Abstract
一种Ⅲ级洁净手术室消毒方法,包括清扫手术室,清扫完毕后,在密闭环境中用低温等离子灭菌器进行灭菌,开启手术室紫外线灭菌灯照射,开启手术室空调系统换风功能,对手术室内空气进行更换步骤。通过先对手术室内地面及墙壁喷洒乙醇,再用含有臭氧的氮气进行吹干,对手术室进行初次消毒,初次消毒后用低温等离子灭菌器进行灭菌,灭菌后用紫外线灭菌灯照射杀死残留的病毒,各步骤中通过合理控制手术室内温、湿度,降低细菌、病毒活性,提高杀毒效果,通过本发明的消毒方法对手术室消毒后并进行检测各项指标符合Ⅲ级洁净手术室要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及手术室消毒净化技术领域,具体涉及一种Ⅲ级洁净手术室消毒方法。
背景技术
手术室(operating room英文简称o.r)是为病人提供手术及抢救的场所,是医院的重要技术部门。手术室应与手术科室相接连,还要与血库、监护室、麻醉复苏室等临近。抓好手术切口感染四条途径的环节管理,即:手术室的空气;手术所需的物品;医生护士的手指及病人的皮肤,防止感染,确保手术成功率。要求设计合理,设备齐全,护士工作反应灵敏、快捷,有高效的工作效率。手术室要有一套严格合理的规章制度和无菌操作规范。随着外科技术飞速发展,手术室工作日趋现代化。
按手术有菌或无菌的程度,手术室可划分成以下5类:
(1)Ⅰ级手术室:即无菌净化手术室,主要接受颅脑、心脏、脏器移植等手术。
(2)Ⅱ级手术室:即无菌手术室,主要接受脾切除手术、闭合性骨折切开复位术、眼内手术、甲状腺切除术等无菌手术。
(3)Ⅲ级手术室:既有菌手术室,接受胃、胆囊、肝、阑尾、肾、
肺等部位的手术。
(4)Ⅳ级手术室:即感染手术室,主要接受阑尾穿孔腹膜炎手术、结核性脓肿、脓肿切开引流等手术。
(5)Ⅴ级手术室:即特殊感染手术室,主要接受绿脓杆菌、气性坏疽杆菌、破伤风杆菌等感染的手术。
但是现有很多医院缺少针对Ⅲ级手术室系统的消毒方法,消毒后常常出现细菌、病毒超标以致无法按时正常进行手术或者手术后出现伤口感染等情况。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种Ⅲ级洁净手术室消毒方法,用以快速降低Ⅲ级洁净手术室中细菌、病毒及悬浮粒子数。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种Ⅲ级洁净手术室消毒方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清扫手术室,先用乙醇喷洒地面及墙壁,再用含有臭氧的氮气对地面及墙壁进行吹干;
(2)将手术室密闭用低温等离子灭菌器进行灭菌,利用双氧水产生等离子体,按0.1~0.2ml/m3的双氧水用量灭菌20~25min;
(3)灭菌后开启手术室紫外线灭菌灯照射5~10min,紫外线灭菌灯紫外光源波长为250~255nm,紫外强度不低于50μW/cm2,照射过程中保持手术室内空气流动;
(4)开启手术室空调系统换风功能,对手术室内空气进行更换。
所述步骤(1)中清扫手术室控制手术室内温度15~20℃,湿度60~70%。
所述步骤(1)中臭氧与氮气的质量比为1:(20~25)。
所述步骤(2)中手术室室内温度控制在30~35℃,湿度控制在5~8%。
所述步骤(3)中手术室室内温度控制在40~45℃,湿度控制在40~50%。
所述步骤(3)中紫外线灭菌灯在照射过程中功率逐渐升高。
所述步骤(3)中紫外线灭菌灯照射时每立方米空间用量>90W。
本发明的有益效果为:通过先对手术室内地面及墙壁喷洒乙醇,再用含有臭氧的氮气进行吹干,对手术室进行初次消毒,初次消毒后用低温等离子灭菌器进行灭菌,灭菌后用紫外线灭菌灯照射杀死残留的病毒,各步骤中通过合理控制手术室内温、湿度,降低细菌、病毒活性,提高杀毒效果,通过本发明的消毒方法对手术室消毒后并进行检测各项指标符合Ⅲ级洁净手术室要求。

