技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制作保健纳米抗菌西服的面料,尤其涉及一种由多层复合的面料的西服,属于服装制造技术。
背景技术
西服作为人们日常生活中最常穿的服装之一,与其它的服装相比存在清洗比较麻烦的缺陷,若要清洗时只能送到洗衣店里专门洗衣机进行清洗,穿了一段时间若不洗涤,就会容易发霉并藏有细菌,过多的霉变及细菌不仅影响穿者的身体健康,而且给正常洗涤带来了不便。因此,人们迫切期待一种洗涤方便、穿着舒适的用于制作保健纳米抗菌西服的面料问世。
发明内容
针对上述存在的缺陷,本发明提供了一种结构简单,洗涤方便、穿着舒适并具有抗菌、抗霉的用于制作保健纳米抗菌西服的面料。
为实现上述目的,本发明由西服本体、面料、内衬构成,其中面料分为底层、中间层和面层;底层为纳米抗菌布料,中间层为PU或PTEF薄膜, 面层为针织面料;底层和中间层、中间层和面层之间均采用粘接的形式连接。
本发明在西服用料中添加纳米抗菌布料,所述内衬采用甲壳素纤维针织面料制成,甲壳素纤维针织面料,其作用在于有效抑制细菌的生长,防止衣服长时间穿过后有异味,不利于健康等特点,方便洗涤。

具体实施方式
本发明由西服本体、面料、内衬组成,由于内衬与皮肤接触,所以必须选择柔软的排气好的质材做内衬。甲壳素纤维针织面料不仅具有抑菌除臭性能和对人体皮肤的护理作用,还有一定的吸湿作用和良好的排气作用,采用甲壳素纤维针织面料做内衬,可有效地提高西服穿着的舒适性,有利于身体健康,且方便洗涤。
面料包括底层、中间层和面层,底层为纳米抗菌布料,中间层为PU或PTEF薄膜,面层为普通的针织面料或机织面料,底层的上表面和中间层下表面、中间层上表面和面层下表面之间均釆用粘接的形式连接。纳米抗菌布料可进一步提高西服的抗菌作用,可有效防止外部细菌透过布料向内侵蚀,也可进一步防止内部藏纳细菌, PU或PTEF薄膜可阻挡外部水渗入内部的布料,但是可允许水分子自由通过, 即外界液体不能透过PU或PTEF薄膜进入衣服内, 但是里层的湿气可自由向外流出, 其具有一定的防水作用、挡风寒和保暖的性能、 面层的针织面料或机织面料可根据需求设计成多种样式、 多种颜色、 多种花纹等。

1.一种用于制作保分健纳米抗菌西服的面料,其特征在于它由西服本体、面料、内衬组成,西服本体包括面料和内衬, 其中面料包括底层、中间层和面层, 底层为纳米抗菌布料,中间层为PU或PTEF薄膜, 面层为针织面料, 底层和中间层、中间层和面层之间均采用粘接的形式连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种保健纳米抗菌西服, 其特征在于所述内衬采用甲壳素纤针织面料制成。
