Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for clearing away heat and toxic materials, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Bacteria and viruses are main pathogens of upper respiratory tract infection and lung infection, are enemies which are struggled by human from beginning to date, and have main symptoms of high fever, slight aversion to wind, running nose, cough, sore throat, floating pulse and the like. According to statistics, the death caused by fever and lung infection is at least more than 200 ten thousand every year all over the world, and the health of people is seriously influenced. With the widespread use of antibiotics, modern medicine can largely inhibit bacterial infections, but there is still a lack of good therapeutic methods and drugs for viral infections. Worrying about that the treatment effect of antibiotics is greatly reduced due to the serious toxic and side effects caused by the abuse of the antibiotics and the appearance of a large number of drug-resistant strains, so that the continuous research and development of novel antibiotics are forced, the research and development investment is huge, the drugs are expensive, and the patients and the society bear heavy economic burden. The traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of better curative effect, low price and less adverse reaction on respiratory tract infection caused by bacteria and viruses compared with western medicine.
The traditional Chinese medicines for clearing away heat and toxic materials have various varieties, most of the traditional Chinese medicines have the effects of resisting bacteria, viruses, fever and inflammation, the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines comprise honeysuckle, scutellaria baicalensis, forsythia, houttuynia cordata, radix bupleuri and the like, the commonly used traditional Chinese medicine preparation comprises Shuanghuanglian granules and oral liquid prepared from honeysuckle, scutellaria baicalensis and forsythia, and Yinhuang buccal tablets and granules prepared from honeysuckle extracts and scutellaria baicalensis extracts, and isatis root granules, Yinqiao tablets and the like, and the traditional Chinese medicine preparation has better curative effect and is widely applied clinically. The Chinese medicinal formula which is the closest to the invention by search comprises the following components: (1) chinese patent 201410191213.7 discloses a Chinese medicinal composition for treating sore throat, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7.5-9.5 parts of cimicifugae foetidae, 10-12 parts of lophatherum gracile, 5-7 parts of semen lepidii, 3-5 parts of medicinal cyathula root, 2-4 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 1-3 parts of cotton rose hibiscus leaf, 3-5 parts of curcuma aromatica, 2-4 parts of philippine violet herb, 4-6 parts of emblic leafflower fruit, 5-7 parts of prepared rehmannia root, 3-5 parts of common andrographis herb, 2-4 parts of vietnamese sophora root, 5-8 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 4-6 parts of isatis root, 2-4 parts of selfheal, 2-4 parts of fern rhizome, 1-3 parts of mallow-leaved lemongrass, 2; the Chinese medicinal composition has effects of promoting blood circulation, eliminating phlegm, clearing away heat and toxic materials, relieving swelling, and improving disease resistance.
