Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are given by way of illustration.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a child safety seat 1 detachably mounted to a car seat 2 for seating a child and providing safety protection to the child. The child safety seat 1 includes a base 11 and a body 12 rotatably disposed on the base 11, and a child is seated in the body 12. When installed in the car seat 2, the body 12 can be rotated relative to the base 11 to a forward use position shown in fig. 2 or a backward use position shown in fig. 4. The child in the body 12 faces forward of the vehicle in the forward use state, and the child in the body 12 faces the backrest 21 of the vehicle seat 2 in the rearward use state.
The base 11 is a wedge-shaped structure, the thickness of the rear end is greater than that of the front end, the lower surface of the base 11 is a plane approximately parallel to the horizontal direction, an included angle α is formed between the upper surface and the lower surface of the base 11, and the included angle α is 15 degrees in the embodiment. The front end of the base 11 is provided with a mandril 13 which extends downwards and is supported on the floor of the automobile, and the mandril 13 can be arranged into a telescopic structure, so that the mandril can be adjusted according to the height of the automobile seat 2 and can keep propping against the bottom plate of the automobile. The rear end of the base 11 is provided with two rearwardly extending docking arms 14, the docking arms 14 being inserted into an ISOFIX interface (not shown) provided on the car seat 2 to lock the child safety seat 1 in place on the car seat 2.
The body 12 includes a back plate 121 for a child to lean against, and two side plates 122 fixed to two sides of the back plate 121, wherein the upper edges of the side plates 122 are handrails 123 for the child to lean against. The front edge 124 of the body 12 is located between the two side plates 122, and the front edge 124 includes two downwardly curved arches 124a, the two arches 124a being connected to each other. The legs of the child can be placed at the arches 124a in the forward use position.
As shown in fig. 3, in the forward use state, the body 12 faces forward, the back surface 121 of the body 12 abuts against the backrest 21 of the car seat 2, and the distance between the front edge 124 of the body 12 and the upper surface of the car seat 2 is H1.
As shown in fig. 5, the body 12 faces rearward in the rearward use condition, with the front edge 124 being substantially flush with the rear end of the base 11 in the vertical direction. The distance between the front edge 124 and the upper surface of the car seat 2 is H2, and the distance between the armrest 123 and the upper surface of the car seat 2 is H3. Because the base 11 is wedge-shaped with an angle α of 15 degrees between the upper and lower surfaces, the front edge 124 of the body 12 gradually rises during rotation from the forward use condition to the rearward use condition, such that H2 is greater than H1. And in the rearward use position the front edge 124 abuts against the backrest 21 of the vehicle seat 2. Since the front edge 124 is formed by connecting two arch structures 124a, the contact area of the front edge 124 with the backrest 21 is large, and there is a large friction force between the two. The front edge 124 is configured to have two arched structures 124a connected to each other, which is opposite to the straight front edge 124, and is beneficial to increase the stability of the body 12 abutting against the backrest 21.
In order to ensure that the body 12 can be abutted against the backrest 21 in forward and backward use states and ensure the safety and comfort of children in the body 12, the ratio of H1 to H2 is set within the range of 0.4-0.6, and the ratio of H2 to H3 is set within the range of 0.6-0.8. Specifically, H2 is greater than or equal to 265mm, and only if H2 meets this value, it is ensured that the front edge 124 has a sufficient height to interfere with the backrest 21. In this embodiment, the sizes of H1, H2 and H3 are 148mm, 265mm and 375mm, respectively.
Referring to fig. 6 to 9, the body 12 can swing back and forth with respect to the base 11 to change the tilt angle. In the backward use state, an acute angle is formed between an extension line of the back plate 121 of the body 12 and the upper surface of the car seat 2, and the acute angle is defined as a supplementary tilt angle β, and a smaller value of the supplementary tilt angle β indicates a greater degree of tilt of the body 12 with respect to the base 11. The size of the supplementary tilt angle beta is limited within the range of 36-42 degrees, ensuring that the body 12 does not swing to a large tilt degree, thereby reducing the risk of the child safety seat 1 overturning without providing an anti-rebound member. The magnitudes of the supplementary tilt angles β shown in fig. 6 to 9 are 42 degrees, 40 degrees, 38 degrees, and 36 degrees, respectively.
In the backward use state, the movement locus of the front edge 124 of the body 12 during the swinging process is arc-shaped, so that the front edge 124 always keeps a similar contact distance with the backrest 21 during the movement process. Ensuring that the leading edge 124 can function as an anti-rebound member.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the base 11 is provided with an arc seat 111 extending in the front-rear direction of the child safety seat 1 and having two ends tilted, and the body 12 is carried on the arc seat 111. Two upright front vertical plates 112 are respectively arranged on two sides of the front end of the arc-shaped seat 111, and two upright rear vertical plates 113 are respectively arranged on two sides of the rear end of the arc-shaped seat 111. The two front vertical plates 112 are respectively provided with a front sliding chute 112a, the two rear vertical plates 113 are respectively provided with a rear sliding chute 113a, and the front sliding chute 112a and the rear sliding chute 113a are both in an arc shape with two tilted ends. The bottom of the body 12 is provided with a front connecting rod 125 and a rear connecting rod 126, two ends of the front connecting rod 125 are respectively slidingly accommodated in the two front sliding chutes 112a, and two ends of the rear connecting rod 126 are respectively slidingly accommodated in the two rear sliding chutes 113 a. The sliding of the body 12 on the base 11 can be realized by accommodating the connecting rod at the bottom of the body 12 in the sliding slot on the base 11, and the moving track of the front edge 124 is arc-shaped in the process of swinging the body 12 relative to the base 11.
Referring to fig. 10 to 13, the child safety seat 1 further includes a locking mechanism 15, the locking mechanism 15 is disposed between the body 12 and the base 11 and can lock the body 12 on the base 11 so that the body 12 cannot slide relative to the base 11, and the body 12 can slide freely after the locking mechanism 15 is unlocked. In this embodiment, the locking mechanism 15 is disposed at the bottom of the body 12 and between the two front vertical plates 112. The two front vertical plates 112 are respectively provided with a plurality of engaging holes 112b in parallel for the locking mechanism 15 to lock, and the plurality of engaging holes 112b in parallel are located below the front chute 112 a. The locking mechanism 15 includes a follower 151, an operating member 152, two driving members 153, and two engaging members 154 having a U-shaped structure.
