Abstract
The invention discloses a breathable waterproof adhesive tape composite adhesive, which comprises a surface adhesive and a bottom adhesive, wherein the surface adhesive comprises: styrene butadiene rubber, sulfur, an accelerator, an activator, an anti-aging agent, a filler and a softener; the filler comprises: air permeable material, pottery clay and carbon black. The invention provides a breathable waterproof adhesive tape composite adhesive, and also provides a breathable adhesive tape raincoat and a preparation method thereof.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of rubber materials, and relates to a breathable waterproof adhesive tape composite adhesive and an adhesive tape raincoat.
Background
The raincoat is a common rain gear for people, and is an essential rain shielding tool especially when riding a bicycle or a motorcycle in rainy days; in the existing raincoat preparation process, people usually glue a layer of surface glue on cloth, vulcanize the surface glue, polish the edge bonding part of the adhesive tape, cut the cloth according to a specific size, brush the bonding glue paste at the bottom edge bonding part, bond and form the raincoat. Therefore, the existing manufacturing process adopts the existing primer and surface glue, has the defect of air impermeability, and has no measure for ensuring air permeability in the design and forming procedures. When the raincoat is sanded, only the edge bonding part of the adhesive tape is sanded, so that the existing raincoat has the defect of air impermeability.

In the surface glue, the softening agent is preferably engine oil.
In the surface glue, the accelerant comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-3 parts of accelerator CZ, 1.5-2 parts of accelerator DM, 0.5-1.5 parts of accelerator D and 0.1-0.3 part of accelerator TT.
