Background
T/R is an abbreviation for Transmitter and Receiver. The T/R component is generally used to mean a portion between a video and an antenna in a wireless transceiving system, i.e., the T/R component is connected to the antenna, and a connected video processing unit forms a wireless transceiving system.
The microwave signal interface of the T/R component of the electronic equipment usually adopts a plug-in blind plugging connection mode, the connection mode enables the installation of the T/R component in an electronic system such as a radar and the like to be simpler, the integration density of the system is improved, the system volume is reduced, the multi-port of the T/R component adopts the plug-in blind plugging connection mode, the possibility is provided for the multi-port simultaneous connection test, however, the plug-in connector usually has larger plugging force, when the multi-port is plugged, the plugging is difficult to realize by manpower, if a clamp can be designed, the plugging and the test of the port of the T/R component can be realized quickly and laborsavingly, the connector does not need to be plugged one by one when the T/R component is tested, and the test efficiency of the multi-port T/R.
The T/R assembly has small microwave port spacing and high density, common 1.85mm, 2.4mm, 2.92mm and 3.5mm and SMA joints are difficult to realize butt joint, and if the T/R assembly can be switched to the corresponding joint after blind plugging, the assembly can be conveniently tested.
Currently, a test fixture (with the name of CN 102914767B) for testing a radar TR component is provided, the T/R component is driven by a lead screw to be plugged and unplugged, and the test fixture is complex in structure, high in cost and not suitable for small-batch low-cost tests. Meanwhile, the rotary screw rod works through rotation of the screw rod, and the efficiency is low.
The current testing method mainly realizes the testing of the T/R assembly by manually plugging and unplugging the testing connector, wastes a large amount of time for the multi-channel T/R assembly, has low efficiency and is not suitable for large-batch testing.

The connection between the connection block 6 and the T/R assembly 3 can be realized by, but not limited to, the following folding method: the connecting block 6 is integrally formed with a connecting pin, the T/R assembly 3 is provided with a connecting hole, the connecting pin can be inserted into or pulled out of the connecting hole, when the connecting pin is inserted into the connecting hole, the connecting block 6 is connected with the T/R assembly 3, the part of the side support 2, which is positioned right above the connecting block, is an open part, and therefore upward pulling out of the connecting block cannot be limited, when the T/R assembly 3 needs to be replaced, the connecting pin can be separated from the connecting hole by upwards pulling out the connecting block, and the T/R assembly 3 is pulled out and then replaced.
The cam 5 can be hinged with the side bracket 2 through a rotating shaft passing through the side bracket 2.
Preferably, the handle link 1 is a telescopic rod.
The T/R assembly is particularly suitable for the test fixture of the application when the T/R assembly is a multi-channel T/R assembly. The working efficiency of the rocker mechanism is much higher than the efficiency of the rotation mode of the lead screw.
As shown in figure 2, when the handle connecting rod is pulled anticlockwise, the cam rotates along with the handle connecting rod, the rotating connection block is pushed under the action of the pull rod, the T/R assembly is pushed to move towards the right side, and acting force is applied to achieve blind plugging operation.
As shown in figure 3, when the handle is pushed clockwise, the cam rotates along with the handle, the rotating block is pulled under the action of the pull rod, meanwhile, the T/R assembly is pulled to move leftwards, and the pulling operation can be realized by applying acting force.
For different blind insertion joints, the insertion force is different, and the operation force can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the handle pull rod.
