TABLE 1 Effect of the groups on the rate of swelling of the foot after administration
Figure BDA0001319685640000071
Note: p <0.05, P <0.01, compared to control group
The results show that: compared with a blank control group, the swelling rates of the Chinese medicine 1 group, the Chinese medicine 2 group and the Chinese medicine 3 group are all reduced, and the significant differences (P <0.05 and P <0.01) show that the Chinese medicine composition can significantly inhibit the volume of the swollen soles of rats and has the effects of inhibiting bacteria and removing toxicity. Compared with the traditional Chinese medicines 2-4, the traditional Chinese medicine 1 group has the best effect under the condition of the same dosage, which shows that the detoxification effect is the best when the ratio of the scutellaria baicalensis, the andrographis paniculata and the selfheal is 10:20: 3. Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine 5 group, the traditional Chinese medicine 1 group has the best effect under the condition of the same dosage, which shows that the selfheal added in the prescription plays a role of synergy and obviously improves the detoxification effect of the prescription. Compared with the traditional Chinese medicines 6-8, the traditional Chinese medicine 1 group has the best effect under the condition of the same dosage, which indicates that the detoxification effect cannot be improved by adding other commonly used heat-clearing and detoxifying medicines in the prescription, so the prescription of the invention has the advantages of less medicine taste and good curative effect.
