The second water pump 4 is fixed on the water tank 1, and is used for pumping honing liquid and pumping the honing liquid back to the water tank 1 through the connected magnetic separator 8; a paper tape filter 6 is arranged on the water tank 1, and a magnetic separator 8 is arranged on the paper tape filter 6; the outlet pipe of the second water pump 4 is mounted to the magnetic separator 8.
The honing liquid is pumped to the magnetic separator 8 by the second water pump 4, and the magnetic separator 8 filters, so that primary filtering is realized; the honing liquid after the filtration is directly sent to the paper tape filter 6, the paper tape filter 6 realizes secondary fine filtration, and the honing liquid after the filtration directly flows back to the water tank 1.
A water return groove 5 is connected between the lathe bed 21 and the water tank 1, honing liquid flows back to the lathe bed through a chip flushing port, a drainage groove 22 is arranged on the lathe bed, and honing liquid flows to the water return groove 5 through the drainage groove 22 and finally flows into the water tank 1.
In the embodiment, the first water pump 3 and the third water pump 7 pump the water tank to the lathe bed to finish the reaming, honing and chip flushing functions; the honing liquid is pumped out of the lathe bed by the second water pump 4 and is filtered by the filtering device, the liquid in the water tank is returned to the water tank 1 and can be recycled, so that the honing liquid can be collected and the reaming and honing scraps can be cleaned.
In the embodiment of the invention, the water pipe 10 is arranged around the lathe bed 21, the output end of the first water pump 3 is connected with a valve 25, the outlet of the valve 25 is respectively connected with a first water pipe 24 and a third water pipe 26 which surround the lathe bed base, and is also connected with a second water pipe 23 connected with the honing support.
