Background
Currently, terminal equipment has become an indispensable article in people's life and work. Along with the improvement of user requirements, the performance of the terminal equipment is better and better, and the more prominent expression is that the size of the terminal equipment is larger and larger, and correspondingly, the screen of the terminal equipment is also larger and larger. On the premise that the overall size of the terminal device is determined, the larger the screen occupation ratio of the terminal device is, the larger the screen size of the terminal device is, but the screen occupation ratio of the current terminal device still cannot meet the requirement of a user on the large-screen terminal device.
Along with the appearance of flexible screen, foldable terminal equipment is more and more, when guaranteeing to obtain the large screen under the expansion state, can also make things convenient for carrying of terminal equipment through folding. However, in the current folding terminal device, two folding portions that can be folded back and forth to each other need to be connected by a rotating shaft, and a user needs to complete switching between a folded state and an unfolded state by folding back during operation, which causes a problem of inconvenient operation.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention can achieve the following beneficial effects:
in the using process of the terminal equipment disclosed by the invention, a user can control the second shell to extend out relative to the first shell, so that the flexible screen can be unfolded, and the terminal equipment can obtain a screen with a larger area; during the folding process, the user can control the second shell to shrink relative to the first shell, so that the flexible screen can be folded. Therefore, in the whole control process, a user only needs to control the second shell to move relative to the first shell in a telescopic mode, the terminal equipment can be unfolded and folded, turning over is not needed, compared with the existing folding terminal equipment, the terminal equipment disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is more convenient to control, and the space needed by turning over is not needed in the folding and unfolding processes, so that the terminal equipment is more convenient for the user to use.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a terminal device, which includes a housing 100 and a flexible screen 200.
The housing 100 is a basic component of the terminal device, and the housing 100 can provide an installation base for other components of the terminal device. In this embodiment, the casing 100 includes a first casing 110 and a second casing 120, and the second casing 120 is movably disposed on the first casing 110 and extends and retracts relative to the first casing 110, so as to switch the terminal device in different states.
The flexible screen 200 is a display part of the terminal device and has good bending and deforming capacity. In this embodiment, one end of the flexible screen 200 is connected to the first casing 110, and specifically, one end of the flexible screen 200 may be fixed to the first casing 110 by an adhesive method. The other end of the flexible screen 200 is wound from the first surface of the second housing 120 to the second surface of the second housing, and the other end of the flexible screen 200 is connected to the first housing 110 or the second housing 120. In this embodiment, the first surface of the second casing 120 and the second surface of the second casing 120 are opposite surfaces.
The other end of the flexible screen 200 is movably connected to the first casing 110 or the second casing 120 and moves relative to the first casing 110 or the second casing 120. During the movement of the other end of the flexible screen 200 with respect to the first housing 110 or the second housing 120, a portion of the flexible screen 200 located on the second housing 120 moves between the first surface and the second surface of the second housing 120.
In a specific operation process, the second housing 120 can move relative to the first housing 110, so as to achieve the stretching and retracting relative to the first housing 110, the other end of the flexible screen 200 can be driven to move relative to the first housing 110 or the second housing 120 during the stretching and retracting of the second housing 120, the other end of the flexible screen 200 can move relative to the first housing 110 or the second housing 120, and thus, a part of the flexible screen 200 can be switched to move to the first surface and the second surface.
The terminal device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has an unfolded state and a folded state, and in a specific control process, the second shell 120 moves relative to the first shell 110, so that the terminal device can be switched between the unfolded state and the folded state.
In the unfolded state, the second housing 120 is extended relative to the first housing 110, the flexible screen 200 is stretched, and a part of the flexible screen 200 is transferred from the first surface of the second housing 120 to the second surface of the second housing 120, so that a larger area of the display area is formed on the second surface of the second housing 120, thereby unfolding the flexible screen 200, as shown in fig. 2.
In the folded state, the second housing 120 is contracted with respect to the first housing 110, and a portion of the flexible screen 200 is transferred from the second surface of the second housing 120 to the first surface of the second housing 120, in which case the flexible screen 200 is moved again to the first surface of the second housing 120 by unfolding a partial area transferred to the second surface of the second housing 120, thereby achieving the folding of the flexible screen 200, as shown in fig. 1.