实施例1
一种Ⅲ级洁净手术室消毒方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清扫手术室,先用乙醇喷洒地面及墙壁,再用含有臭氧的氮气对地面及墙壁进行吹干;
(2)将手术室密闭用低温等离子灭菌器进行灭菌,利用双氧水产生等离子体,按0.1ml/m3的双氧水用量灭菌20min;
(3)灭菌后开启手术室紫外线灭菌灯照射5min,紫外线灭菌灯紫外光源波长为250nm,紫外强度不低于50μW/cm2,照射过程中保持手术室内空气流动;
(4)开启手术室空调系统换风功能,对手术室内空气进行更换。
所述步骤(1)中清扫手术室控制手术室内温度15℃,湿度60%。
所述步骤(1)中臭氧与氮气的质量比为1:20。
所述步骤(2)中手术室室内温度控制在30℃,湿度控制在5%。

实施例2
一种Ⅲ级洁净手术室消毒方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清扫手术室,先用乙醇喷洒地面及墙壁,再用含有臭氧的氮气对地面及墙壁进行吹干;
(2)将手术室密闭用低温等离子灭菌器进行灭菌,利用双氧水产生等离子体,按0.15ml/m3的双氧水用量灭菌23min;
(3)灭菌后开启手术室紫外线灭菌灯照射8min,紫外线灭菌灯紫外光源波长为253nm,紫外强度不低于50μW/cm2,照射过程中保持手术室内空气流动;
(4)开启手术室空调系统换风功能,对手术室内空气进行更换。
所述步骤(1)中清扫手术室控制手术室内温度18℃,湿度65%。
所述步骤(1)中臭氧与氮气的质量比为1:23。
所述步骤(2)中手术室室内温度控制在33℃,湿度控制在7%。
所述步骤(3)中手术室室内温度控制在43℃,湿度控制在45%。
所述步骤(3)中紫外线灭菌灯在照射过程中功率逐渐升高。
所述步骤(3)中紫外线灭菌灯照射时每立方米空间用量>90W。
实施例3
一种Ⅲ级洁净手术室消毒方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清扫手术室,先用乙醇喷洒地面及墙壁,再用含有臭氧的氮气对地面及墙壁进行吹干;
(2)将手术室密闭用低温等离子灭菌器进行灭菌,利用双氧水产生等离子体,按0.2ml/m3的双氧水用量灭菌25min;
(3)灭菌后开启手术室紫外线灭菌灯照射10min,紫外线灭菌灯紫外光源波长为255nm,紫外强度不低于50μW/cm2,照射过程中保持手术室内空气流动;
(4)开启手术室空调系统换风功能,对手术室内空气进行更换。
所述步骤(1)中清扫手术室控制手术室内温度20℃,湿度70%。
所述步骤(1)中臭氧与氮气的质量比为1:25。
所述步骤(2)中手术室室内温度控制在35℃,湿度控制在8%。
所述步骤(3)中手术室室内温度控制在45℃,湿度控制在50%。
所述步骤(3)中紫外线灭菌灯在照射过程中功率逐渐升高。
所述步骤(3)中紫外线灭菌灯照射时每立方米空间用量>90W。

(1)清扫手术室,先用乙醇喷洒地面及墙壁,再用含有臭氧的氮气对地面及墙壁进行吹干;
(2)将手术室密闭用低温等离子灭菌器进行灭菌,利用双氧水产生等离子体,按0.1~0.2ml/m3的双氧水用量灭菌20~25min;
(3)灭菌后开启手术室紫外线灭菌灯照射5~10min,紫外线灭菌灯紫外光源波长为250~255nm,紫外强度不低于50μW/cm2,照射过程中保持手术室内空气流动;
(4)开启手术室空调系统换风功能,对手术室内空气进行更换。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种Ⅲ级洁净手术室消毒方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中清扫手术室控制手术室内温度15~20℃,湿度60~70%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种Ⅲ级洁净手术室消毒方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中臭氧与氮气的质量比为1:(20~25)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种Ⅲ级洁净手术室消毒方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中手术室室内温度控制在30~35℃,湿度控制在5~8%。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种Ⅲ级洁净手术室消毒方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中手术室室内温度控制在40~45℃,湿度控制在40~50%。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种Ⅲ级洁净手术室消毒方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中紫外线灭菌灯在照射过程中功率逐渐升高。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种Ⅲ级洁净手术室消毒方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中紫外线灭菌灯照射时每立方米空间用量>90W。
