背景技术

本发明一种治疗甲状腺癌的外用中药配方，其包括：海藻8～15g、昆布8～15g、黄药子10～20g、生牡蛎25～35g、香附8～15g、郁金8～15g、莪术8～15g、穿山甲10～20g、白花蛇舌草15～25g、半枝莲15～25g、威灵仙15～25g、当归8～15g、川芎8～15g、茯苓10～15g、白芥子8～15g、天南星8～15g、忍冬藤25～35g和冰片8～15g。
本发明一种治疗甲状腺癌的外用中药配方的使用方法为：一、称取8～15g海藻、8～15g昆布、10～20g黄药子、25～35g生牡蛎、8～15g香附、8～15g郁金、8～15g莪术、10～20g穿山甲、15～25g白花蛇舌草、15～25g半枝莲、15～25g威灵仙、8～15g当归、8～15g川芎、10～15g茯苓、8～15g白芥子、8～15g天南星、25～35g忍冬藤和8～15g冰片；二、将步骤一称取的原料粉碎成直径为1mm的颗粒，然后封装，再经钴元素消毒后热敷使用。
本发明组方中海藻、昆布、黄药子、生牡蛎消瘿为主药；香附、郁金舒肝理气；莪术、穿山甲软坚消结；白花蛇舌草、半枝莲、威灵仙抗癌；当归、川芎活血通脉；茯苓、白芥子、天南星化痰散结；忍冬藤、冰片通络止痛(缓解甲状腺癌之疼痛)。组方的功效为：行气、活血化瘀、软坚散结、化痰消瘿。本发明费用低廉，使用方便，对多种类型的甲状腺癌患者均具有明显治疗作用。本发明通过中药热敷直接作用于皮肤、腧穴，经络、气血使其直达病所，不用口服，对身体无副作用，98％以上的甲状腺癌患者利用本发明治疗都取得了明显疗效。

具体实施方式一：本实施方式一种治疗甲状腺癌的外用中药配方，其包括：海藻8～15g、昆布8～15g、黄药子10～20g、生牡蛎25～35g、香附8～15g、郁金8～15g、莪术8～15g、穿山甲10～20g、白花蛇舌草15～25g、半枝莲15～25g、威灵仙15～25g、当归8～15g、川芎8～15g、茯苓10～15g、白芥子8～15g、天南星8～15g、忍冬藤25～35g和冰片8～15g。
本实施方式组方中海藻、昆布、黄药子、生牡蛎消瘿为主药；香附、郁金舒肝理气；莪术、穿山甲软坚消结；白花蛇舌草、半枝莲、威灵仙抗癌；当归、川芎活血通脉；茯苓、白芥子、天南星化痰散结；忍冬藤、冰片通络止痛(缓解甲状腺癌之疼痛)。组方的功效为：行气、活血化瘀、软坚散结、化痰消瘿。本发明费用低廉，使用方便，对多种类型的甲状腺癌患者均具有明显治疗作用。

