Abstract

本发明公开了一种生物酶快除甲醛剂,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:微生物菌株6~8份、生物酶2~4份、蒸馏水180~200份、抑霉唑3~5份、丁酮1~3份、乙醇4~6份、薰衣草精油1~3份、柠檬精油2~3份、蛋白粉3~5份。本发明主要应用于家具及房屋装修材料去除甲醛等有害物质,也可应用于消除和抑止含硫、氨和酸类化合物所产生的各种异味。该剂对操作人员和环境不会造成任何负面影响,更不会引起直接或间接的二次污染。

一种生物酶快除甲醛剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种环境保护技术领域,特别是涉及室内装修快速除甲醛技术领域。
背景技术
生物酶除甲醛的原理,是微生物经过本身快速繁衍产生生物酶,在微生物和酶的双重作用下,将异味源的有机物彻底合成为二氧化碳和水,主要针对甲醛,可强效中和或酶化甲醛,对苯系物等空气污染作用明显,并可消除和抑止含硫、氨和酸类化合物所产生的各种异味。生物酶去除室内装修甲醛所需微生物以及经过本身繁衍产生的生物酶,对操作人员和环境不会造成任何负面影响,更不会引起直接或间接的二次污染。
目前虽然生物酶除甲醛及异味制剂得到了大量的应用,但是培养基多采用化学方法配制,规模化生产成本较高,而且有的生物酶去除甲醛制剂,在工作效能上存在一定的缺陷,如:作用条件要求高、环境限制,在家具及陈设外表存留时间短,作用有效期短,并且生产成本较高。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所需要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型生物酶式甲醛快除剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种新型生物酶甲醛快除剂由以下质量份数配方成分组成:微生物菌株6~8份、生物酶2~4份、蒸馏水180~200份、抑霉唑3~5份、丁酮1~3份、乙醇4~6份、薰衣草精油1~3份、柠檬精油2~3份、蛋白粉3~5份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:微生物菌株6~7份、生物酶2~3份、蒸馏水180~190份、抑霉唑3份、丁酮1~2份、乙醇4~5份、薰衣草精油1~2份、柠檬精油2份、蛋白粉3份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:微生物菌株8份、生物酶4份、蒸馏水200份、抑霉唑5份、丁酮2~3份、乙醇5~6份、薰衣草精油2~3份、柠檬精油3份、蛋白粉5份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明培养使用的微生物菌株及其经过本身繁衍的生物酶,对环境温度敏感度低,该生物酶剂可以渗透到家具及房屋装修材料的表面5毫米左右,当环境中出现甲醛等有害物质时,此时生物酶活性加强被激活,反之处于休眠状态,存留时间至少可达8~15年左右,生物酶存活时间长,生物酶除甲醛生产成本较低。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的事实例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种生物酶快除甲醛剂由以下质量份数配方成分组成:微生物菌株6~7份、生物酶2~3份、蒸馏水180~190份、抑霉唑3份、丁酮1~2份、乙醇4~5份、薰衣草精油1~2份、柠檬精油2份、蛋白粉3份。
将各原材料依次加入反应瓶中,搅拌15分钟,充分混合后,36小时后即可喷施在家具及房屋装修材料的表面。
实施例2
一种生物酶快除甲醛剂由以下质量份数配方成分组成:微生物菌株8份、生物酶4份、蒸馏水200份、抑霉唑5份、丁酮2~3份、乙醇5~6份、薰衣草精油2~3份、柠檬精油3份、蛋白粉5份。
将各原材料依次加入反应瓶中,搅拌15分钟,充分混合后,36小时后即可喷施在家具及房屋装修材料的表面。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为了清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各自实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

1.一种生物酶快除甲醛剂,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
微生物菌株6~8份、生物酶2~4份、蒸馏水180~200份、抑霉唑3~5份、丁酮1~3份、乙醇4~6份、薰衣草精油1~3份、柠檬精油2~3份、蛋白粉3~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物酶快除甲醛剂,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
微生物菌株6~7份、生物酶2~3份、蒸馏水180~190份、抑霉唑3份、丁酮1~2份、乙醇4~5份、薰衣草精油1~2份、柠檬精油2份、蛋白粉3份。
