As is known, labelling machines are devices for applying labels (paper or metal foil) to defined packaging containers by means of adhesives, which are an integral part of modern packaging. The labeler replaces manual labeling, thereby greatly reducing the burden of workers and improving the labeling efficiency, so that the labeler is widely popularized in various industries.
However, in the existing labeling machine, because the labeling head is not designed reasonably, the problems of air bubbles and the like are often generated in the labeling process; due to the presence of the bubbles, the labeling effect and the appearance are affected, and the firmness between the label and the object to be labeled is affected.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a vacuum labeling head that can solve the problem of bubbles generated during labeling process to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.

The invention aims to provide a vacuum labeling head capable of solving the problem of bubble generation in the labeling process.
In order to achieve the purpose, the vacuum labeling head comprises a frame body, a vacuum shaft, a driver, a vacuum cover, an elastic piece and a suction head. The vacuum shaft is arranged on the frame body in an axial sliding manner and is provided with a label extending position and a retraction avoiding position relative to the frame body, the driver is used for driving the vacuum shaft to switch between the label extending position and the retraction avoiding position, the driver is arranged on the frame body, and the first end of the vacuum shaft in the axial direction is connected with the output end of the driver; the vacuum cover is sleeved on the vacuum shaft and slides relative to the vacuum shaft along the axial direction of the vacuum shaft, and a sealing ring is arranged between the inner wall of the vacuum cover and the outer wall of the vacuum shaft; the elastic piece is connected between the frame body and the vacuum cover, and the elastic piece constantly has a tendency of driving the vacuum cover to slide along the axial direction of the vacuum shaft to enable the axial second end of the vacuum shaft at the retraction avoiding position to retract into the vacuum cover; the suction attaching head is positioned in the vacuum cover and is arranged on the end part of the second end of the vacuum shaft in the axial direction.

The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and preferred embodiments, to which, however, embodiments of the invention are not restricted.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the vacuum bonding head 100 of the present invention includes a frame 10, a vacuum shaft 20, a driver 30, a vacuum cover 40, an elastic member 60, and a suction bonding head 70. The vacuum shaft 20 is slidably disposed on the frame 10 along an axial direction (indicated by a double arrow) thereof, such that the vacuum shaft 20 has an extended labeling position and a retracted avoiding position as shown in fig. 4 during the sliding process relative to the frame 10; specifically, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the vacuum shaft 20 has an axial channel 21 and a radial channel 22 communicating with each other inside, the axial channel 21 penetrates through a second end of the vacuum shaft 20 in the axial direction, such as a lower end of the vacuum shaft 20 in fig. 4, the radial channel 22 penetrates through a sidewall of a first end of the vacuum shaft 20 in the axial direction, such as a sidewall of an upper end of the vacuum shaft 20 in fig. 4, and the radial channel 22 is externally connected with a label vacuum connector 23, the label vacuum connector 23 is located between the vacuum cover 40 and the frame body 10 in the axial direction of the vacuum shaft 20, so as to prevent the vacuum cover 40 from interfering with the label vacuum connector 23 during sliding relative to the vacuum shaft 20, which is beneficial to reliability of relative sliding between the vacuum cover 40 and the vacuum shaft 20, and is connected with an external vacuum generating device through the label vacuum connector 23, so that a vacuum is pumped to the vacuum shaft 20 to generate a vacuum to the label 70, and the label is removed by the label 70 through the vacuum, but not limited thereto. It can be understood that, since the suction head 70 can suck the label when the vacuum shaft 20 is vacuumized, the suction head 70 is provided with a vacuum suction hole (not shown) communicated with the vacuum shaft 20, and the vacuum suction hole is communicated with the axial channel 21 of the vacuum shaft 20; the structure of the vacuum suction hole formed in the suction head 70 is well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described herein.