Claims (1)

1. A production method of non-woven fabric with one-way elasticity is characterized in that a production line of the method comprises a feeding system, a screw extruder, a filtering system, a metering pump, a spinneret plate, a side cold air cooling system, a drafting device, a net curtain forming device, a hot rolling machine, an oven and a winding machine;
a screw extruder is arranged at the downstream of the feeding system, the feeding system is connected with the inlet end of the screw extruder, the outlet end of the screw extruder is connected with a filtering system, the downstream of the filtering system is connected with a metering pump, the downstream of the metering pump is connected with a spinneret plate, a side cold air cooling system is arranged below the spinneret plate, a drafting device is arranged below the side cold air cooling system, a net curtain forming device is arranged below the drafting device,
the metering pump, the spinneret plate, the side cold air cooling system and the drafting device are all arranged on the same vertical longitudinal axis;
a base fabric roll of spun-bonded nonwoven fabric having an elongation of 180% to 260% is arranged on the horizontal upstream side of the screen former,
the net curtain forming device is formed by driving a conveying belt to rotate by a net curtain forming conveying roller, the upper surface of the conveying belt forms a net curtain forming surface, an exhaust fan is arranged in the net curtain forming device below the net curtain forming surface, a base cloth roll of spun-bonded non-woven fabric with the elongation of 180% -260% outputs base cloth to the net curtain forming surface, and the exhaust fan exhausts air for the net curtain forming surface so as to lay primary fiber filaments on the base cloth through air flow to form a net curtain; spun-bonded and pre-pressed by a pre-pressing roller to attach the as-spun fiber filaments to the base cloth, and the net curtain integrally enters the downstream;
a hot rolling mill is arranged at the downstream of the net curtain former, the net curtain on the net curtain forming surface is penetrated into the hot rolling mill,
an upper roller, a lower roller, an upper winding roller and a lower winding roller are arranged in the hot rolling mill, the net curtain penetrates into the space between the upper roller and the lower roller for hot rolling and then passes through the upper winding roller and the lower winding roller to pass out of the hot rolling mill,
a drying oven is arranged at the downstream of the hot rolling mill, a folding drying winding roller is arranged in the drying oven, and the net curtain is wound to the folding drying winding roller for drying and then enters a winding machine for winding;
the method comprises the following steps:
(1) the method comprises the following steps of (1) pumping a propylene polymer elastomer raw material with a melt index of 48-52 g/10min to a screw extruder with a temperature of 180-270 ℃ in a vacuum manner through a feeding system for extrusion and melting to obtain a hot melt;
(2) filtering the hot melt through a filtering system at the temperature of 230-250 ℃ and the pressure of 5-10MPa, filtering out impurities, accurately metering the impurities through a metering pump, distributing the impurities to a spinneret plate, wherein the spinneret plate is provided with spinneret orifices with the pore diameters of 0.4-0.8mm, and spraying the hot melt into filaments through the spinneret orifices;
(3) cooling the yarn by a side cold air cooling system, and allowing the cooled yarn to enter a drafting device through an upper horn mouth of the drafting device for drafting to obtain a fiber with the fineness of 1.8-2.2 denier;
(4) the spunbonded non-woven fabric with the elongation rate of 180% -260% is used as base cloth and passes through a net curtain former and subsequent equipment, the fibers are scattered on the base cloth in disorder, an exhaust fan is arranged at the lower part of the net curtain former, the exhaust fan is used for downwards sucking and sucking air, the base cloth and the fibers are fixed on the net curtain former, a net curtain is formed after prepressing of a prepressing roller, and the net curtain is transmitted to a hot rolling mill through the rotation of a transmission roller;
(5) the net curtain is subjected to hot rolling compaction under the pressing effect of an upper roller and a lower roller, so that the elastic layer is not separated from the base cloth to form non-woven cloth, the temperature of a hot rolling mill is 110-130 ℃, and the non-woven cloth is conveyed to an oven through an upper winding roller and a lower winding roller;
(6) drying the non-woven fabric through an oven at the temperature of 30-40 ℃;
(7) and winding the dried non-woven fabric through a winding machine.
