本发明公开了一种房车车门，包括外门框和内门框两个组成部分，其中，外门框和内门框均设计为长方体结构形式，在内门框上设置了内层纱窗，内层纱窗为百叶窗结构，在百叶窗上设置了电机结构，同时，电机通过数据线连接了纱窗控制按钮，根据纱窗控制按钮用来控制内门框的操作，实现内层纱窗百叶窗的停靠，在内门框上设置了手柄，通过手柄实现内门框的开启和关闭，本发明一种房车车门结构设计紧凑，安装简单方便，具有两层防护功能，填补了国内空白。

本发明涉及房车设备技术领域，特别是涉及一种房车车门。
背景技术
最近几年，中国房车市场发展迅速，随着房车的快速发展，整车企业对房车配件的要求越来越高，由于房车属于高档消费品，传统的汽车门体设计层次水平低，车门品种单一，且一般都是美国，澳洲的款式，车门有异响，密封不可靠，重量偏重，零配件发展滞后，车门关系到整车的安全，现有的车门不能满足房车的整体美感，为此，本发明提供一种房车车门，门体适用于房车侧门，门体能够设置为通用形式，和整车配合，而且造价低。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种房车车门，结构设计紧凑，符合整车的安全性能要求。
所述的一种房车车门，包括外门框和内门框两个组成部分，其中，外门框和内门框均设计为长方体结构形式，外门框和内门框采用铝合金材料注塑为一体结构，其中，在内门框上设置了内层纱窗，内层纱窗为百叶窗结构，在百叶窗上设置了电机结构，同时，电机通过数据线连接了纱窗控制按钮，根据纱窗控制按钮用来控制内门框的操作，实现内层纱窗百叶窗的停靠。
在内门框上设置了手柄，通过手柄实现内门框的开启和关闭。
在外门框内嵌套了防火胶体材料，便于防火和密封，在外门框上设置了防弹玻璃，通过防弹玻璃进一步提高门框的安全，同时实现对外部空间的观察，
在外门框上设置了2到3个外门旋转轴，通过旋转轴与房车整车连接为一个整体。
在外门框下端设置了竖直立柱，竖直立柱起到保护门体的作用，在竖直立柱上镶嵌了门板结构，使得外门框整体牢固。
在外门框设置了电子门铃和门锁，电子门铃通过数据线连接了扩音器，起到警示开门的作用，门锁设置了锁孔，通过锁孔完成门体的锁闭，并且在外门框中间设置了两个内外手柄，通过手柄在内外两个方向都能打开房门。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明一种房车车门结构设计紧凑，安装简单方便，具有两层防护功能，设计更合理，填补了国内空白。
