down to put clothes into the drum from a side door of the washing machines or take the clothes out of the drum, and the use experience of the users (especially for old people) is affected.
For this purpose, a top-opening type drum washing machine (for example, a drum washing machine disclosed in patent application publication No. CN 1244730C) is used. The drum is also provided at a circumferential direction thereof with a drum door corresponding to the top-open door of the washing machine, and the drum is locked when the drum door is rotated to a position corresponding to the top-open door. In the prior art, the rotating position of the roller door is usually detected by a magnet arranged on a belt pulley and a Hall sensor arranged on an outer cylinder, but the roller door is often positioned inaccurately due to the poor consistency of the magnetic flux of the magnet.
Chinese patent application publication No. CN1514055A discloses an automatic positioning method and device for drum door of drum washing machine. In the apparatus, the position of the drum is detected by providing a light emitting device and a light shielding device. Specifically, the light emitted from the light emitting device is not shielded in a normal state, and when the drum is rotated to the door opening position, the light shielding device just blocks the light emitted from the light emitting device, thereby positioning the drum. However, problems still exist with this positioning device. Specifically, since the drum positioning is performed by blocking the optical signal, the optical blocking device must be made large enough, otherwise the detection is inaccurate due to light leakage. However, when the light shielding device is made relatively large, the positioning accuracy of the drum is adversely affected, and the drum cannot be accurately stopped at the position where the door is opened.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new washing machine drum positioning device that solves the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem in the prior art that the positioning point of the drum of the washing machine cannot be accurately detected, so that the positioning accuracy of the drum of the washing machine is poor, the present invention provides a positioning device for the drum of the washing machine, wherein the washing machine comprises a drum and a pulley which is connected with the drum and drives the drum to rotate, and the positioning device comprises: the signal emitter, the signal receiver and the through hole are arranged on the belt pulley; the signal emitter and the signal receiver are respectively positioned at two sides of the through hole, and when the through hole rotates to the position aligned with the signal emitter and the signal receiver along with the belt pulley, the signal receiver can receive a signal sent by the signal emitter so as to position the roller.
In a preferred technical solution of the above positioning device, the roller includes an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, and the pulley is connected to the inner cylinder and drives the inner cylinder to rotate.
In a preferred embodiment of the above positioning device, at least one of the signal transmitter and the signal receiver is disposed on the outer cylinder.
In a preferred embodiment of the above positioning device, the through hole is provided on a rim of the pulley.
In a preferred embodiment of the above positioning device, an axis of the through hole is parallel to an axis of the pulley.
In a preferred embodiment of the above positioning device, an axis of the through hole is perpendicular to an axis of the pulley.
In a preferred embodiment of the above positioning device, the through hole is provided on a spoke of the pulley.
In a preferred embodiment of the above positioning device, an axis of the through hole is parallel to an axis of the pulley.
In a preferred embodiment of the above positioning device, the signal transmitter and the signal receiver are an optical signal transmitter and an optical signal receiver, respectively.
In another aspect, the present invention further provides a drum washing machine, including the positioning device of any one of the above-mentioned preferred technical solutions.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the through hole is formed on the pulley, and the signal transmitter and the signal receiver are respectively disposed on both sides of the through hole, so that the signal receiver can only receive the signal transmitted by the signal transmitter through the through hole. Specifically, the signal receiver can receive the signal emitted by the signal emitter only when the through hole rotates to the position aligned with the signal emitter and the signal receiver around the axis of the belt pulley. In the case of allowing the signal to pass, the diameter of the through hole may be made small enough to allow the signal passing through the through hole to be concentrated on a small point, and when the point is used as a positioning point, the position information of the positioning point detected by the signal receiver is more accurate, thereby improving the positioning accuracy of the drum door of the washing machine.
In addition, compared with a signal shielding detection mode in CN1514055A, the technical scheme of the invention can adjust the size of the through hole according to the positioning precision requirement in practical application, so that the diameter of the through hole can be made small enough under the condition of ensuring the signal to pass through, the signal passing through the through hole is concentrated on a very small point, the position information of the positioning point detected by the signal receiver is more accurate, and the positioning precision of the washing machine drum door is obviously improved.

