背景技术

本发明提供了如下的技术方案:一种节能隔热保温砖,包括以下份计的原料:水泥60~70份、氧化铝空心球45~55份、铝矾土熟料35~40份、膨胀珍珠岩25~35份、水渣微粉25~30份、陶瓷废泥粉料10~20份、木屑废渣粉料10~15份、有机聚合物细粉10~15份、石棉2~10份、氢氧化镁2~10份、植物秸秆粉2~8份、助剂5~15份和水200~250份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:助烧剂2~6份、结合剂1~4份、减水剂1~3份和稳泡剂1~2份。
优选地,包括以下份计的原料:水泥65份、氧化铝空心球50份、铝矾土熟料37份、膨胀珍珠岩30份、水渣微粉27份、陶瓷废泥粉料15份、木屑废渣粉料12.5份、有机聚合物细粉12.5份、石棉6份、氢氧化镁6份、植物秸秆粉5份、助剂10份和水225份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:助烧剂4份、结合剂2.5份、减水剂2份和稳泡剂1.5份。
优选地,所述水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥、高铝水泥和铝酸盐水泥中的任一种,所述氧化铝空心球中Al2O3含量为97~98wt%,容重为0.6~0.8g/cm3。
优选地,所述铝矾土熟料中Al2O3的含量为50~70wt%,所述陶瓷废泥粉料为陶瓷墙地砖制品在生产加工抛光过程中产生的废水、磨屑、砖屑以及污水中很难沉淀的微粒悬浮物,经过添加无机絮凝剂处理后产生的固体废弃物,经过脱水、干燥、分选、磁选去除废金属、粉碎、筛分后制成粒径为0.2~1.2mm的粉料。
优选地,所述木屑废渣粉料为各种木材在加工过程中产生的木屑和废渣,经过分选、磁选去除废金属、再经干燥、粉碎、筛分后制成粒径为3~4mm的粉料。
优选地,所述有机聚合物细粉为酒糟、淀粉和糊精中的一种或者几种。
优选地,所述植物秸秆粉的制备方法为:将植物秸杆放入粉碎机粉碎,纤维长度控制为3~4mm,干燥至含水率为2~5%,得到植物秸秆粉。
优选地,所述助烧剂为TiO2微粉或者Cr2O3微粉,所述结合剂为水玻璃、硅溶胶和木质素磺酸钙中的一种或者几种,所述减水剂为萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物,所述的稳泡剂为硬脂酸钠。
本发明中还提供一种节能隔热保温砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、原料研磨
按照配比称取铝矾土熟料、膨胀珍珠岩、陶瓷废泥粉料、木屑废渣粉料、有机聚合物细粉、石棉、水渣微粉、氢氧化镁和植物秸秆粉,研磨并过100~120目筛,得到细粉,备用;
(2)、原料混合
按照配比称取剩余原料与步骤(1)得到的细粉混合,搅拌均匀得到混合后的原料,备用;
(3)、压制成型
采用压力机对步骤(2)混合后的原料压制成型,压制时间为10~15秒,得到半成品;
(4)、养护
将步骤(3)压制后的半成品在常温下进行养护处理,养护时间为2~4天;
(5)、高温煅烧
将步骤(4)养护后的半成品进行高温煅烧处理,煅烧温度为700~1300℃,高温煅烧时间为5~10h,煅烧后得到所述节能隔热保温砖。
本发明的有益效果:抗压强度高、不开裂,保温隔热,防火性能好,制备方法简单,易操作,原料来源广泛,节约能源,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益,具体如下:
(1)、本发明中添加的水渣微粉,是指用水渣加工制成微粉,水渣是把热熔状态的高炉渣置于水中急速冷却的产物,把水渣经过烘干,研磨制成的粉料即为水渣微粉,在本发明的节能隔热保温砖中添加水渣微粉,不但可以减少成本,还可以降低烧结温度;
(2)、本发明中添加陶瓷废泥粉料,改善了现在市场上陶瓷废料量大、利用率低的情况,节能环保,提高整体的保温隔热性能,同时又降低了制备成本,提高经济效益;
(3)、本发明中添加的氧化铝空心球,耐火、轻质以及保温隔热,利用了封闭空腔热阻大的特点,隔热效果好,强度大,使用温度高,荷重软化点高;添加的有机聚合物细粉,加热分解后形成较多的微小气孔,提高了热震稳定性和降低热导率,使本发明的节能隔热保温砖比其他轻质砖致密基质更轻,因此隔热效果要优于现有保温砖;
(4)、本发明中添加铝矾土熟料和膨胀珍珠岩,起到骨料作用,使砖体在成型过程中不易开裂,成品率高;添加氢氧化镁,提高了整体的耐火性;添加的木屑废渣粉料,有机物质较高,经燃烧后将在砖坯中产生大量的微小气孔,具有良好的保温性和隔热性能,即废弃物再生利用的同时保护了环境;
(5)、本发明生产工艺简单,无三废排放,符合国家节能减排、发展低碳经济和循环经济政策
