The invention relates to a device and a method for picking an R-shaped spring pin in an electrified way, wherein a pin pulling device consists of a supporting rod, a screw rod, a pin pulling hook and a ratchet pawl mechanism; one end of the supporting rod is provided with a bowl supporting device, and the other end of the supporting rod is connected with the first insulating operating rod; a nut is sleeved on the screw rod, one side of the nut is provided with a pin pulling hook, and the other side of the nut is connected with the support rod in a sliding manner; the screw is provided with a connecting frame, a ratchet and pawl mechanism is arranged on the connecting frame, wherein the ratchet is connected with the screw for transmission, and the pawl is connected with the second insulating operating rod in a matched manner through a rotary pull rod and a pull ring; under the pulling of the insulating operating rod II, the pawl pulls the ratchet wheel to drive the screw rod to intermittently rotate, and the nut drives the pin pulling hook to move along the screw rod to one side of the connecting frame. Background
In the live overhaul operation process of the power transmission line, due to lightning stroke, natural loss, insulator quality problems and the like, the insulator is deteriorated, a deteriorated single-chip insulator needs to be replaced by a ground potential under the condition that power supply is not affected, and an R-shaped spring pin on the single-chip insulator needs to be pulled out when the single-chip insulator is replaced; the R-shaped spring pin is made of steel, has high strength, can be pulled out of the insulator steel cap with great force after being locked, and can be pulled out only along the horizontal direction perpendicular to the axis of the insulator string, and no supporting point exists in the pulling process, so that the R-shaped spring pin is difficult to be pulled out by adopting a conventional insulating operating rod.

The invention provides a device and a method for picking an R-shaped spring pin in a live-line way, which adopt 2 insulating operation rods to perform the cooperation action with a pin pulling device, so that the live-line pulling operation of the R-shaped spring pin can be conveniently and rapidly completed by a single operator, the operation difficulty is reduced, and the operation efficiency and the operation safety are improved.

The upper part of the connecting frame is of a U-shaped structure, a rotary pull rod is arranged at the opening part, the rotary pull rod and 2 side plates of the U-shaped structure are sleeved on the screw rod, and one side of the rotary pull rod is outwards extended to be connected with the pull ring; the ratchet wheel is connected with the screw rod by a key, and the pawl is fixed in the rotary pull rod by a spring and a spring ejector rod.
And the operation end of the second insulating operation rod is provided with a draw hook which is connected with the pull ring in a matching way.
A method for picking an R-shaped spring pin based on the electrification of the device, comprising the following steps:
1) After the pin pulling device is assembled, the pin pulling device is moved to the vicinity of the target insulator through the first insulating operation rod, and the pin pulling hook is hooked on the R-shaped spring pin to be extracted;

4) After the R-shaped spring pin is pulled out, the pin pulling device is moved from the target insulator through the first insulating operating rod and the second insulating operating rod; and continuing to take off the R-shaped spring pin according to the steps 1) to 3).
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

The upper part of the connecting frame 307 is of a U-shaped structure, a rotary pull rod 308 is arranged at the opening part, the rotary pull rod 308 and 2 side plates of the U-shaped structure are sleeved on the screw 303, and one side of the rotary pull rod 308 extends outwards to be connected with a pull ring 309; the ratchet 311 is connected with the screw 303 through a key 310, and a pawl 312 is fixed in the rotary pull rod 308 through a spring 314 and a spring ejector rod 313.
The operation end of the second insulating operation rod 5 is provided with a draw hook 6 which is matched and connected with the pull ring 309.
A method for picking an R-shaped spring pin based on the electrification of the device, comprising the following steps:
1) After the pin pulling device 3 is assembled, the pin pulling device 3 is moved to the vicinity of the target insulator 1 through the first insulating operation rod 4, and the pin pulling hook 305 is hooked on the R-shaped spring pin 2 to be extracted;

4) After the R-shaped spring pin 2 is pulled out, the pin pulling device 3 is removed from the target insulator 1 through the first insulating operation rod 4 and the second insulating operation rod 5; and continuing to take off the R-shaped spring pin according to the steps 1) to 3).