Further, although not shown in the drawings, the drum washing machine in the present embodiment mainly includes: the device comprises a roller, a belt pulley and a motor for driving the belt pulley to rotate. The positioning device comprises a signal transmitter, a signal receiver and a through hole arranged on the belt pulley. The signal transmitter and the signal receiver are respectively located on two sides of the through hole, and when the through hole rotates to the position aligned with the signal transmitter and the signal receiver along with the belt pulley, the signal receiver can receive a signal sent by the signal transmitter, so that the roller is positioned.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the signal transmitter is an optical signal transmitter and the signal receiver is an optical signal receiver. The through hole is a light-transmitting hole 23 provided on the pulley 2 as a through hole. Wherein, light signal transmitter and light signal receiver are located the both sides of light trap 23 respectively, and when light trap 23 rotated to the position with light signal transmitter and light signal receiver all aim at around the axle center of belt pulley 2, light signal that light signal transmitter sent can be received to light signal receiver. In addition, any other form of signal transmitter and signal receiver, such as an ultrasonic signal transmitter and an ultrasonic signal receiver, may be used as desired by those skilled in the art.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the optical signal transmitter is the light emitter of the photoelectric sensor 1, the optical signal receiver is the light receiver of the photoelectric sensor 1, and further, the photoelectric sensor 1 is a groove-type photoelectric sensor, so that the photoelectric sensor 1 can straddle the rim 22 of the pulley 2 when being fixed to the outer cylinder, so that the light emitter and the light receiver are respectively disposed at both sides of the pulley 2. Furthermore, any other feasible photoelectric sensor, such as a photoelectric sensor of a coherent type (the light emitter and the light receiver are separated), may be adopted by those skilled in the art according to the needs. One of the light emitter and the light receiver is provided at an end of the light transmission hole 23 facing away from the outer tube, and the other of the light emitter and the light receiver is provided on the outer tube.
Further, in addition to disposing the light-transmitting holes 23 at the positions of the rim 22 as shown in fig. 1, it is also possible for those skilled in the art to dispose the light-transmitting holes 23 on the rim 22 in the radial direction of the pulley 2 or to dispose the light-transmitting holes 23 on the spokes 21 as necessary.
In a possible embodiment, when the light-transmitting holes 23 are provided on the rim 22 in the radial direction of the pulley 2, the photosensor 1 is of the opposed type, one of the light emitter and the light receiver being placed on the inner side of the rim 22 and the other of the light emitter and the light receiver being placed on the outer side of the rim 22. For example, a light emitter is fixed to a position inside the rim 22 and aligned with the light transmission hole 23, a light receiver is fixed to an outside of the rim 22 and aligned with a rotation path of the light transmission hole 23, and the light receiver is fixed to the outer tub, and further, the light receiver is also located among the pulley 2, the motor, and the belt. It should be noted that the rotation path of the light hole 23 is a circular path of the light hole 23 around the pulley 2, and the light receiver is located on the circular path, so that the light hole 23 must reach a position aligned with the light receiver during a full rotation.
In another possible embodiment, when the light-transmitting holes 23 are provided on the spokes 21, the photosensor 1 is a counter-emitting photosensor, and the light emitter in this embodiment emits high-intensity infrared light or high-intensity ultraviolet light, so that the light receiver can receive the light signal of the light emitter only when the light receiver and the light emitter are closest to each other, thereby preventing interference from an external light source. One of the light emitter and the light receiver is disposed on the side of the spoke 21 facing away from the outer barrel, and the other of the light emitter and the light receiver is disposed on the outer barrel. For example, the light emitter is fixed to the spoke 21 at a position aligned with the light-transmitting hole 23, and the light receiver is fixed at a position corresponding to the rotational path of the light-transmitting hole 23.
In addition, although not shown in the drawings, the positioning device of the present invention further includes a locking device having a locking tongue capable of locking the pulley 2 by means of the locking tongue being caught in a groove provided on the pulley 2.
Further, although not shown in the drawings, the drum washing machine of the present embodiment further includes a washing machine controller and a motor controller, and the washing machine controller is in communication connection with the motor controller and the light receiver, respectively. The washing machine controller can send an instruction to the motor controller, and after the motor controller receives the instruction, the motor controller can control the motor to drive the belt pulley 2 to rotate.
