本发明公开了一种鸸鹋油添加剂均匀布料器,应用在鸸鹋脂肪粗炼机中,所述布料器包括布料盘、布料盘拨片、弹簧以及设置在粗炼机主轴上的粗炼机主轴拨片,所述添加剂存放在布料盘内,所述布料盘的内端连接有布料盘拨片,所述布料盘拨片与设置在粗炼机主轴上的粗炼机主轴拨片位置相对应,且相配合使用,所述布料盘的下端面设置有用于添加剂漏出的孔,所述布料盘的外端连接有弹簧,弹簧与粗炼机的粗炼容器内壁连接。使用的时候,粗炼机主轴拨片随着粗炼机主轴的旋转而旋转,粗炼机主轴拨片碰撞布料盘拨片从而使得布料盘连接的弹簧变形,布料盘的晃动使得添加剂均匀加入到鸸鹋脂肪中,从而实现较好的搅拌效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及鸸鹋油加工设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种鸸鹋油添加剂均匀布料器。
背景技术
在鸸鹋油的加工过程中,需要使用鸸鹋脂肪粗炼机对鸸鹋脂肪进行粗炼,鸸鹋脂肪粗炼机设置有粗炼容器,贯穿粗炼容器中心部位的粗炼机主轴带动设置在粗炼机主轴上的搅拌叶片对鸸鹋脂肪进行粗炼,在粗炼的过程中需要加入添加剂,当前在加入添加剂的时候,通常采用人手投入的方式进行,采用这样的方式,添加剂投入的不均匀,从而影响粗炼的效果。

针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本申请提供了一种鸸鹋油添加剂均匀布料器。
为实现本申请的目的,本申请提供了一种鸸鹋油添加剂均匀布料器,应用在鸸鹋脂肪粗炼机中,所述布料器包括布料盘、布料盘拨片、弹簧以及设置在粗炼机主轴上的粗炼机主轴拨片,所述添加剂存放在布料盘内,所述布料盘的内端连接有布料盘拨片,所述布料盘拨片与设置在粗炼机主轴上的粗炼机主轴拨片位置相对应,且相配合使用,所述布料盘的下端面设置有用于添加剂漏出的孔,所述布料盘的外端连接有弹簧,弹簧与粗炼机的粗炼容器内壁连接。
与现有技术相比,本申请的优势在于,使用的时候,粗炼机主轴拨片随着粗炼机主轴的旋转而旋转,粗炼机主轴拨片碰撞布料盘拨片从而使得布料盘连接的弹簧变形,布料盘的晃动使得添加剂均匀加入到鸸鹋脂肪中,从而实现较好的搅拌效果。

应当说明的是,本申请中所述的“连接”和用于表达“连接”的词语,如“相连接”、“相连”等,其既可以指代某一部件与另一部件直接连接,也可以指代某一部件通过其他部件与另一部件相连接。
如图1-图3所示,本申请公开了一种鸸鹋油添加剂均匀布料器,应用在鸸鹋脂肪粗炼机中,所述布料器包括布料盘4、布料盘拨片3、弹簧5以及设置在粗炼机主轴2上的粗炼机主轴拨片6,所述添加剂存放在布料盘4内,所述布料盘4的内端连接有布料盘拨片3,所述布料盘拨片3与设置在粗炼机主轴2上的粗炼机主轴拨片6位置相对应,且相配合使用,所述布料盘4的下端面设置有用于添加剂漏出的孔,所述布料盘4的外端连接有弹簧5,弹簧5与粗炼机的粗炼容器1内壁连接。
其中,布料盘4设置有腔体,腔体内装有添加剂,布料盘下端面上设置有用于添加剂通过的孔。布料盘的形状不限定,可以为扇形。
使用的时候,在粗炼机的粗炼容器中加入脂肪,溶化后,将装有添加剂的布料盘安装在粗炼机的粗炼容器内的内壁上,开动搅拌,主轴上的粗炼机主轴拨片与布料盘拨片接触后,弹簧变形,粗炼机主轴拨片与布料盘拨片分离,弹簧复位,在这个过程中,布料盘的晃动使得添加剂从布料盘内脱落出,加入到融化的鸸鹋脂肪中。
其中,本申请还提供了一种弹簧与粗炼容器壁的连接结构,所述弹簧5的一端连接有框型挂钩7,所述粗炼机的粗炼容器1内壁连接有L型卡块8,所述框型挂钩7挂入所述L型卡块8形成的槽内,可拆卸连接,当需要更换不同目数的布料盘4的时候,将挂钩7从L型卡块8上拆卸下来,更换上新的布料盘4。
其中,所述布料盘4的下端面设置的用于添加剂漏出的孔均匀设置,均匀设置效果更好。
其中,所述布料盘4的下端面设置的用于添加剂漏出的孔的目数大于等于 80目。

1.一种鸸鹋油添加剂均匀布料器,其特征在于,应用在鸸鹋脂肪粗炼机中,所述布料器包括布料盘、布料盘拨片、弹簧以及设置在粗炼机主轴上的粗炼机主轴拨片,所述添加剂存放在布料盘内,所述布料盘的内端连接有布料盘拨片,所述布料盘拨片与设置在粗炼机主轴上的粗炼机主轴拨片位置相对应,且相配合使用,所述布料盘的下端面设置有用于添加剂漏出的孔,所述布料盘的外端连接有弹簧,弹簧与粗炼机的粗炼容器内壁连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鸸鹋油添加剂均匀布料器,其特征在于,所述弹簧的一端连接有框型挂钩,所述粗炼机的粗炼容器内壁连接有L型卡块,所述框型挂钩挂入所述L型卡块形成的槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鸸鹋油添加剂均匀布料器,其特征在于,所述布料盘的下端面设置的用于添加剂漏出的孔均匀设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种鸸鹋油添加剂均匀布料器,其特征在于,所述布料盘的下端面设置的用于添加剂漏出的孔的目数大于等于80目。