In the using process of the terminal device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, a user can control the second shell 120 to extend out relative to the first shell 110, so that the flexible screen 200 can be unfolded, and the terminal device can obtain a screen with a larger area; during the folding process, the user can control the second housing 120 to contract relative to the first housing 110, so as to realize the folding of the flexible screen 200. It can be seen that, in the whole operation process, the user only needs to control the second housing 120 to move telescopically relative to the first housing 110, and the terminal device can be operated and folded without turning over.
Meanwhile, when the terminal device is in a folded state, the flexible screens 200 are distributed on both sides of the cabinet 100, and in particular, the flexible screens 200 may be equally distributed on the first surface and the second surface of the second housing 120, thereby enabling the terminal device to form a dual-screen terminal device. When the terminal device is in the unfolded state, the partial area of the flexible screen 200 is transferred from the first surface of the second housing 120 to the second surface of the second housing 120, which certainly enables to form a single-sided full-screen terminal device having a larger screen occupation ratio. Obviously, the terminal device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has better performance undoubtedly.
Specifically, one end of the second housing 120 is movably connected to the first housing 110, the other end of the second housing 120 is provided with the roller 130, and the flexible screen 200 is in rolling contact with the roller 130, in this case, the flexible screen 200 can be in rolling contact with the roller 130 during the moving process, so that the abrasion between the flexible screen 200 and the casing 100 can be reduced. Of course, the roller 130 moves with the second housing 120 relative to the first housing 110 during the telescoping process.
In this embodiment, the battery of the terminal device is disposed in the casing 100, and specifically, the battery may be disposed in the roller 130.
There are various ways to realize the telescopic movement of the second housing 120 relative to the first housing 110, for example, a telescopic device is provided between the second housing 120 and the first housing 110, the telescopic device realizes the telescopic movement of the second housing 120 relative to the first housing 110, and finally realizes the telescopic movement of the whole housing 100.
In order to improve the stability of the second housing 120 moving relative to the first housing 110, it is preferable that the first housing 110 is opened with a first guide groove 111, and one end of the second housing 120 is slidably inserted into the first guide groove 111. During the telescopic movement, one end of the second housing 120 slides along the first guide groove 111, thereby achieving the telescopic movement.
As described above, a telescopic device may be disposed between the second housing 120 and the first housing 110, and specifically, a telescopic device may be connected between one end of the second housing 120 and the first guide groove 111, and the telescopic device drives the second housing 120 to move by extending or contracting itself. The driving function of the telescopic device can facilitate the operation and control of a user.
The telescopic device may be a hydraulic telescopic device or a pneumatic telescopic device, and the telescopic device may also include a driving motor and a screw mechanism, wherein the driving motor drives the second housing 120 to move telescopically relative to the first housing 110 by driving the screw mechanism.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the retractable device may be a Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) structure 300. The SMA structure 300 has a phase transition temperature, and when the SMA structure 300 is below its phase transition temperature, the SMA structure 300 may compress, as shown in fig. 3; when the SMA structure 300 needs to be expanded, heat can be generated after power is supplied, and when the temperature is higher than the phase transition temperature, the SMA structure 300 is in an expanded state, as shown in fig. 4, and at this time, the terminal device is also in the expanded state. In the process of controlling, the user can directly compress the terminal equipment by holding the terminal equipment by hand and applying a certain force, so that the terminal equipment is switched to a folded state. It is clear that the use of the SMA structure 300 allows a semi-automation of the manipulation, with a simple structure. In a specific design process, the SMA structure 300 only needs to be powered by a power supply battery.
In this embodiment, the second guide groove 112 is formed in the first housing 110, the other end of the flexible screen 200 may be connected to the sliding block 210, the sliding block 210 may be slidably disposed in the second guide groove 112, and in the process of unfolding the terminal device, the other end of the flexible screen 200 may be implemented by sliding the sliding block 210 along the second guide groove 112 in the moving process, so that the moving stability may be improved.
