Abstract

本发明是一种混凝土电力线路杆制造方法,特别是改进锚固板的混凝土输变电力线路电杆及其生产方法,包括制作电杆笼形骨架,自动缠绕钢丝,制作电杆根部锚固板,对电杆笼形骨架进行混凝土灌浆并离心,电杆保养,改进锚固板过程是先制作电杆根部锚固板,切割一块圆盘状金属板,圆盘状金属板的外径为ΦD1,与电杆直径相同;然后在圆盘状金属板上车制一个凸台,凸台直径为ΦD2,凸台也就是锚固板倒圆角端面,用于防止电杆离心时水泥沙浆从锚固板与电杆钢模壁缝隙跑出去;减少了电杆根部端面跑浆缺陷的产生的现象。

改进锚固板的混凝土输变电力线路电杆及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及输变电电力线路产品生产技术领域,具体是一种带有凸台倒圆角端面的混凝土电杆根部锚固板。
背景技术
我们通常看到的输变电力线路预应力电杆一般是一头大一头小的圆柱体,安装到现场以后小头向上,顶部称稍,底部大头的称为根部,根部设有锚固板,锚固板又分为平板端面锚固板和凸台端面锚固板,普通电杆使用平板端面锚固板,预应力电杆使用凸台端面锚固板,目前使用的平板端面锚固板和凸台端面锚固板存在的最大不足之处是锚固板的密封性较差,在浇注混凝土以后离心时往往使得电杆根部端面很容易产生跑浆缺陷,而且在吊装或运输过程中电杆根部端面很容易碰伤;安装的混凝土电力杆也很难看,所以混凝土电力线路电杆生产企业都不希望出现这种状况。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过改进电杆根部锚固板的形状,使其既满足密封性好的要求,在浇注混凝土以后离心时往往使得电杆根部端面不容易产生跑浆,又能使成型后的电杆根部端面不容易碰伤。
本发明是这样实现的:
改进锚固板的混凝土输变电力线路电杆生产方法步骤如下:
1、制作电杆笼形骨架,将钢筋与两端的圆形钢板拼接,做成电杆笼形骨架,其中两端的圆形钢开有孔,钢筋一端穿进后与圆形钢板以后焊接牢固;电杆笼形骨架一端直径较大,另一端直径较小,(大小头)并在两端安装钢模。
2、机械式缠绕钢丝,沿着电杆笼形骨架长度方向每隔一段用钢丝缠绕着骨架,使电杆笼形骨架不会散架;使用机械式缠绕钢丝,具体是在电杆笼形骨架前安装可移动的一台电动绕钢丝机,一边移动,一边沿着电杆笼形骨架长度方向缠绕钢丝,比起人工缠绕钢丝又快又均匀。
3、制作电杆根部锚固板,切割一块圆盘状金属板,圆盘状金属板的外径为ΦD1,与电杆直径相同;然后在圆盘状金属板上车制一个凸台,凸台直径为ΦD2,凸台也就是锚固板倒圆角端面,用于防止电杆离心时水泥沙浆从锚固板与电杆钢模壁缝隙跑出去;锚固板中间开有内孔,内孔的直径为ΦD3;电杆成型时,电杆根部钢板不会滑出
凸台的高度根据电杆钢模设计,只要能够镶套进钢模内卡紧在钢模即可。
4、所述的锚固板为普通钢板,或者为Q235B材料;或者是耐磨的渗碳型合金钢板,其化学成分分别为,20Cr,20Mn,12CrNi3A,20CrNiMo,DT1,DT2,0Cr4NiMoV。(各个数值分别为各种钢的重量百分含量,如20Cr是锰为20%的合金钢)
5、对电杆笼形骨架进行混凝土灌浆,锚固板由于与电杆钢模梢径端部封闭,起到挡住电杆钢模内水泥砂浆不外跑作用,以及使电杆生产离心成型后得到电杆。
7、电杆做好并保养足够时间以后就可以得到电杆,即可出厂。
本发明的有益效果:
1、目前,无论是混凝土电力线路杆,还是其它水泥杆,锚固板总是采用平面钢板封住,浇灌水泥浆离心时,其端面封头为平面,容易漏浆,电杆根部锚固板是没有倒圆角的凸台端面锚固板(用于预应力电杆生产)或平板端面锚固板(用于普通电杆生产)。使用没有倒圆角的凸台端面锚固板时,由于成型后的电杆端面没有倒圆角,在吊装或运输过程中电杆根部端面很容易碰伤;而平板端面锚固板的密封性较差,往往使得电杆根部端面很容易产生跑浆缺陷。而利用本发明,不需要增加其他工序,只需要更换上本发明的“带有凸台倒圆角端面的电杆根部锚固板”,即解决以上问题。
2、应用本发明后,不但减小了电杆在吊装或运输过程中根部端面碰伤的几率,而且减少了电杆根部端面跑浆缺陷的产生,其形状的设计,具有创造性及实用性。本发明的实施不但避免了电杆离心时水泥沙浆从挡浆钢板与电杆钢模壁缝隙跑出去的现象,而且减小了电杆在吊装或运输过程中端面被碰掉的几率。
3、目前电杆锚固板挡浆板密封件没有标准颁布过,也未见有文献报道过,根据我们的市场调查和资料检索,目前还没有研发出适合实际生产需求的普通电杆锚固板或预应力挡浆金属板;所以,设计一种有倒圆角端面的混凝土电力线路杆,对行业有非常重要的作用;改进普通电杆根部倒圆角端面挡浆板将对电杆的质量保证起到积极的作用。
4、生产电杆过程仅仅是改进根部倒圆角端面挡浆板一套部件,混凝土浇筑时不影响施工,操作也较简便,电杆离心成型时,只需要电杆根部倒圆角端面挡浆板的D2外径端面与电杆钢模端板锚固贴合, D1端面镶套进电杆钢模内即可。
5、本发明的带有凸台倒圆角端面的电杆根部锚固板在使用时,由于锚固板的凸台镶套进电杆钢模内,使得电杆在离心成型时,凸台与电杆钢模内壁紧密贴合,起到了很好的密封作用;同时,锚固板的凸台端面有倒圆角,使得成型的电杆根部端面也是倒圆角的。

