a fine honing rod and a coarse honing rod are respectively connected to each spindle, a coarse honing head is connected to the coarse honing rod, and a fine honing head is connected to the fine honing rod;
under the control of a numerical control system, the double-feed oil cylinder drives four spindles to sequentially and independently finish rough honing and finish honing, or one of the four spindles sequentially finishes rough honing and finish honing;
the device also comprises a distance adjusting mechanism for adjusting the distance between the two main shafts, and the distance adjusting mechanism comprises a linear guide rail arranged on the upper lathe bed, wherein a first sliding block and a second sliding block are arranged on the linear guide rail; a first main shaft bracket is fixed on the first sliding block, and a second main shaft bracket is fixed on the second sliding block;

the locking nut connects the adjusting screw rod with the output shaft of the driving motor, and the adjusting screw rod rotates to drive the nut seat to move under the driving of the driving motor;

the servo valve body is connected with a piston rod of the main reciprocating cylinder through a connecting mechanism, and a servo valve core is connected with a control servo motor to control the rotation of the servo motor;
the servo valve body is connected with an oil return accumulator and a pressure oil accumulator.

The four-axis honing machine spindle reciprocating device according to claim 2, wherein a material posture adjusting mechanism is further arranged on the material bracket, and comprises a tray arranged above the material bracket, a roller arranged below the material posture adjusting mechanism, a rotating shaft penetrating the material bracket up and down and connected to the lower end of the tray, and a connecting plate arranged below the material bracket;
