Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of printing equipment, in particular to a sheet-fed flexographic printing machine which comprises a first printing unit and a second printing unit which are used for respectively printing two surfaces of a printing stock, wherein a first printing paper transfer roller I, a first printing paper transfer roller II, a second printing paper transfer roller I and a second printing paper transfer roller II are arranged to be rollers with temperature control or quality inspection devices. An even number of printing paper transfer rollers are additionally arranged between and behind the printing units corresponding to the two surfaces of the printed product respectively, on one hand, the printing of the two surfaces of the printed product is ensured through the even number of times of paper handover, and on the other hand, the problems of thermal accumulation and timeliness of quality control of the printed product are solved through the additional temperature control function and the printed product quality inspection function on the added printing paper transfer rollers.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of printing equipment, in particular to a sheet-fed flexographic printing machine.
Background
In order to meet the requirement of improving the production efficiency, the existing flexographic printing machine, especially the double-sided flexographic printing machine, needs to dry and solidify the ink on the printing surface immediately after each printing, and then can perform the next step or next surface of printing operation. The existing printed matter rapid drying technology mostly adopts the principles of hot air, infrared or ultraviolet light drying and curing and the like to realize rapid drying of printed matters. The drying method brings heat influence to the surface of the printed product, slightly causes the surface temperature of one side of the printed product to rise and slightly warp, and seriously causes the printed product to obviously deform, even causes the printed product to be scorched or burnt under special conditions. In addition, under the condition that the requirement on the printing production quality is continuously improved, a user puts requirements on the online quality inspection system configured on the printing equipment, and the existing flexographic printing machine has shortcomings in the aspect of configuration of the online quality inspection system of the printed products.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a conventional double-sided flexographic printing machine in which two printing color sets corresponding to both sides of a printed product are sequentially connected. The printing structure has the problems that the continuous drying heat accumulation of printed products exists, the printing quality is influenced by the problems of deformation and the like caused by overheating of the printed products, and the like, and is not beneficial to orderly collection of the printed products. In addition, in the machine structure of the printing machine adopting the flow, the on-line inspection of the two sides of the printed product is carried out after the two times of printing is finished, so that the quality problem caused by the printing of the first side can be fed back only after the printing of the second side is finished, and therefore, the machine structure of the printing machine is insufficient in the timeliness of quality control.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram showing an arrangement structure of printing unit cylinders of a conventional double-sided flexographic printing machine, which conforms to the printing process shown in fig. 4, and the flexographic printing machine adopts a mode of continuously printing both sides of a printed product, so that the above problems of heat accumulation and timeliness of quality control of the printed product exist in the production process.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the sheet-fed flexographic printing machine which can reduce the heat accumulation of printed products and find the quality problem of the printed products in time.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: a sheet-fed flexographic printing machine comprises a first printing unit and a second printing unit which respectively print two surfaces of a printing stock, wherein the first printing unit comprises a first impression cylinder, a first printing paper transfer cylinder I and a first printing paper transfer cylinder II, the second printing unit comprises a second impression cylinder, a second printing paper transfer cylinder I and a second printing paper transfer cylinder II, the first printing paper transfer cylinder I and the first printing paper transfer cylinder II are arranged between the first impression cylinder and the second impression cylinder, the second printing paper transfer cylinder I and the second printing paper transfer cylinder II are arranged behind the second impression cylinder, the first printing paper transfer cylinder I, the first printing paper transfer cylinder II, the second printing paper transfer cylinder I and the second printing paper transfer cylinder II are cylinders with a quality inspection device and a temperature control device, the roller with the quality inspection device is a roller provided with a photoelectric device or a camera; the first impression cylinder is externally provided with a first printing ink drying and curing device, and the second impression cylinder is externally provided with a second printing ink drying and curing device.
In an optimized scheme of the invention, a first inspection device is arranged outside the first printing paper transfer cylinder I and the first printing paper transfer cylinder II, a second inspection device is arranged outside the second printing paper transfer cylinder I and the second printing paper transfer cylinder II, and the first inspection device and the second inspection device are used for inspecting the material or the printing quality of the printing materials transferred in the front end adjacent direction.
As an optimized scheme of the invention, gripper mechanisms for clamping printing stocks are arranged inside the first impression cylinder, the first printing paper transfer cylinder I, the first printing paper transfer cylinder II, the second impression cylinder, the second printing paper transfer cylinder I and the second printing paper transfer cylinder II.
As an optimized scheme of the invention, the first impression cylinder and the second impression cylinder are internally provided with a temperature regulation control mechanism for flowing of the liquid medium.
As an optimized scheme of the invention, at least one first flexographic printing cylinder for installing the flexographic printing is arranged on the first impression cylinder, the first flexographic printing cylinder is provided with a corresponding first ink supply system, at least one second flexographic printing cylinder for installing the flexographic printing is arranged on the second impression cylinder, and the second flexographic printing cylinder is provided with a corresponding second ink supply system.
