1) Closing circuit breaker
When the device is not required to consume power, the device operator turns off QF1 and presses SB2. And the "running" state indicates off, the station apparatus can stop the power supply.
2) Power outage request upload
According to SB2, the controller MCU receives the power-off request signal and uploads the power-off request signal to the second management platform of the training room teacher control center in a wired or wireless mode.
3) Secondary authorization shutdown
After receiving the power-off request signal, the teacher control center issues a power-off signal to a controller MCU corresponding to the power-off request signal, the controller MCU controls KA4 to be closed, KA4 controls KM2 to be closed, and a 'preparation' prompt is closed on a safety double-authorization system control cabinet of the on-site practical training equipment. And the signal is fed back to the controller MCU, and the controller MCU uploads the fed-back power-off signal to a first management platform of the comprehensive training room control center.
4) Primary authorization shutdown
After receiving the power-off request signal, the first management platform issues a power-off signal to a controller MCU corresponding to the power-on request signal, the controller MCU controls KA3 to be closed, KA3 controls KM1 to be closed, and a safety prompt on a safety double-authorization system control cabinet of the on-site practical training equipment is closed.
