Referring to fig. 2-6, a system for enhanced removal of humidified, flow-equalizing and pre-charged particles is provided, in which an ultrafine droplet injection device 1, a flow equalizing device 2 combining flow inhibition and flow guidance, and a charge-enhanced discharge device 3 are respectively arranged in the sequence of flue gas flow direction. The air flow firstly passes through the superfine liquid drop injection device 1 and then passes through the flow equalizing device 2 combining flow resistance and flow guidance, and the distance between the superfine liquid drop injection device 1 and the flow equalizing device 2 combining flow resistance and flow guidance is 500 mm.
The liquid drop spraying device comprises a nozzle 5 and a bracket 6, the bracket is arranged perpendicular to the direction of flue gas, the bracket is provided with pipelines 7 which are parallel to each other, and the nozzle 5 is arranged on the pipeline 7; the pipeline 7 is arranged perpendicular to the direction of the flue gas, the distance between the pipelines is not more than the effective spraying distance of the nozzles 5, the spraying direction of the nozzles 5 is perpendicular to the direction of the flue gas, the nozzles on a single pipeline are uniformly distributed, the distance is not more than the effective spraying range of the nozzles, and the nozzles of adjacent pipelines are arranged in a staggered mode. The nozzle is a fine atomizing solid cone nozzle, the spraying angle of the nozzle is 70 degrees, and the spraying range of the nozzle is 450 mm. The fine atomizing solid cone nozzle can generate superfine liquid drops with the particle size range of 60-80 mu m, and the liquid drops are charged through the charging of the nozzle, so that the charging level is improved. In the present embodiment, the ultra-fine droplet spraying system has six pipes and thirty nozzles, and the length and width of the bracket are 2500mm and cover 6.25m2The spraying amount of the area (2) is 100L/min, so that the dielectric constant of the particles can be improved by more than 30%.
The flow equalizing device combining flow resistance and flow guide comprises a baffle with openings, the baffle adopts a layer of opening guide plate 9 vertical to the smoke gas, the porosity is 50%, and the diameter of an opening 14 is 100 mm; the porosity of the middle region of the baffle is less than the porosity of the edge region. The charge strengthening discharge device comprises a pole wire 10, wherein the pole wire 10 is arranged behind the baffle and is installed on a suspension frame 11, and the pole wire 10 is connected with a power supply 4. An insulator 12 is arranged at the joint of the suspension frame and a power supply, and a heating and hot air blowing device 13 is arranged at the same time. The temperature of the insulator is guaranteed to be above 120 ℃ through hot air blowing, the suspension frame is made of high-stress-resistant and corrosion-resistant steel, and deformation or corrosion of the frame caused by high-speed charged particles and liquid drops is prevented. The height of the frame in the embodiment is 2500mm, ten polar lines are arranged in total, the distance between two adjacent polar lines is 140mm, and the vertical distance from the polar plate is 150 mm.
The high energy density power supply device is connected in the same form as the first embodiment, high-voltage pulses of-20 kV to-80 kV are generated, the width is 40 mus, but the embodiment is compact, the peak power of the pulses is 0.7MW, and the charge capacity of the particles can reach more than 15% of the saturated charge capacity.