As an optimized scheme of the invention, the front end of the first printing unit is provided with a paper feeding device.
As an optimized scheme of the invention, the rear end of the second printing unit is provided with a multi-bin paper delivery device.
The invention has the positive effects that: the invention provides that two groups of four printing paper transfer cylinders are respectively arranged between the unit groups where the two impression cylinders are arranged and behind the unit groups, and the printing paper transfer cylinders can be arranged to be provided with cylinders required by temperature control and quality inspection. The printing paper transfer roller is provided with a temperature control function, so that the heat accumulation of the printed matters can be reduced, and conditions are created for the control of printing quality and the orderly collection of the printed matters; the quality inspection device is arranged on the printing paper conveying roller, so that the inspection requirements of different quality inspection characteristics or optical characteristics of two sides of a printed product can be met according to the quality inspection requirements, and the inspection range is expanded. Meanwhile, the inspection device is additionally arranged among units, conditions are provided for timely feedback of the printing quality of the printed matter, for example, after the first surface is printed, when the quality problem is found in the inspection, measures such as timely alarming, stopping, separation and pressing of a printing roller or separate collection of the printed matter can be set, and unnecessary waste of printing materials and printing stocks is reduced.

In the roller arrangement structure, two even number printing paper conveying rollers are respectively additionally arranged between and behind the printing units corresponding to the two surfaces of the printed product, on one hand, the printing of the two surfaces of the printed product is ensured through the even number of times of paper handover, and on the other hand, the problems of thermal accumulation and timeliness of quality control of the printed product are solved through adding a temperature control function and a printed product quality inspection function on the added printing paper conveying rollers.
The first printing paper transfer cylinder I2 and the first printing paper transfer cylinder II 3 are externally provided with a first checking device 7, the second printing paper transfer cylinder I5 and the second printing paper transfer cylinder II 6 are externally provided with a second checking device 8, the first checking device 7 and the second checking device 8 are both used for checking the material or the printing quality of the printing stock transferred in the front end adjacent direction, and the first checking device 7 and the second checking device 8 are both used for checking the quality of the printing stock transferred in the front end adjacent direction, wherein the first checking device 7 and the second checking device 8 can be high-speed cameras, and the checking of the printing quality of the printing stock can be carried out by connecting the high-speed cameras with a computer.
The invention is mainly suitable for a single-sheet double-sided flexible printing machine, and therefore gripper mechanisms for clamping printing stocks are arranged at the neutral positions of the cylinders, such as the first impression cylinder 1, the first printing transfer cylinder I2, the first printing transfer cylinder II 3, the second impression cylinder 4, the second printing transfer cylinder I5 and the second printing transfer cylinder II 6, which relate to the paper clamping and transfer.
The first impression cylinder 1 and the second impression cylinder 4 are internally provided with a temperature regulation control mechanism for flowing of liquid media. At least one first flexographic printing cylinder 9 for mounting a flexographic plate is arranged on the first impression cylinder 1, the first flexographic printing cylinder 9 is provided with a corresponding first ink supply system 10, at least one second flexographic printing cylinder 11 for mounting a flexographic plate is arranged on the second impression cylinder 4, and the second flexographic printing cylinder 11 is provided with a corresponding second ink supply system 12. Wherein, the first ink supply system 10 and the second ink supply system 12 are anilox roller ink supply systems.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a printing process using the present invention, which shows sequential processes of duplex printing, drying and curing, cooling, and quality inspection by the printer, respectively. By adopting the printing, drying, cooling and quality inspection flow, the problems of heat accumulation and quality control timeliness of printed products in double-sided flexography can be better solved.
As shown in fig. 2, the printing stock is first transferred to the first impression cylinder 1 by the paper feeding and conveying cylinder, the overprinting printing of two colors on the first side of the printing product is completed by the first flexographic printing cylinder 9 and the flexographic printing cylinder 17 in sequence, then the drying and curing of the ink are performed by the first printing ink drying and curing device 13, the temperature reduction treatment is performed by the first printing paper conveying cylinder i 2, the printing stock is transferred to the second impression cylinder 4 by the first printing paper conveying cylinder ii 3, the two-color overprinting on the other side is completed, the drying and curing of the ink on the side are completed by the second printing ink drying and curing device 14, then the temperature reduction is performed by the second printing paper conveying cylinder i 5 and the second printing paper conveying cylinder ii 6, and finally the printing is completed. In the process, the two-sided printing can be respectively subjected to quality inspection and control by the first inspection device 7, the second inspection device 8 and the like, so that the quality of the printed product is ensured. Further, a paper feeding device 15 is provided at the front end of the first printing unit, and a multi-deck paper delivery device 16 is provided at the rear end of the second printing unit. The paper feeding device 15 and the multi-bin paper collecting device 16 are arranged to facilitate printing of large batches of paper.
