In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a flexible display that can be folded and unfolded using a unique structural form, and the size of the flexible display can be reduced to the maximum extent.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a deployable flexible display, comprising:
the engine base is internally provided with a rod in a rotatable way;
a flexible display structurally configured to be extendable or wrappable about a rod;
a hinged frame support means structurally configured to support the flexible display when the flexible display is unfolded, the hinged frame support means being separate from a portion of the flexible display remote from the winding on the rod when the flexible display is stowed;
and the storage cavity is arranged at the end part of the flexible display screen far away from the rod and is used for storing the hinged frame supporting device separated from the flexible display screen, and the storage cavity and the rod can be relatively close to or far away from each other.

The hinge rod can switch positions in the first groove and the second groove so as to realize that the hinge frame is switched between the closed state and the open state.
The storage cavity is provided with a guide groove, and the guide groove is matched with the hinged frame supporting device to slide and guide the hinged rod to switch between the first groove and the second groove.
The guide groove comprises a straight section and a bent section, and the switching of the straight section and the bent section realizes the switching of the hinge rod in the first groove and the second groove; the storage chamber is communicated with the bending section of the guide groove.
The storage chamber is connected with an expansion block for expanding before the hinged frame enters the storage chamber.
The invention also includes a drive mechanism configured to coordinate movement of the articulating frame support device into and out of the storage chamber, and simultaneous movement of the flexible display screen in and out of the storage chamber.
The transmission mechanism includes:
an intermediate lever;
one end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the base through a first rotating shaft, and the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the middle rod through a second rotating shaft;
one end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the shell of the storage cavity through a third rotating shaft, and the other end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the middle rod through a fourth rotating shaft;
the first gear is fixedly arranged at two ends of the rod;
the second gear is rotatably arranged on the first rotating shaft and is in transmission connection with the first gear;
the third gear is rotatably arranged on the second rotating shaft and is in transmission connection with the second gear;
the fourth gear is rotatably arranged on the third rotating shaft and is meshed with the third gear;
the fifth gear is rotatably arranged on the fourth rotating shaft and is in transmission connection with the fourth gear;
the sixth gear is rotatably arranged on the shell of the storage cavity and is in transmission connection with the fifth gear;
and the inner teeth are arranged on the back of each hinged frame and are in transmission connection with the sixth gear.
The hinged frame supporting device comprises a plurality of hinged frames, adjacent hinged frames are hinged together through a rotating shaft, one side, far away from the rotating shaft, of one of the two adjacent hinged frames is provided with a coupling block, the other hinged frame is provided with a coupling position corresponding to the coupling block, and the coupling block can play a limiting role after entering the coupling position.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, by arranging the rod and the hinged frame supporting device, the rod is used for winding and storing the flexible display screen, the hinged frame supporting device is used for supporting the flexible display screen when the flexible display screen is unfolded, when the flexible display screen is partially wound on the rod and collected, the part of the hinged frame supporting device separated from the flexible display screen is separately collected through the storage cavity, and the separated part of the hinged frame supporting device and the flexible display screen is separately collected, so that the storage cavity can be arranged in parallel with the rod, and the occupied volume is reduced; therefore, the limitation of the minimum size of the invention is further optimized, the portability of users is greatly enhanced, and simultaneously, the cost is well controlled due to the exquisite and simple structure.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present invention is a foldable flexible display including:
the device comprises a machine base 1, wherein a rod 2 is rotatably arranged in the machine base 1;
a flexible display screen 3 structurally configured to be extendable or rolled around the rod 2;
a hinged frame support means structurally configured to support the flexible display 3 when the flexible display 3 is unfolded, the hinged frame support means being separate from a portion of the flexible display remote from the winding on the rod when the flexible display is stowed;
and the storage cavity 4 is arranged at the end part of the flexible display screen far away from the rod and is used for storing the hinged frame supporting device separated from the flexible display screen, and the storage cavity and the rod can be relatively close to or far away from each other.
According to the invention, the rod 2 is used for winding and storing the flexible display screen 3, the hinged frame supporting device is used for supporting the flexible display screen 3 when the flexible display screen 3 is unfolded, when the flexible display screen 3 is partially wound on the rod 2 for collection, the parts separated from the flexible display screen 3 by the hinged frame supporting device are separately collected, and the separated parts of the two parts are separately collected, so that the storage cavity and the rod can be arranged in parallel, and the occupied volume is reduced; therefore, the limitation of the minimum size of the invention is further optimized, the portability of users is greatly enhanced, and simultaneously, the cost is well controlled due to the exquisite and simple structure.
As shown in the figure, one end of the hinged frame supporting device is connected with the base, the other end is movably connected with the storage cavity, and the base 1 is structurally provided with the storage cavity 4 for storing a part of the hinged frame supporting device separated from the flexible display screen 3; the storage chamber 4 is parallel to the rod 2, which is advantageous for reducing the size of the present invention.
