Moreover, in order to enable the gravity damper 1011 to smoothly return to the natural state, the gravity damper 1011 needs to satisfy a most basic gravity requirement, that is, a requirement satisfying a preset threshold. Specifically, the threshold requirement of the gravity baffle 1011 can be determined according to the different materials of the lottery ticket 30, mainly the different hardness of the lottery ticket 30, when the hardness of the lottery ticket 30 is low, the weight of the gravity baffle 1011 should be selected to be low, and correspondingly, the preset threshold is low; when the hardness of the ticket 30 is high, such as an instant ticket, the weight of the gravity baffle 1011 may be selected to be high, and the preset threshold is correspondingly high.
Alternatively, in order to increase the weight of the gravity baffle 1011, a weight is provided on the gravity baffle 1011 in the present embodiment. The counterweight and the gravity baffle 1011 may be connected in such a way that the counterweight and the gravity baffle 1011 are integrally formed, or the counterweight is fixedly connected with the gravity baffle 1011. The gravity baffle 1011 is added with a counterweight during manufacturing, and the fixed connection means that the gravity baffle 1011 and the counterweight are two objects which are connected together in application. The way of lifting the weight of the gravity baffle 1011 is roughly divided into two kinds, one is to integrate the gravity baffle 1011 into a gravity baffle 1011 of a sufficient weight when manufacturing the gravity baffle 1011, and the other is to manufacture a lighter gravity baffle 1011 of a specification, and then apply a counterweight according to different application scenes. The latter approach is simpler for the fabrication process and is also more convenient to adjust.
Optionally, the section of the gravity baffle 1011 along the connecting line direction between the upper end and the lower end is arc-shaped, and the opening direction of the arc is towards the outlet 104 of the ticket cutting assembly 10. Please refer to the gravity baffle 1011 in fig. 5, namely, the arc-shaped gravity baffle 1011. The curved gravity baffle 1011 may act as a guide for the extended lottery ticket 30, and the lottery ticket 30 may inevitably bend to some extent after extending out to contact the gravity baffle 1011, but the downward bending is a more suitable bending manner, which may allow the lottery ticket 30 to be folded down more easily. The curved gravity baffle 1011 is designed to allow the lottery ticket 30 to directly assume a downward curved configuration under the dual actions of its own weight and its curvature, as shown in fig. 6.
Optionally, in this embodiment, in order to separate the lottery ticket 30 better and easier, referring to fig. 2, a ticket cutting member 102 may be further disposed at the lower end of the ticket outlet, and when the driving wheel 103 rotates reversely, the ticket cutting member 102 breaks the broken perforation connection between the folded lottery ticket 30 and other lottery tickets 30. The ticket cutter 102 is typically a sharp instrument, i.e., a device having a sharp portion; the sharp instrument can be broadly divided into a blade and a saw tooth, wherein the ticket cutting piece 102 shown in fig. 2 is saw tooth shaped, wherein the ticket cutting piece 102 comprises at least one evenly distributed cutter in order to ensure even cutting.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the parts of the gravity baffle 1011 and the ticket cutting assembly 10 that contact each other are all provided with buffer belts. The buffer belt has the function of avoiding collision with the ticket cutting assembly 10 when the gravity baffle 1011 returns to the initial position due to the application concentration of the connection between the tickets 30, thereby playing a role of shock absorption and effectively protecting the service life of the equipment.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the ticket folding piece and the ticket storage bin may be connected by an elastic component; or the position of the ticket folding piece corresponding to the ticket storage bin is provided with a magnetic component. In other words, the ticket folder may fold the ticket off the connection by elastic and/or magnetic force. It should be noted that, in this case, the connection mode between the ticket folding piece and the ticket storage bin is not limited to that the upper end of the ticket folding piece is connected with the ticket storage bin, but the lower end of the ticket folding piece is movably connected with the ticket storage bin, even the left end and the right end, because the action of elastic deformation and magnetic force is provided, the participation of gravity of the ticket folding piece is not necessarily needed, and in this case, the gravity of the ticket folding piece is opposite to an obstruction, so that the weight of the ticket folding piece can be set as small as possible.

Claims (10)

1. The instant self-service lottery terminal is characterized by comprising user input equipment, a ticket storage device and a ticket outlet; the ticket storage device comprises a ticket storage bin and a ticket cutting assembly, wherein the ticket storage bin stores tickets which are connected end to end, and the connection mode between the tickets is point-to-point tooth hole connection; the ticket cutting assembly comprises a ticket folding piece, a ticket cutting piece and a driving wheel, when a ticket outlet instruction is received through the user input device, the driving wheel rotates forward to drive the ticket connected end to end, so that the ticket extends outwards through an outlet of the ticket cutting assembly, and the ticket is clamped in the extending process; the ticket folding piece is arranged at the outer side of the outlet and is separated from the position in a natural state under the pushing of the outwards extending lottery ticket; when the joint of the end-to-end lottery ticket extends to a preset position, the force of the ticket folding piece acting on the lottery ticket is larger than the force of the lottery ticket acting on the ticket folding piece due to the tension of the lottery ticket, the ticket folding piece returns to the position in a natural state, and the lottery ticket is folded down from the joint; the driving wheel reversely rotates after the lottery ticket is folded down, and breaks the point-breaking tooth hole connection between the lottery tickets through the ticket cutting piece arranged at the lower end of the outlet, separates the lottery ticket from other lottery tickets at the connection part, and discharges the lottery ticket through the ticket outlet.
2. The instant ticket self-service lottery terminal of claim 1, wherein the ticket folder includes a gravity baffle, an upper end of the gravity baffle being movably connected to the ticket cutting assembly.
3. The instant ticket self-service lottery terminal of claim 2, wherein the weight baffle is provided with a weight.
4. The instant ticket self-service lottery terminal of claim 3, wherein the configuration is disposed at a lower end of the gravity baffle.
5. The instant ticket self-service lottery terminal of claim 3, wherein the weight is integrally formed with the gravity baffle or the weight is fixedly connected with the gravity baffle.
6. The instant ticket self-service lottery terminal of claim 2, wherein the ticket folder is movably connected to the ticket cutting assembly by a rotating shaft.
7. The instant ticket self-service lottery terminal of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the ticket folder has an arc-shaped cross section along the line between the upper end and the lower end, and the arc-shaped opening direction is toward the outlet of the ticket cutting assembly.
8. The instant ticket self-service lottery terminal of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the ticket cutting member includes at least one evenly distributed cutter.
9. The instant ticket self-service lottery terminal as in any one of claims 1-6, wherein the ticket folding members and the ticket cutting assembly are each provided with a buffer zone at a location where they contact each other.
10. The instant ticket self-service lottery terminal of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the ticket folder folds the ticket from the connection by elasticity and/or magnetic force.