The process of positioning the roller by the positioning device of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
When the drum washing machine completes the dehydration program, the washing machine controller sends an instruction to the motor controller, and the motor controller reduces the rotation speed of the motor connected with the belt pulley 2 according to the instruction and keeps the motor running at a low speed. Before the light-transmitting hole 23 is rotated to a position aligned with the photosensor 1, the light emitter and the light receiver of the photosensor 1 are shielded by the rim 22 of the pulley 2, and the light receiver outputs an OFF low level signal. When the light hole 23 rotates to the position aligned with the photoelectric sensor 1, the light receiver receives the light signal of the light emitter passing through the light hole, the light receiver outputs an ON high level signal to the washing machine controller, the washing machine controller gives an instruction to the motor controller according to the signal, and the motor controller enables the motor to stop rotating. At the same time or after the washing machine controller sends a motor rotation stopping command to the motor controller (for example, 0.5S delay), the washing machine controller controls the locking device to extend the bolt into the groove on the belt pulley 2. The inner drum is locked, and the positions of the washing machine door and the drum door are coincided or nearly coincided at the moment.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the light-transmitting hole 23 is formed on the pulley 2, and the light emitter and the light receiver are respectively disposed at both sides of the light-transmitting hole 23, so that the light receiver can only receive the light signal emitted from the light emitter through the light-transmitting hole. Therefore, the positioning point is more easily detected when the drum door is positioned by the positioning device of the invention, thereby improving the positioning precision of the drum door of the washing machine. And the technicians in the field can make the diameter as small as possible on the premise of ensuring that the light can pass through the light hole 23, so that the light signals passing through the through hole can be concentrated on a small point, and when the point is used as a positioning point, the position information of the positioning point detected by the light receiver is more accurate, thereby improving the positioning precision of the washing machine drum.
In addition, compared with the signal shielding detection mode in the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention can adjust the size of the light hole 23 according to the positioning precision requirement in practical application, so that the diameter of the light hole 23 can be made small enough under the condition of ensuring that the signal passes through, the signal passing through the light hole 23 is concentrated on a very small point, the position information of the positioning point detected by the signal receiver is more accurate, and the positioning precision of the washing machine drum door is obviously improved.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3, in a possible embodiment, the photo sensor 1 is a slot-type photo sensor, and the pulley 2 (e.g., the rim 22) is provided with a plurality (e.g., 4) of sequentially adjacent light-transmitting holes 23. After the washing machine finishes the dehydration program, the motor driving the inner drum of the washing machine to rotate is rotated at a low speed (if the rotating speed is V), the motor starts to decelerate when the photoelectric sensor 1 detects a first light hole (the current rotating speed of the motor is still V), the current rotating speed of the motor is 0.8V when the photoelectric sensor 1 detects a second light hole, the current rotating speed of the motor is 0.3V when the photoelectric sensor 1 detects a third light hole, and the current rotating speed of the motor is 0 when the photoelectric sensor 1 detects a fourth light hole, so that the motor stops rotating. The positioning precision of the washing machine drum can be effectively improved by respectively detecting the plurality of light holes. The brake torque of the inner cylinder can be reduced by detecting the rotating speed of the motor for the first time, and the locking tongue of the locking device is prevented from being bent or broken due to the inertia force of the inner cylinder when being inserted into the groove in the belt pulley 2.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.

1. A positioning device for a drum of a washing machine, the washing machine comprising the drum and a belt pulley connected with the drum and driving the drum to rotate, the drum comprising an inner drum and an outer drum, the belt pulley connected with the inner drum and driving the inner drum to rotate, the washing machine further comprising a motor, the motor being drivingly connected with the belt pulley, the positioning device comprising: the signal transmitter, the signal receiver and a plurality of sequentially adjacent through holes are arranged on the belt pulley;
the signal emitter and the signal receiver are respectively positioned at two sides of the through hole, and when the through hole rotates to the position aligned with the signal emitter and the signal receiver along with the belt pulley, the signal receiver can receive a signal sent by the signal emitter so as to position the roller;
wherein the through hole is provided on a rim of the pulley;
the signal emitter is a light emitter of a photoelectric sensor, the signal receiver is a light receiver of the photoelectric sensor, the photoelectric sensor is a groove-shaped photoelectric sensor, and can straddle the rim of the pulley when fixed to the tub;
when the groove-shaped photoelectric sensor detects the first through hole, the motor starts to decelerate, and when the last through hole is detected, the motor stops rotating, so that the positioning precision of the washing machine drum can be effectively improved by respectively detecting the through holes.
2. A positioning device for a drum of a washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the axis of the through hole is parallel to the axis of the pulley.
3. A positioning device for a drum of a washing machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the axis of the through hole is perpendicular to the axis of the pulley.