本实施方式通过中药热敷直接作用于皮肤、腧穴，经络、气血使其直达病所，不用口服，对身体无副作用，98％以上的甲状腺癌患者利用本发明治疗都取得了明显疗效。
具体实施方式五：本实施方式与具体实施方式四不同的是：步骤一称取10g海藻、10g昆布、15g黄药子、30g生牡蛎、10g香附、10g郁金、10g莪术、15g穿山甲、20g白花蛇舌草、20g半枝莲、20g威灵仙、10g当归、10g川芎、12g茯苓、10g白芥子、10g天南星、30g忍冬藤和10g冰片。其他与具体实施方式四相同。
具体实施方式六：本实施方式与具体实施方式四或五不同的是：步骤二中所述的热敷为加热到40～60℃后敷用。其他与具体实施方式四或五相同。
为验证本发明的有益效果进行了以下实验：
实施例一：一种治疗甲状腺癌的外用中药配方，其包括：海藻10g、昆布10g、黄药子15g、生牡蛎30g、香附10g、郁金10g、莪术10g、穿山甲15g、白花蛇舌草20g、半枝莲20g、威灵仙20g、当归10g、川芎10g、茯苓12g、白芥子10g、天南星10g、忍冬藤30g和冰片10g。
将上述中药粉碎成直径为1mm的颗粒，然后封装，得到中药袋，再经钴元素消毒后加热至50℃后热敷于患处。患者人数100人，每天热敷两次，每次45～60分钟，28天后，有效率为96％，无效率为4％,56天后，有效率为98％，无效率为2％，一年后有效率为98％，治愈率为87％，无效率为2％。其中典型病例为：
张xx女60岁，患者体检发现甲状腺肿物，初为黄豆粒大小，无疼痛、无声嘶、无呼吸不畅，无吞咽哽咽感，无发热、无心慌、多汗、烦躁及食欲亢进等症状，患病至今肿物无明显变化。患病期间饮食、睡眠、二便如常，体重无明显变化。专科检查：甲状腺左叶:未触及占位；右叶：肿物位于中极，质地中等，大小约5mmx5mm，表面光滑，无压痛，形状规则，随吞咽上下移动；颈淋巴结：双颈未触及肿大淋巴结，间接喉镜：双声带运动良好。
使用本发明的外敷抗甲状腺癌中药治疗28天后，专科检查发现：肿物位于中极，质地中等，大小约3.8mmx3.9mm，表面光滑，无压痛，形状规则，随吞咽上下移动；颈淋巴结：双颈未触及肿大淋巴结，间接喉镜：双声带运动良好。治疗56天后，专科检查发现：肿物位于中极，质地中等，大小约2.8mmx2.9mm，表面光滑，无压痛，形状规则，随吞咽上下移动；颈淋巴结：双颈未触及肿大淋巴结，间接喉镜：双声带运动良好。
治疗102天后，专科检查发现：肿物位于中极，质地中等，大小约1.6mmx1.7mm，表面光滑，无压痛，形状规则，随吞咽上下移动；颈淋巴结：双颈未触及肿大淋巴结，间接喉镜：双声带运动良好。治疗1年后，专科检查发现：肿物消失。
夏xx女50岁，患者体检发现甲状腺肿物，初为黄豆粒大小，无疼痛、无声嘶、无呼吸不畅，无吞咽哽咽感，无发热、无心慌、多汗、烦躁及食欲亢进等症状。患病期间饮食、睡眠、二便如常，体重无明显变化。专科检查：甲状腺左叶:肿物位于下极，质地中等，大小约10x8mm，表面光滑，无压痛，形状规则，随吞咽上下移动；右叶：肿物位于中极，质地中等，大小约7mmx6mm，表面光滑，无压痛，形状规则，随吞咽上下移动；颈淋巴结：双颈未触及肿大淋巴结，间接喉镜：双声带运动良好。
使用本发明的外敷抗甲状腺癌中药治疗28天后，专科检查发现：甲状腺左叶:肿物位于下极，质地中等，大小约9x7mm，表面光滑，无压痛，形状规则，随吞咽上下移动；右叶：肿物位于中极，质地中等，大小约6mmx5mm，表面光滑，无压痛，形状规则，随吞咽上下移动；颈淋巴结：双颈未触及肿大淋巴结，间接喉镜：双声带运动良好。治疗56天后，专科检查发现：甲状腺左叶:肿物位于下极，质地中等，大小约7.8x5.8mm，表面光滑，无压痛，形状规则，随吞咽上下移动；右叶：肿物位于中极，质地中等，大小约4.9mmx3.9mm，表面光滑，无压痛，形状规则，随吞咽上下移动；颈淋巴结：双颈未触及肿大淋巴结，间接喉镜：双声带运动良好。
治疗102天后，专科检查发现：甲状腺左叶:肿物位于下极，质地中等，大小约5.9x3.9mm，表面光滑，无压痛，形状规则，随吞咽上下移动；右叶：肿物位于中极，质地中等，大小约2.9mmx1.9mm，表面光滑，无压痛，形状规则，随吞咽上下移动；颈淋巴结：双颈未触及肿大淋巴结，间接喉镜：双声带运动良好。
治疗1年后，专科检查发现：甲状腺左叶:肿物位于下极，质地中等，大小约0.5x0.4mm，表面光滑，无压痛，形状规则，随吞咽上下移动；右叶肿物消失。颈淋巴结：双颈未触及肿大淋巴结，间接喉镜：双声带运动良好。治疗1年半后，专科检查发现：甲状腺左和右叶肿物均消失；颈淋巴结：双颈未触及肿大淋巴结，间接喉镜：双声带运动良好。
Claims (6)
1.一种治疗甲状腺癌的外用中药配方，其特征在于该配方包括：海藻8～15g、昆布8～15g、黄药子10～20g、生牡蛎25～35g、香附8～15g、郁金8～15g、莪术8～15g、穿山甲10～20g、白花蛇舌草15～25g、半枝莲15～25g、威灵仙15～25g、当归8～15g、川芎8～15g、茯苓10～15g、白芥子8～15g、天南星8～15g、忍冬藤25～35g和冰片8～15g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗甲状腺癌的外用中药配方，其特征在于该配方包括：海藻8～12g、昆布8～12g、黄药子12～18g、生牡蛎28～32g、香附8～12g、郁金8～12g、莪术8～12g、穿山甲10～18g、白花蛇舌草18～22g、半枝莲18～22g、威灵仙18～22g、当归8～12g、川芎8～12g、茯苓10～13g、白芥子8～12g、天南星8～12g、忍冬藤28～32g和冰片8～12g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗甲状腺癌的外用中药配方，其特征在于该配方包括：海藻10g、昆布10g、黄药子15g、生牡蛎30g、香附10g、郁金10g、莪术10g、穿山甲15g、白花蛇舌草20g、半枝莲20g、威灵仙20g、当归10g、川芎10g、茯苓12g、白芥子10g、天南星10g、忍冬藤30g和冰片10g。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗甲状腺癌的外用中药配方的使用方法，其特征在于该方法为：一、称取8～15g海藻、8～15g昆布、10～20g黄药子、25～35g生牡蛎、8～15g香附、8～15g郁金、8～15g莪术、10～20g穿山甲、15～25g白花蛇舌草、15～25g半枝莲、15～25g威灵仙、8～15g当归、8～15g川芎、10～15g茯苓、8～15g白芥子、8～15g天南星、25～35g忍冬藤和8～15g冰片；二、将步骤一称取的原料粉碎成直径为1mm的颗粒，然后封装，再经钴元素消毒后热敷使用。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗甲状腺癌的外用中药配方的使用方法，其特征在于步骤一称取10g海藻、10g昆布、15g黄药子、30g生牡蛎、10g香附、10g郁金、10g莪术、15g穿山甲、20g白花蛇舌草、20g半枝莲、20g威灵仙、10g当归、10g川芎、12g茯苓、10g白芥子、10g天南星、30g忍冬藤和10g冰片。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗甲状腺癌的外用中药配方的使用方法，其特征在于步骤二中所述的热敷为加热到40～60℃后敷用。
