本发明涉及一种防冻广告材料,属于广告技术领域。本发明的防冻广告材料包括:聚乙烯80~86重量份;碳酸钙5~10重量份,聚丙烯酰胺3~5重量份,乙基纤维素3~5重量份,抗冻剂1~5重量份,发泡剂0.5~1.8重量份。本发明的防冻广告材料抗冻,温度低时也不易结冰,抗冻融,可作为室外广告的材料。本发明的防冻广告材料制作方便,工艺简单,有利于推广应用。

本发明涉及一种防冻广告材料,属于广告技术领域。
背景技术
广告材料是广告的载体,现有的广告形式多样,有图像、文字、视频、音频等,其中图文形式的广告最常见。很多图文形式的广告、路标设置在室外,甚至野外,常常会面临低温条件。低温易损坏广告材料,从而减少其使用寿命。
聚乙烯无臭,无毒,具有优良的耐低温性能,化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀。常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性优良。
发明内容
本发明要解决的第一个技术问题是提供一种防冻广告材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的防冻广告材料包括:聚乙烯80~86重量份;碳酸钙5~10重量份,聚丙烯酰胺3~5重量份,乙基纤维素3~5重量份,抗冻剂1~5重量份,发泡剂0.5~1.8重量份。
进一步地,所述发泡剂选自三氯氟甲烷、二氯二氟甲烷、环戊烷和异戊烷中的一种或几种的混合。
进一步地,所述抗冻剂为2,2,2-亚硝基三乙醇0.15~0.17wt%、硝酸钠0.09~0.12wt%、苯并三唑胺盐0.05~0.08wt%,其余为乙二醇的混合物。
进一步地,所述防冻广告材料由以下方法制备得到:
a.称取物料,将聚乙烯与聚丙烯酰胺混匀;
b.将碳酸钙和乙基纤维素混匀;
c.将a步骤和b步骤中混合后的物料、以及抗冻剂混合于100~110℃下混炼5~8分钟,加入发泡剂,在120~140℃下混炼8~12分钟,冷却到80~85℃,保持80~85℃,0.5~0.6Mpa 15~20分钟即得到防冻广告材料。

c.将a步骤和b步骤中混合后的物料、以及抗冻剂混合于100~110℃下混炼5~8分钟,加入发泡剂,在120~140℃下混炼8~12分钟,冷却到80~85℃,保持80~85℃,0.5~0.6Mpa 15~20分钟即得到防冻广告材料。
有益效果:本发明的防冻广告材料抗冻,温度低时也不易结冰,抗冻融,可作为室外广告的材料。
本发明的防冻广告材料制作方便,工艺简单,有利于推广应用。

取2,2,2-亚硝基三乙醇0.2g、硝酸钠0.12g、苯并三唑胺盐0.08g,乙二醇120g混合得到抗冻剂。
称取聚乙烯80重量份,碳酸钙8重量份,聚丙烯酰胺4重量份,乙基纤维素4重量份,抗冻剂5重量份,环戊烷1重量份。
a.将聚乙烯与聚丙烯酰胺混匀;
b.将碳酸钙和乙基纤维素混匀;
c.将a步骤和b步骤中混合后的物料、以及抗冻剂混合于100℃下混炼7分钟,加入环戊烷,在130℃下混炼10分钟,冷却到80℃,保持80℃,0.5Mpa,20分钟即得到防冻广告材料。
实施例2
取2,2,2-亚硝基三乙醇0.2g、硝酸钠0.12g、苯并三唑胺盐0.08g,乙二醇120g混合得到抗冻剂。
称取聚乙烯85重量份,碳酸钙5重量份,聚丙烯酰胺3重量份,乙基纤维素4重量份,抗冻剂5重量份,异戊烷1重量份。
a.将聚乙烯与聚丙烯酰胺混匀;
b.将碳酸钙和乙基纤维素混匀;
c.将a步骤和b步骤中混合后的物料、以及抗冻剂混合于110℃下混炼5分钟,加入异戊烷,在120℃下混炼10分钟,冷却到80℃,保持80℃,0.6Mpa,15分钟即得到防冻广告材料。

Claims (5)

1.防冻广告材料,其特征在于,所述防冻广告材料包括:聚乙烯80~86重量份;碳酸钙5~10重量份,聚丙烯酰胺3~5重量份,乙基纤维素3~5重量份,抗冻剂1~5重量份,发泡剂0.5~1.8重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防冻广告材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂选自三氯氟甲烷、二氯二氟甲烷、环戊烷和异戊烷中的一种或几种的混合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防冻广告材料,其特征在于,所述抗冻剂为2,2,2-亚硝基三乙醇0.15~0.17wt%、硝酸钠0.09~0.12wt%、苯并三唑胺盐0.05~0.08wt%,其余为乙二醇的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1—3任一项所述的防冻广告材料,其特征在于,所述防冻广告材料由以下方法制备得到:
a.称取物料,将聚乙烯与聚丙烯酰胺混匀;
b.将碳酸钙和乙基纤维素混匀;
c.将a步骤和b步骤中混合后的物料、以及抗冻剂混合于100~110℃下混炼5~8分钟,加入发泡剂,在120~140℃下混炼8~12分钟,冷却到80~85℃,保持80~85℃,0.5~0.6Mpa 15~20分钟即得到防冻广告材料。
5.根据权利要求1—4任一项所述的防冻广告材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法的工艺如下:
