本发明涉及一种电动单车轮毂充电装置,包括电动单车、单车固定锁车桩,所述电动单车从前到后依次设有前轮毂、连接板、后轮毂,所述连接板一端顶部设置有电池箱,所述电池箱内部设有蓄电池,所述蓄电池顶部设置有电压表,所述电池箱下方设置有充电器,所述前轮毂内部设置有副边线圈,所述单车固定锁车桩内底部设有原边线圈,所述单车固定锁车桩上设置有显示屏,所述单车固定锁车桩上方一侧设置有锁车支架,所述锁车支架内设置有电子锁,所述前轮毂上方设置有锁车连接支架,所述锁车连接支架一侧连接有电子锁头,整套装置有效解决了共享电动单车充电困难使用不便的问题,充电更加方便,便于推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动单车轮毂充电装置,属于公共交通设备领域。
背景技术
共享单车是指企业在校园、地铁站点、公交站点、居民区、商业区、公共服务区等提供自行车单车共享服务,是一种分时租赁模式。共享单车是一种新型共享经济,2016年底以来,国内共享单车突然就火爆了起来,最近一张手机截屏蹿红网络,在这张截图上,24个共享单车应用的图标霸满了整个手机屏幕,真的是“一图说明共享单车的激烈竞争”,而在街头,仿佛一夜之间,共享单车已经到了“泛滥”的地步,各大城市路边排满各种颜色的共享单车,共享单车已经越来越多地引起人们的注意,由于其符合低碳出行理念,政府对这一新鲜事物也处于善意的观察期,共享电动单车作为共享自行车的发展也变得越来越普遍,但是共享电动单车的充电一直是一个棘手的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题克服现有的缺陷,提供一种电动单车轮毂充电装置,充电方便,实现了共享电动单车的智能无线充电,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种电动单车轮毂充电装置,包括电动单车、单车固定锁车桩,所述电动单车从前到后依次设有前轮毂、连接板、后轮毂,所述连接板一端顶部设置有电池箱,所述电池箱内部设有蓄电池,所述蓄电池顶部设置有电压表,所述电池箱下方设置有充电器,所述前轮毂内部设置有副边线圈,所述单车固定锁车桩内底部设有原边线圈,所述单车固定锁车桩上设置有显示屏,所述单车固定锁车桩上方一侧设置有锁车支架,所述锁车支架内设置有电子锁,所述前轮毂上方设置有锁车连接支架,所述锁车连接支架一侧连接有电子锁头。
进一步而言,所述副边线圈外围设置有由烧结的铁氧体制成的无机磁性屏蔽层。
进一步而言,所述副边线圈、原边线圈的频率相同。
进一步而言,所述副边线圈电性连接所述充电器,所述充电器电性连接所述蓄电池。
进一步而言,所述电压表电性连接所述电子锁头,所述电子锁头电性连接所述电子锁,所述电子锁电性连接所述显示屏,所述显示屏一侧电性连接有PLC控制器。
本发明有益效果:一种电动单车轮毂充电装置,采用电磁感应原理,通过线圈进行能量耦合实现能量的传递,通过设置原边线圈和副边线圈实现了电能的转换,利用充电器作为整流设备,将交流电转化为合适充电电压的直流电,有效解决了共享电动单车充电难的问题,通过在电动单车上设置锁车连接支架、电子锁头以及电压表,方便将电动单车锁在单车固定锁车桩上,同时将电动单车上蓄电池的电压信息以电信号的形式传递给单车固定锁车桩上的控制器,进而实现对整个充电过程的控制,同时将电量信息显示在显示屏上,便于使用者观看,更为方便便捷,节约能源。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1-3所示,一种电动单车轮毂充电装置,包括电动单车1、单车固定锁车桩2,所述电动单车1从前到后依次设有前轮毂3、连接板5、后轮毂4,所述连接板5一端顶部设置有电池箱6,所述电池箱6内部设有蓄电池7,所述蓄电池7顶部设置有电压表8,用于测量蓄电池7的实时电压,进而实现对电量的检测,所述电池箱6下方设置有充电器9,用作整流器将副边线圈12产生的交流电转化为合适电压的直流电对蓄电池7进行充电,所述前轮毂3内部设置有副边线圈12,所述单车固定锁车桩2内底部设有原边线圈13,通过原边线圈13与副边线圈12的能量耦合实现电能的传递,所述单车固定锁车桩2上设置有显示屏11,用于指示共享电动单车的状态以及电量情况等,所述单车固定锁车桩2上方一侧设置有锁车支架10,所述锁车支架10内设置有电子锁14,所述前轮毂3上方设置有锁车连接支架16,所述锁车连接支架16一侧连接有电子锁头15,便于将电动单车1固定在单车固定锁车桩2上。
更具体而言,所述副边线圈12外围设置有由烧结的铁氧体制成的无机磁性屏蔽层,屏蔽效果较好,有效的减少了外界的电磁干扰,提高了充电效率,所述副边线圈12、原边线圈13的频率相同,所述副边线圈12电性连接所述充电器9,所述充电器9电性连接所述蓄电池7,所述电压表8电性连接所述电子锁头15,所述电子锁头15电性连接所述电子锁14,所述电子锁14电性连接所述显示屏11,所述显示屏11一侧电性连接有PLC控制器。
本发明改进于:一种电动单车轮毂充电装置,采用电磁感应原理,通过线圈进行能量耦合实现能量的传递,通过设置原边线圈13和副边线圈12实现了电能的转换,利用充电器9作为整流设备,将交流电转化为合适充电电压的直流电,有效解决了共享电动单车充电难的问题,通过在电动单车1上设置锁车连接支架16、电子锁头14以及电压表8,方便将电动单车1锁在单车固定锁车桩2上,同时将电动单车1上蓄电池7的电压信息以电信号的形式传递给单车固定锁车桩2上的控制器,当电量充满时控制原边线圈13停止供电,进而实现对整个充电过程的控制,同时将电量信息显示在显示屏11上,便于使用者观看,更为方便便捷,节约能源。

1.一种电动单车轮毂充电装置,包括电动单车(1)、单车固定锁车桩(2),其特征在于:所述电动单车(1)从前到后依次设有前轮毂(3)、连接板(5)、后轮毂(4),所述连接板(5)一端顶部设置有电池箱(6),所述电池箱(6)内部设有蓄电池(7),所述蓄电池(7)顶部设置有电压表(8),所述电池箱(6)下方设置有充电器(9),所述前轮毂(3)内部设置有副边线圈(12),所述单车固定锁车桩(2)内底部设有原边线圈(13),所述单车固定锁车桩(2)上设置有显示屏(11),所述单车固定锁车桩(2)上方一侧设置有锁车支架(10),所述锁车支架(10)内设置有电子锁(14),所述前轮毂(3)上方设置有锁车连接支架(16),所述锁车连接支架(16)一侧连接有电子锁头(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种电动单车轮毂充电装置,其特征在于:所述副边线圈(12)外围设置有由烧结的铁氧体制成的无机磁性屏蔽层。