As shown in the figure, the hinged frame supporting device specifically can adopt the following implementation mode, including a plurality of hinged frames 5 and hinged rods 13, two ends of the hinged rods 13 are hinged to the two hinged frames 5 respectively, the hinged frames 5 have second grooves 6, the second grooves 6 are located in the middle of the hinged frames 5, the two side walls of the second grooves 6 are provided with first grooves 7, the first grooves 7 located on the two side walls of the second grooves 6 have a tendency of approaching towards the flexible display screen 3, so that the hinged frames extending out of the base are linearly distributed through the limitation of the hinged rods and the first grooves 7, the flexible display screen 3 is flatly laid out by matching with the unfolded flexible display screen 3, and in addition, the limitation of the first grooves 7 to the hinged rods 13 can achieve the fixation of the hinged frame supporting device in the unfolded state.
The hinged frame supporting device can also adopt other embodiments to realize the fixation of a plurality of hinged frames extending out of the base, for example, the hinged frame supporting device comprises a plurality of hinged frames, the adjacent hinged frames are hinged together through a rotating shaft, one side of one of the two adjacent hinged frames, which is far away from the rotating shaft, is provided with a coupling block, the other hinged frame is provided with a coupling position corresponding to the coupling block, and the coupling block can play a role in limiting after entering the coupling position; the hinged frames extending out of the base can rotate relatively when adjacent hinged frames extend out, so that the coupling blocks enter the coupling positions, the hinged frame supporting device is further fixed in the unfolded state, and the coupling blocks and the coupling positions can be matched in an interference fit mode or other auxiliary structures.
Wherein, the first groove 7 exerts external force through the spring in order to realize the trend that is close to towards flexible display screen 3, or through the setting of the second groove 6 both sides material of articulated frame 5, and then realize inside have make the first groove 7 towards the stress that the trend that flexible display screen 3 is close to.
As shown, the hinge rod 13 can be switched between the positions in the first slot 7 and the second slot 6 to switch the hinge frame 5 between the closed state and the open state; in this embodiment, the width of the second groove 6 is smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the hinge rod 13, and when the hinge rod 13 is located in the second groove 6, the second groove 6 can be expanded to open the second groove 6, so that the second groove 6 is in an open state, and when the hinge rod 13 is located in the first groove 7, because the width of the first groove 7 is larger than that of the second groove 6, the first grooves 7 located at both sides of the hinge rod 13 can move towards the hinge rod 13 under the action of a spring or internal stress, and then the closing action of the second groove 6 is completed.
As shown, the storage chamber is provided with guide slots which cooperate with the articulated frame support means to slide and guide the switching of the articulated rods 13 in the first and second slots 7, 6; the guide groove can adopt a structure comprising a straight section 8 and a bent section 9, the switching of the hinge frames 5 between the straight section 8 and the bent section 9 realizes the switching of the hinge rods 13 between the first groove 7 and the second groove 6, and the hinge frames 5 rotate relatively when moving from the straight section 8 to the bent section 9, so that the hinge rods 13 slide from the first groove to the second groove; the storage chamber 4 is communicated with the bending section 9 of the guide groove; similarly, when the hinged frame 5 enters the storage chamber 4 from the curved section 9, the hinged rod 13 slides from the second slot 6 into the first slot 7.
Of course, there are other embodiments in which both sides of the second slot 6 are open, for example, where an expansion block is attached to the storage chamber for expanding the second slot before the hinged frame enters the storage chamber; it can be seen that the second slot 6 can be opened in various ways, and is not limited to the above-mentioned structure.
As shown, the present invention also includes a transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism including: an intermediate lever 10;
one end of the first connecting rod 11 is hinged with the base through a first rotating shaft, and the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the middle rod 10 through a second rotating shaft;
one end of the second connecting rod 12 is hinged with the shell of the storage cavity through a third rotating shaft, and the other end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the middle rod 10 through a fourth rotating shaft;
a first gear 14 fixedly installed at both ends of the rod;
the second gear 15 is rotatably arranged on the first rotating shaft, and the second gear 15 is in transmission connection with the first gear 14;
the third gear 16 is rotatably arranged on the second rotating shaft, and the third gear 16 is in transmission connection with the second gear 15;
a fourth gear 17 rotatably mounted on the third rotating shaft, the fourth gear 17 being engaged with the third gear 16;
a fifth gear 18 which is rotatably arranged on the fourth rotating shaft, and the fifth gear 18 is in transmission connection with the fourth gear 17;
a sixth gear 19 rotatably mounted on the housing of the storage chamber, the sixth gear 19 being in driving connection with the fifth gear 18;
and internal teeth 20 are arranged at the back of each hinged frame, and the internal teeth 20 are in transmission connection with the sixth gear 19.
The first gear is driven by a hand or a motor 21, the first gear rotates a driving rod to rotate to wind the flexible display screen on the rod, meanwhile, the first gear drives the second gear to rotate, the second gear drives the sixth gear to rotate through the third gear, the fourth gear and the fifth gear, the sixth gear rotates to push the hinged frame into the storage cavity, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod rotate relative to the middle rod along with the fact that the hinged frame enters the storage cavity to adapt to the length of the hinged frame supporting device which leaks outside the storage cavity, the first gear is preferably a bevel gear, the bevel gear can better utilize a three-dimensional space, and the occupied volume is reduced; the transmission ratio among the first gear, the second gear, the third gear, the fourth gear, the fifth gear and the sixth gear can be adjusted according to actual needs.
It should be noted that the housing 1 according to the present invention may be an integrated component, which may be composed of one component or an integrated body of multiple components.
The articulated frame 5 in this embodiment may be one part or may be composed of a plurality of parts.