The terminal device disclosed in this embodiment may further include a deformation mechanism, and the slider 210 may be connected to the first housing 110 or the second housing 120 through the deformation mechanism. The other end of the flexible screen 200 moves relative to the first housing 110 or the second housing 120 based on the deformation of the deformation mechanism. The deformation of the deformation mechanism can better realize the movement of the other end of the flexible screen 200. Of course, the other end of the flexible screen 200 may be directly connected to the deformation mechanism.
The deformation mechanism can be various in types. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in a specific embodiment, the deformation mechanism may be an elastic member 400, the elastic member 400 may be connected between the sliding block 210 and a groove wall of the second guide groove 112, the elastic member 400 may be accommodated in the second guide groove 112, in the folded state, the elastic member 400 may apply an elastic force to the sliding block 210, so that the terminal device may be stably maintained in the folded state, when the terminal device needs to be unfolded, a user may apply a certain force by himself or drive the second housing 120 to move relative to the first housing 110 by means of a telescopic device, in this case, the elastic force of the elastic member 400 needs to be overcome, and when the terminal device is folded, the elastic member 400 pulls the other end of the flexible screen 200 to move when the terminal device recovers deformation, which obviously facilitates the folding of the terminal device. Specifically, the elastic member 400 may be a spring, a rubber band, or the like, and the embodiment of the invention does not limit the specific kind of the elastic member 400. Of course, the deformation mechanism is not limited to the elastic member 400, and may be a hydraulic expansion member, a pneumatic expansion member, or the like.
Generally, the terminal device is provided with optical devices, such as a camera, an ambient light sensor, etc., the working property of the optical devices determines to occupy the space on the panel of the terminal device, which will certainly result in the reduction of the screen occupation ratio of the terminal device, and based on this, in a preferred scheme, the bottom surface of the second guide groove 112 may be provided with the optical device 500, when the second housing 120 is extended relative to the first housing 110, the terminal device is in the extended state, and the optical device 500 is arranged at a position offset from the other end of the flexible screen 200, that is, the optical device 500 is not shielded. When the second housing 120 is retracted relative to the first housing 110, and the terminal device is in a folded state, the flexible screen 200 covers the optical device 500, thereby hiding the optical device 500. Note that the bottom surface of the second guide groove 112 refers to a surface of the second guide groove 112 facing the notch of the second guide groove 112.
When the user needs the optical device 500 to work, the terminal device can be in the unfolding state, and the optical device 500 is not shielded at this time, so that the lighting work can be performed. When the shooting is not needed, the optical device 500 is shielded by the flexible screen 200, and obviously, on the premise that the size of the housing 100 is determined, the terminal device with the above structure can be assembled with the flexible screen 200 with a larger area, so that the screen occupation ratio can be improved.
In a more preferable aspect, the terminal device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention may further include a speaker 600, the speaker 600 is mounted on the second housing 120, the second housing 120 is provided with a groove 121 communicated with the speaker 600, when the second housing 120 extends out relative to the first housing 110, a gap 140 is formed between the groove 121 and the first housing 110, the gap 140 is communicated with the groove 121, the gap 140 and the groove 121 form a first sound emitting cavity a, when the second housing 120 retracts relative to the first housing 110, the first housing 110 blocks the notch of the groove 121, the first housing 110 and the groove 121 form a second sound emitting cavity B, and the second housing 120 is provided with a sound emitting hole communicated with the groove 121, so as to ensure the emission of sound. The sound outlet hole is opened on the surface of the casing 100 where the flexible screen 200 is not laid, thereby being prevented from being affected by the flexible screen 200.
In this preferred embodiment, the terminal device is capable of forming a first sound-emitting chamber a and a second sound-emitting chamber B in the unfolded state and the folded state, respectively. The volume of the second sound-emitting cavity B is smaller than that of the first sound-emitting cavity A. When the terminal device is in a folded state, the volume of the second sound-emitting cavity B is smaller, and the sound quality is the same as that of the traditional terminal device. When the terminal equipment is in an unfolded state, the volume of the first sound outlet cavity A is large, so that the low frequency of the terminal equipment is full, and the tone quality is greatly improved.
The terminal device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, an electronic book reader, a game machine and other terminal devices, and the embodiment of the invention does not limit the specific types of the terminal devices.
