本发明专利涉及一种木材粉碎方法，尤其是一种菌类培养长细木屑加工方法。
背景技术
食用菌作为主要原料生产的各类强化食品、保健品、调味品、辅助疗品、药品、日用品日益受到消费市场的青睐，销量逐年增加。在食用菌生产中,特别是木耳、香菇、滑菇栽培,可以广泛利用木屑资源,使之转化为富含蛋白质的菌类有机体,为人们提供味道鲜美的保健食品,同时也给食用菌生产者带来很高的经济效益。随着食用菌产业大势崛起,作为培养料的木屑,不仅仅出自于木材加工业的下脚料,更多的是利用林区的枝丫材或其他废材粉碎而成。目前普遍使用的木材粉碎方法主要采用盘式削片加甩刀粉碎的工作原理，其加工木屑的大小完全由筛网决定，无法加工出有利于菌类培养所要求的长细木屑。
发明内容
本发明专利的目的是提供一种可以加工出菌类培养长细木屑方法。充分利用木材资源，加工出最适宜进行菌类培养的长细木屑。
为了实现上述目的，本发明专利采用的技术方案是：圆锯片的转动方向与木材进给方向为同一方向，刀片不能太宽，圆锯片平行且分角度安装，锯齿成一定角度，物料被粉碎成长细状木屑，木屑长度为0.5～1mm，可用来进行菌类培养。