(6)、本发明中添加植物秸秆粉,在焙烧过程中形成大量的微孔,另外,可以利用廉价的、资源量丰富的植物秸杆,同时解决了农村燃烧秸杆所带来的环境污染问题,达到了即绿色环保、综合利用的效果。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种节能隔热保温砖,包括以下份计的原料:水泥60份、氧化铝空心球45份、铝矾土熟料35份、膨胀珍珠岩25份、水渣微粉25份、陶瓷废泥粉料10份、木屑废渣粉料10份、有机聚合物细粉10份、石棉2份、氢氧化镁2份、植物秸秆粉2份、助剂5份和水200份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:助烧剂2份、结合剂1份、减水剂1份和稳泡剂1份。

将步骤(4)养护后的半成品进行高温煅烧处理,煅烧温度为700℃,高温煅烧时间为5h,煅烧后得到所述节能隔热保温砖。
实施例2
一种节能隔热保温砖,包括以下份计的原料:水泥70份、氧化铝空心球55份、铝矾土熟料40份、膨胀珍珠岩35份、水渣微粉30份、陶瓷废泥粉料20份、木屑废渣粉料15份、有机聚合物细粉15份、石棉10份、氢氧化镁10份、植物秸秆粉8份、助剂15份和水250份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:助烧剂6份、结合剂4份、减水剂3份和稳泡剂2份。
其中,所述水泥为高铝水泥,所述氧化铝空心球中Al2O3含量为98wt%,容重为0.8g/cm3。
其中,所述铝矾土熟料中Al2O3的含量为70wt%,所述陶瓷废泥粉料为陶瓷墙地砖制品在生产加工抛光过程中产生的废水、磨屑、砖屑以及污水中很难沉淀的微粒悬浮物,经过添加无机絮凝剂处理后产生的固体废弃物,经过脱水、干燥、分选、磁选去除废金属、粉碎、筛分后制成粒径为1.2mm的粉料。
其中,所述木屑废渣粉料为各种木材在加工过程中产生的木屑和废渣,经过分选、磁选去除废金属、再经干燥、粉碎、筛分后制成粒径为4mm的粉料。
其中,所述有机聚合物细粉为淀粉。
其中,所述植物秸秆粉的制备方法为:将植物秸杆放入粉碎机粉碎,纤维长度控制为4mm,干燥至含水率为5%,得到植物秸秆粉。
其中,所述助烧剂为Cr2O3微粉,所述结合剂为硅溶胶,所述减水剂为萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物,所述稳泡剂为硬脂酸钠。
本实施例中还提供一种节能隔热保温砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、原料研磨
按照配比称取铝矾土熟料、膨胀珍珠岩、陶瓷废泥粉料、木屑废渣粉料、有机聚合物细粉、石棉、水渣微粉、氢氧化镁和植物秸秆粉,研磨并过120目筛,得到细粉,备用;
(2)、原料混合
按照配比称取剩余原料与步骤(1)得到的细粉混合,搅拌均匀得到混合后的原料,备用;
(3)、压制成型
采用压力机对步骤(2)混合后的原料压制成型,压制时间为15秒,得到半成品;
(4)、养护
将步骤(3)压制后的半成品在常温下进行养护处理,养护时间为4天;
(5)、高温煅烧
将步骤(4)养护后的半成品进行高温煅烧处理,煅烧温度为1300℃,高温煅烧时间为10h,煅烧后得到所述节能隔热保温砖。
实施例3
一种节能隔热保温砖,包括以下份计的原料:水泥65份、氧化铝空心球50份、铝矾土熟料37份、膨胀珍珠岩30份、水渣微粉27份、陶瓷废泥粉料15份、木屑废渣粉料12.5份、有机聚合物细粉12.5份、石棉6份、氢氧化镁6份、植物秸秆粉5份、助剂10份和水225份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:助烧剂4份、结合剂2.5份、减水剂2份和稳泡剂1.5份。
其中,所述水泥为铝酸盐水泥,所述氧化铝空心球中Al2O3含量为98wt%,容重为0.7g/cm3。
其中,所述铝矾土熟料中Al2O3的含量为60wt%,所述陶瓷废泥粉料为陶瓷墙地砖制品在生产加工抛光过程中产生的废水、磨屑、砖屑以及污水中很难沉淀的微粒悬浮物,经过添加无机絮凝剂处理后产生的固体废弃物,经过脱水、干燥、分选、磁选去除废金属、粉碎、筛分后制成粒径为0.7mm的粉料。
其中,所述木屑废渣粉料为各种木材在加工过程中产生的木屑和废渣,经过分选、磁选去除废金属、再经干燥、粉碎、筛分后制成粒径为3.5mm的粉料。
其中,所述有机聚合物细粉为糊精。
其中,所述植物秸秆粉的制备方法为:将植物秸杆放入粉碎机粉碎,纤维长度控制为3.5mm,干燥至含水率为3%,得到植物秸秆粉。
其中,所述助烧剂为TiO2微粉,所述结合剂为木质素磺酸钙,所述减水剂为萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物,所述稳泡剂为硬脂酸钠。
本实施例中还提供一种节能隔热保温砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、原料研磨
