Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽车甲醛消除靠垫。采用的技术方案是,在靠垫核心内置有吸附颗粒,所述吸附颗粒包括果壳活性炭、木质活性炭、椰壳活性炭,所述吸附颗粒包裹在石墨烯薄膜内,所述石墨烯薄膜表面负载有纳米粒子。具体措施是,吸附颗粒装在无纺布口袋里,无纺布口袋装在石墨烯薄膜袋里,石墨烯薄膜袋双面设置孔洞,便于空气从此处流通,石墨烯薄膜袋外层设置柔性材料,最外层是靠垫外套。这样利用最少的石墨烯在活性炭表层达到最大延展的比表面积,可以负载更多的纳米粒子,实现高吸附性的同时又降低成本。且当纳米粒子为光催化纳米颗粒时,在光照下净化器可以吸附污染气体,并催化分解,可实现石墨烯薄膜袋重复利用,而在没有光照情况下,活性炭颗粒及石墨烯薄膜也可以开启吸附功能。有益效果是一物两用,消除甲醛效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及净化除菌的技术领域,尤其是一种汽车甲醛消除靠垫。
背景技术
新购买的汽车甲醛是相当严重的,消费者往往通过自然消除予以解决,这无疑是一种消极的态度,虽然也有往汽车里放诸如柑橘壳洋葱等方式,但是效果是不肯定的。现有技术中也有采用竹炭等活性炭吸附污染气体净化空气。但由于活性炭在使用过程中,大量吸附污染气体并覆盖在活性炭表面,使活性炭失效。石墨烯是单原子厚度的二维碳原子晶体具有独特的电子,其独特的二维结构,使得石墨烯成为一个非常理想的纳米粒子的载体来制备石墨烯基的复合材料,现有技术中,CN201210237714 .5公开了一种纳米磁性环糊精/石墨烯生物吸附材料的制备方法,将纳米磁性环糊精修饰到石墨烯表面上,大大增加了吸附材料的比表面积,扩大了吸附对象范围,但上述材料制作成本太高。
发明内容

1.一种汽车甲醛消除靠垫,其特征是:吸附颗粒(1)装在无纺布口袋(2)里,无纺布口袋(2)装在石墨烯薄膜袋(3)里, 石墨烯薄膜袋双面设置孔洞(4),石墨烯薄膜袋(3)外层设置柔性材料(5),最外层是靠垫外套(6)。
