Abstract

Powder coatings fall into two main categories: thermoplastic powder coatings and thermosetting powder coatings. The thermoplastic powder coating consists of thermoplastic resin, pigment, stuffing, plasticizer, stabilizer, etc. The thermoplastic powder coating comprises: polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, chlorinated polyether, polyamide, cellulose and polyester. The thermosetting powder paint consists of thermosetting resin, curing agent, pigment, stuffing, assistant, etc. The thermosetting powder coating comprises: epoxy resin, polyester, and acrylic resin.
The powder coating has higher requirements on the granularity of products and the mixing degree of the coatings with different colors in the use process, and crushing and mixing are needed in the processing process to improve the quality of the products, but the conventional crushing and mixing equipment is often arranged separately and has a complex structure, and the materials which are unqualified in crushing cannot be subjected to secondary treatment, so that the powder coating mixing and crushing device capable of solving the problems is needed to be designed.