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the driver 30 is installed on the frame 10 and the output end is connected to a first axial end (e.g. upper end) of the vacuum shaft 20 for driving the vacuum shaft 20 to switch between the extended labeling position and the retracted avoiding position; specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, preferably, the actuator 30 is an air cylinder, and an output end of the air cylinder passes through the frame body 10 and is connected to the vacuum shaft 20, so as to match an extending labeling position and a retracting avoiding position of the vacuum shaft 20 by using two limit positions of the air cylinder, that is, when the piston rod 32 of the air cylinder is located at the extending limit position relative to the cylinder body 31, the piston rod 32 at this time drives the vacuum shaft 20 to move forward to the extending labeling position, and when the piston rod 32 of the air cylinder is located at the retracting limit position, the piston rod 32 at this time drives the vacuum shaft 20 to move forward to the retracting avoiding position; for example, as shown in fig. 4, the piston rod 32 passes through the frame body 10 downward along the axial direction of the vacuum shaft 20 and is fixed with the vacuum shaft 20, and the cylinder 31 is assembled with two air joints 33, but not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 4, the vacuum cover 40 is sleeved on the vacuum shaft 20 and slides relative to the vacuum shaft 20 along the axial direction of the vacuum shaft 20, and a sealing ring 60 is arranged between the inner wall of the vacuum cover 40 and the outer wall of the vacuum shaft 20, so as to seal the space between the inner wall of the vacuum cover 40 and the outer wall of the vacuum shaft 20 by means of the sealing ring 60, so that the inside of the vacuum cover 40 has a condition of forming a vacuum environment; specifically, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the sealing rings 60 are arranged one above the other along the axial direction of the vacuum shaft 20, so as to increase the sealing reliability between the vacuum housing 40 and the vacuum shaft 20; meanwhile, an inner vacuum joint 41 communicated with the inside of the vacuum cover 40 is assembled on the side wall of the vacuum cover 40, and the sealing ring 6 is located between the label suction vacuum joint 23 and the inner vacuum joint 41 along the axial direction of the vacuum shaft 20 when the vacuum shaft 20 is located at the retraction avoiding position as shown in fig. 4, so that a vacuum environment can be generated when the inner vacuum joint 41 located below the sealing ring 60 of the vacuum cover 40 is communicated with an external vacuum generating device, and the suction attachment head 70 is located under the vacuum environment generated by the vacuum cover 40 to work, but not limited to this; for example, the outer contour of the vacuum housing 40 is circular to facilitate the manufacturing of the vacuum housing 40 and the close contact between the vacuum housing 40 and the labeled object; the sealing ring 60 is embedded on the outer wall of the vacuum shaft 20, and is assembled with the vacuum shaft 20 and slides along with the vacuum shaft 20, so as to further improve the sealing reliability between the vacuum shaft 20 and the vacuum cover 40, but not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the elastic member 60 is connected between the frame body 10 and the vacuum cover 40, such that the elastic member 60 has a tendency to drive the vacuum cover 40 to slide axially along the vacuum shaft 20 to retract the axial second end (i.e., the lower end) of the vacuum shaft 20 located at the retracted, retracted position into the vacuum cover 40, that is, in a normal state, the lower end of the vacuum shaft 20 located at the retracted, retracted position is retracted into the vacuum cover 40, so that the vacuum cover 40 is first attached to the object during labeling; specifically, in order to ensure the reliability of the sliding movement of the vacuum cover 40 relative to the frame body 10, the vacuum labeling head 100 of the present invention further comprises guide members 80 arranged along the axial direction of the vacuum shaft 20, wherein the guide members 80 sequentially penetrate the frame body 10, the elastic member 60 and the vacuum cover 40 together, preferably, the guide members 80 are respectively arranged along the circumferential direction of the vacuum shaft 20 at equal intervals, and each guide member 80 corresponds to one elastic member 60, so that the vacuum cover 40 obtains a better buffering effect, and thus, the vacuum labeling head has a better effect of being tightly adhered to an object; for example, in the present embodiment, there are four guiding elements 80, and the central angle occupied by each guiding element 80 is 90 degrees, but of course, in other embodiments, the number of guiding elements 80 may also be 2, 3 or 5, and the guiding element 40 is of an axial structure; meanwhile, the elastic member 60 is selected as a compression spring so that the vacuum housing 40 slides relative to the frame body 10 by compressing the compression spring, but not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 4, the suction head 70 is located in the vacuum housing 40 and is mounted on the second end (lower end) of the vacuum shaft 20 in the axial direction, so that when the vacuum generating device vacuumizes the vacuum shaft 20, the suction head 70 generates vacuum to absorb the label; specifically, in the present embodiment, the frame body 10 has a flange 11 disposed at a side opposite to the vacuum shaft 20, for example, but not limited to, the flange 11 is located at an upper end of the frame body 10 and the vacuum shaft 20 is located at a lower end of the frame body 10; the center line of the flange 11 coincides with the axial direction of the vacuum shaft 20, so that the vacuum tag head 100 of the present invention can be easily mounted on the robot by means of the flange 11, which is not limited thereto.
