本发明涉及水泥辅料生产技术领域,特别是涉及一种复合石膏。
背景技术
石膏是单斜晶系矿物,是主要化学成分为硫酸钙(CaSO4)的水合物。石膏是一种用途广泛的工业材料和建筑材料。可用于水泥缓凝剂、石膏建筑制品、模型制作、医用食品添加剂、硫酸生产、纸张填料、油漆填料等。我国是世界水泥助磨剂产品应用的主要市场,水泥缓凝剂经常要采用石膏,现在的水泥生产中常采用石膏、脱硫石膏等,这种石膏生产出的水泥强度不够高,熟料配比相对较高,不利于水泥的生产和使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有技术的缺陷,设计了一种复合石膏。
本发明所要求解决的技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种复合石膏,由下列组分制成:磷渣粉(53%-58%)、矿渣粉(17%-22%)、明矾粉(16%-23%)、石灰石粉(5%-6%)和其它。
所述磷渣粉组分取56%。
所述矿渣粉组分取20%。
所述明矾粉组分取20%。
所述石灰石粉组分取5.5%。
本发明所公开的复合石膏,可替代现水泥生产中的石膏、脱硫石膏等,且可提高水泥强度1-2个兆帕,实现了天然石膏的替代品,且可降低水泥中熟料的配比2%-3%。
