本发明公开了一种高强度桑枝纤维/PVC复合材料:由塑料、桑枝纤维、钛白粉粒子、炭黑和各种助剂组成,各组分的重量配比为:塑料46~56%,桑枝纤维12~15%,钛白粉粒子5~7%,炭黑7~8%,相容剂10~12%,润滑剂5~8%,增韧剂3~4%。本发明还公开了一种高强度桑枝纤维/PVC复合材料的制备方法,桑枝纤维经热处理法处理。本发明能规模化利用桑枝纤维。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料及制备方法,特别是一种PVC复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
采用天然纤维与PVC复合制成PVC复合材料可有效利用天然纤维,但天然植物纤维未形成规模化利用,桑枝纤维就是其中的一种,大量桑枝纤维被废弃,不但造成资源浪费,也造成了严重的环境污染。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能规模化利用桑枝纤维的高强度桑枝纤维/PVC复合材料及其制备方法。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
高强度桑枝纤维/PVC复合材料,其改进之处在于:由塑料、桑枝纤维、钛白粉粒子、炭黑和各种助剂组成,各组分的重量配比为:塑料46~56%,桑枝纤维12~15%,钛白粉粒子5~7%,炭黑7~8%,相容剂10~12%,润滑剂5~8%,增韧剂3~4%。
上述高强度桑枝纤维/PVC复合材料的制备方法,所述桑枝纤维经热处理法处理。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、能规模化利用桑枝纤维。
2、桑枝纤维经热处理法处理,提高桑枝纤维与PVC的相溶性。
