Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型智能化充电枪头,包括壳体,壳体的前端设置有充电插头,充电插头内设置有充电极柱,充电极柱与电缆连接,壳体内还设置有锁存计数器、通信电路和单片机,锁存计数器和通信电路均与单片机连接,单片机与设置在壳体表面的显示器连接。本发明的通信电路外接充电桩控制器,每充一次电,通过单片机向锁存计数器发送一次充电信号,锁存计数器进行充电次数累加,并将累加结果返回给单片机,根据人为设定在内部的寿命计算方法计算出充电枪头的寿命,并在显示器上显示;能够直观的了解充电枪头的寿命,便于运维人员及时维护。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种充电枪头,具体涉及一种新型智能化充电枪头。
背景技术
随着电动汽车行业的快速发展,充电站和充电枪的建设也飞速发展,GB/T20234虽然对充电枪的技术要求和使用寿命都做了详细的规定,但是如何判断充电枪的使用寿命一直很少有人关注,仅是根据建设时间进行大致的判断。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种新型智能化充电枪头。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型智能化充电枪头,包括壳体,所述壳体的前端设置有充电插头,所述充电插头内设置有充电极柱,所述充电极柱与电缆连接,所述壳体内还设置有锁存计数器、通信电路和单片机,所述锁存计数器和通信电路均与单片机连接,所述单片机与设置在壳体表面的显示器连接。
还包括功率转换器,所述功率转换器设置在充电极柱和电缆之间,所述功率转换器与单片机连接。
还包括报警电路,所述报警电路与单片机连接。
所述壳体的上端还设置有锁扣,所述锁扣为一端带有锁钩的弹片装置,所述锁钩与汽车充电口的卡槽卡接。
所述壳体的前端还设置有照明灯。
壳体采用绝缘材质。
本发明所达到的有益效果:1、本发明的通信电路外接充电桩控制器,每充一次电,通过单片机向锁存计数器发送一次充电信号,锁存计数器进行充电次数累加,并将累加结果返回给单片机,根据人为设定在内部的寿命计算方法计算出充电枪头的寿命,并在显示器上显示;能够直观的了解充电枪头的寿命,便于运维人员及时维护;2、本发明设置有功率转换器,可在充电枪头处在一定范围内,通过通信电路进行充电功率设置,更加智能便捷;3、本发明设置有锁扣,保证充电枪头充电时连接可靠;4、本发明设置有照明灯,便于充电枪头与汽车充电口对接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1和2所示,一种新型智能化充电枪头,包括壳体1,壳体1采用绝缘材质,壳体1的前端设置有充电插头4和照明灯5,通过照明灯5的照明,便于充电枪头与汽车充电口对接,壳体1的上端设置有锁扣3,锁扣3为一端带有锁钩的弹片装置,锁钩与汽车充电口的卡槽卡接,保证充电枪头充电时连接可靠,充电插头4内设置有充电极柱,充电极柱与电缆连接。
壳体1内还设置有锁存计数器、通信电路、报警电路、功率转换器和单片机,锁存计数器、报警电路、功率转换器和通信电路均与单片机连接,单片机与设置在壳体1表面的显示器2连接,功率转换器设置在充电极柱和电缆之间。
上述智能化充电枪头每充一次电,充电桩控制器通过通信电路向单片机发送一次充电信号,单片机将一次充电信号发送给锁存计数器,锁存计数器进行充电次数累加,并将累加结果返回给单片机,单片机根据人为设定在内部的寿命计算方法(计算方法均为现有的技术,这里不详细叙述)计算出充电枪头的寿命,并在显示器2上显示,能够直观的了解充电枪头的寿命,便于运维人员及时维护;如果超过使用寿命发出报警;同时在充电枪头处在一定范围内,人手持移动终端(内置对应的应用系统)与通信电路通信,可对充电功率进行设置设置,更加智能便捷。

1.一种新型智能化充电枪头,包括壳体,所述壳体的前端设置有充电插头,所述充电插头内设置有充电极柱,所述充电极柱与电缆连接,其特征在于:所述壳体内还设置有锁存计数器、通信电路和单片机,所述锁存计数器和通信电路均与单片机连接,所述单片机与设置在壳体表面的显示器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型智能化充电枪头,其特征在于:还包括功率转换器,所述功率转换器设置在充电极柱和电缆之间,所述功率转换器与单片机连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型智能化充电枪头,其特征在于:还包括报警电路,所述报警电路与单片机连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型智能化充电枪头,其特征在于:所述壳体的上端还设置有锁扣,所述锁扣为一端带有锁钩的弹片装置,所述锁钩与汽车充电口的卡槽卡接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型智能化充电枪头,其特征在于:所述壳体的前端还设置有照明灯。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的一种新型智能化充电枪头,其特征在于:壳体采用绝缘材质。
