一种洗手液及制备方法，所述洗手液由下述重量百分比的组份组成：1—10%的甘油椰油酸酯，5‑15%的柠檬酸，5‑15%的天然芦荟汁，10‑20%的一种或多种活性剂，30‑40%的生活饮用水，10—20%的小苏打，5—15%的增稠剂以及0.5‑1.5%的食用香精，且以上组份的配比以百分之一百为准；所述的制备方法包括如下步骤：在不锈钢搅拌器中按比例分别加入生活饮用水、一种或多种活性剂、甘油椰油酸酯、柠檬酸、天然芦荟汁、小苏打、天然香精以及增稠剂，经过40‑50分钟的搅拌成糊状制成成品，经灌装后进库；它具有原料来源广泛，清洁护肤效果明显，不会刺激手部皮肤，不会污染环境或对人体产生刺激和伤害等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种洗手液及制备方法，属于日用化工的消洗产品技术领域。
背景技术
最初，常规洗手液的主要作用是清洁护肤，但随着人们生活水平的提高，仅仅清洁护肤已经不能满足人们的卫生健康需要，因此，在洗手液中加入了一些特定的成分，以便还具有消毒、杀菌等作用，如杀灭大肠杆菌等。
但上述常规的洗手液只是满足人们日常生活中的清洁护肤，对于一些特殊类的场合，如工业类油污（例如机油、汽油、黄油、柴油等）和顽固污渍的清洗，显然常规的洗手液无法满足洗净的需要，这时候就需要加入一些特殊的化学物质，但这些化学物质加入后制成的洗手液往往存在着对手的伤害，可能会刺激手部皮肤，因而对皮肤容易过敏的人不适合使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足，而提供一种原料来源广泛，制备工艺简单，清洁护肤效果明显，不会刺激手部皮肤，不会污染环境或对人体产生刺激和伤害的洗手液及制备方法
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的，一种洗手液，它由下述重量百分比的组份组成：1—10%的甘油椰油酸酯，5-15%的柠檬酸，5-15%的天然芦荟汁，10-20%的一种或多种活性剂，30-40%的生活饮用水，10—20%的小苏打，5—15%的增稠剂以及0.5-1.5%的食用香精，且以上组份的配比以百分之一百为准。
作为优选：它由下述重量百分比的组份组成：5%的甘油椰油酸酯，10%的柠檬酸，9%的天然芦荟汁，15%的一种或多种活性剂，35%的生活饮用水，15%的小苏打，10%的增稠剂以及1%的食用香精。
一种如上所述洗手液的制备方法，所述的制备方法包括如下步骤：在不锈钢搅拌器中按比例分别加入生活饮用水、一种或多种活性剂、甘油椰油酸酯、柠檬酸、天然芦荟汁、小苏打、天然香精以及增稠剂，经过40-50分钟的搅拌成糊状制成成品，经灌装后进库。
本发明具有原料来源广泛，制备工艺简单，清洁护肤效果明显，不会刺激手部皮肤，不会污染环境或对人体产生刺激和伤害等特点。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作详细的介绍：本发明所述的一种洗手液，它由下述重量百分比的组份组成：1—10%的甘油椰油酸酯，5-15%的柠檬酸，5-15%的天然芦荟汁，10-20%的一种或多种活性剂，30-40%的生活饮用水，10—20%的小苏打，5—15%的增稠剂以及0.5-1.5%的食用香精，且以上组份的配比以百分之一百为准。
所述的制备方法包括如下步骤：在不锈钢搅拌器中按比例分别加入生活饮用水、一种或多种活性剂、甘油椰油酸酯、柠檬酸、天然芦荟汁、小苏打、天然香精以及增稠剂，经过40-50分钟的搅拌成糊状制成成品，经灌装后进库。
实施例1：本发明所述的一种洗手液，它由下述重量百分比的组份组成： 5%的甘油椰油酸酯，10%的柠檬酸，9%的天然芦荟汁，15%的一种或多种活性剂，35%的生活饮用水，15%的小苏打，10%的增稠剂以及1%的食用香精。
实施例2：本发明所述的一种洗手液，它由下述重量百分比的组份组成：4.5%的甘油椰油酸酯，5%的柠檬酸，5%的天然芦荟汁，20%的一种或多种活性剂，40%的生活饮用水，10%的小苏打，15%的增稠剂以及0.5%的食用香精。
实施例3：本发明所述的一种洗手液，它由下述重量百分比的组份组成：5%的甘油椰油酸酯，10%的柠檬酸，10%的天然芦荟汁，15%的一种或多种活性剂，30%的生活饮用水，15%的小苏打，13.5%的增稠剂以及1.5%的食用香精。
本发明的其它实施例可以从以上公开的实施例，通过数值选择和替换等简单手段获得，且本领域技术人员通过对本发明的了解，能够方便低实施本发明。

Claims (3)

1.一种洗手液，其特征在于它由下述重量百分比的组份组成：1—10%的甘油椰油酸酯，5-15%的柠檬酸，5-15%的天然芦荟汁，10-20%的一种或多种活性剂，30-40%的生活饮用水，10—20%的小苏打，5—15%的增稠剂以及0.5-1.5%的食用香精，且以上组份的配比以百分之一百为准。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的洗手液，其特征在于它由下述重量百分比的组份组成：5%的甘油椰油酸酯，10%的柠檬酸，9%的天然芦荟汁，15%的一种或多种活性剂，35%的生活饮用水，15%的小苏打，10%的增稠剂以及1%的食用香精。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述洗手液的制备方法，其特征在于所述的制备方法包括如下步骤：在不锈钢搅拌器中按比例分别加入生活饮用水、一种或多种活性剂、甘油椰油酸酯、柠檬酸、天然芦荟汁、小苏打、天然香精以及增稠剂，经过40-50分钟的搅拌成糊状制成成品，经灌装后进库。