按照配比称取铝矾土熟料、膨胀珍珠岩、陶瓷废泥粉料、木屑废渣粉料、有机聚合物细粉、石棉、水渣微粉、氢氧化镁和植物秸秆粉,研磨并过110目筛,得到细粉,备用;
(2)、原料混合
按照配比称取剩余原料与步骤(1)得到的细粉混合,搅拌均匀得到混合后的原料,备用;
(3)、压制成型
采用压力机对步骤(2)混合后的原料压制成型,压制时间为12秒,得到半成品;
(4)、养护
将步骤(3)压制后的半成品在常温下进行养护处理,养护时间为3天;
(5)、高温煅烧
将步骤(4)养护后的半成品进行高温煅烧处理,煅烧温度为1000℃,高温煅烧时间为7h,煅烧后得到所述节能隔热保温砖。

1.一种节能隔热保温砖,其特征在于,包括以下份计的原料:水泥60~70份、氧化铝空心球45~55份、铝矾土熟料35~40份、膨胀珍珠岩25~35份、水渣微粉25~30份、陶瓷废泥粉料10~20份、木屑废渣粉料10~15份、有机聚合物细粉10~15份、石棉2~10份、氢氧化镁2~10份、植物秸秆粉2~8份、助剂5~15份和水200~250份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:助烧剂2~6份、结合剂1~4份、减水剂1~3份和稳泡剂1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能隔热保温砖,其特征在于,包括以下份计的原料:水泥65份、氧化铝空心球50份、铝矾土熟料37份、膨胀珍珠岩30份、水渣微粉27份、陶瓷废泥粉料15份、木屑废渣粉料12.5份、有机聚合物细粉12.5份、石棉6份、氢氧化镁6份、植物秸秆粉5份、助剂10份和水225份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:助烧剂4份、结合剂2.5份、减水剂2份和稳泡剂1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能隔热保温砖,其特征在于,所述水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥、高铝水泥和铝酸盐水泥中的任一种,所述氧化铝空心球中Al2O3含量为97~98wt%,容重为0.6~0.8g/cm3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的节能隔热保温砖,其特征在于,所述铝矾土熟料中Al2O3的含量为50~70wt%,所述陶瓷废泥粉料为陶瓷墙地砖制品在生产加工抛光过程中产生的废水、磨屑、砖屑以及污水中很难沉淀的微粒悬浮物,经过添加无机絮凝剂处理后产生的固体废弃物,经过脱水、干燥、分选、磁选去除废金属、粉碎、筛分后制成粒径为0.2~1.2mm的粉料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的节能隔热保温砖,其特征在于,所述木屑废渣粉料为各种木材在加工过程中产生的木屑和废渣,经过分选、磁选去除废金属、再经干燥、粉碎、筛分后制成粒径为3~4mm的粉料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的节能隔热保温砖,其特征在于,所述有机聚合物细粉为酒糟、淀粉和糊精中的一种或者几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的节能隔热保温砖,其特征在于,所述植物秸秆粉的制备方法为:将植物秸杆放入粉碎机粉碎,纤维长度控制为3~4mm,干燥至含水率为2~5%,得到植物秸秆粉。
8.根据权利要求1所述的节能隔热保温砖,其特征在于,所述助烧剂为TiO2微粉或者Cr2O3微粉,所述结合剂为水玻璃、硅溶胶和木质素磺酸钙中的一种或者几种,所述减水剂为萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物,所述稳泡剂为硬脂酸钠。
9.一种根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的节能隔热保温砖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、原料研磨
按照配比称取铝矾土熟料、膨胀珍珠岩、陶瓷废泥粉料、木屑废渣粉料、有机聚合物细粉、石棉、水渣微粉、氢氧化镁和植物秸秆粉,研磨并过100~120目筛,得到细粉,备用;
(2)、原料混合
按照配比称取剩余原料与步骤(1)得到的细粉混合,搅拌均匀得到混合后的原料,备用;
(3)、压制成型
采用压力机对步骤(2)混合后的原料压制成型,压制时间为10~15秒,得到半成品;
(4)、养护
将步骤(3)压制后的半成品在常温下进行养护处理,养护时间为2~4天;
(5)、高温煅烧