具体实施方式

3、安装锚固板,锚固板主体2的φD1环形端面与电杆钢模根部端板锚固贴合,凸台1的φD2端面镶套进钢模内,锚固板不会滑出。
所述的锚固板为普通钢板,或者为Q235B材料;或者是耐磨的渗碳型合金钢板,20Cr或20Mn,12CrNi3A,20CrNiMo,DT1,DT2,0Cr4NiMoV。
4、对电杆笼形骨架进行混凝土灌浆,锚固板凸台1的φD2端面镶套进钢模内,起到挡住电杆钢模内水泥砂浆不外跑作用,以及使电杆生产离心成型后得到电杆。
6、电杆做好并保养足够时间以后即可出厂

应用实施例
本申请人2015年以前采用平板形锚固板,浇注水泥时电杆离心时水泥沙浆从挡浆钢板与电杆钢模壁缝隙跑出去,经过2016年对混凝土电力杆挡浆锚固板改进,再也没有发生电杆离心时水泥沙浆从挡浆钢板与电杆钢模壁缝隙跑出去的现象,而且减小了电杆在吊装或运输过程中根部被碰掉的几率,运输到工地电杆的完好率由原先的90%提高到99.9%。

Claims (3)

1.一种改进锚固板的混凝土输变电力线路电杆生产方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
(1)制作电杆笼形骨架,将钢筋与两端的圆形钢板拼接,做成电杆笼形骨架,其中两端的圆形钢板开有孔,钢筋一端穿进后与圆形钢板焊接牢固;电杆笼形骨架一端直径较大,另一端直径较小,并在两端安装钢模;
(2)机械式缠绕钢丝,沿着电杆笼形骨架长度方向每隔一段用钢丝缠绕骨架,使电杆笼形骨架不会散架;使用机械式缠绕钢丝,具体是在电杆笼形骨架前安装可移动的一台电动绕钢丝机,一边移动,一边沿着电杆笼形骨架长度方向缠绕钢丝,比起人工缠绕钢丝又快又均匀;
(3)制作电杆根部锚固板,切割一块圆盘状金属板,圆盘状金属板的外径为ΦD1,与电杆直径相同;然后在圆盘状金属板上车制一个凸台,凸台直径为ΦD2,凸台也就是锚固板倒圆角端面,凸台能够镶套进钢模内并与钢模内壁紧密贴合,用于防止电杆离心时水泥沙浆从锚固板与电杆钢模壁缝隙跑出去;凸台的外侧环面上设有环形凹槽;环形凹槽位于凸台端面与圆盘状金属板端面之间;锚固板中间开有内孔,内孔的直径为ΦD3;电杆成型时,电杆根部钢板不会滑出;
(4)对电杆笼形骨架进行混凝土灌浆,锚固板由于与电杆钢模底部封闭,起到挡住电杆钢模内水泥砂浆不外跑作用,以及使电杆生产离心成型后得到电杆;
(5)电杆做好并保养足够时间以后就可以得到电杆,即可出厂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进锚固板的混凝土输变电力线路电杆生产方法,其特征在于:所述凸台的高度根据电杆钢模设计,只要能够镶套进钢模内卡紧在钢模即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改进锚固板的混凝土输变电力线路电杆生产方法,其特征在于:所述的锚固板为普通钢板,或者为Q235B材料;或者是耐磨的渗碳型合金钢板,其化学成分分别为,20Cr,20Mn,12CrNi3A,20CrNiMo,DT1,DT2,0Cr4NiMoV。
