本发明公开了天然植物营养洗发香波，所述的香波含有以下物质：乳化剂、氯化钠、椰油酰胺DEA、PEG‑40氢化蓖麻油、PEG‑7甘油椰油酸酯、水解角蛋白、EDTA‑2Na、PH调节剂、卡松、香精、水、何首乌提取物、二恶烷抑制剂，本发明与现有技术相比，所添加的二恶烷抑制剂能将香波中的二恶烷降低到3PPM以下，并且香波的理化性质不受影响。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品，特别属于化妆品中的洗发香波这一技术领域。
背景技术
洗发香波是人们日常生活中常用的化妆品，根据洗发香波的功能，可以分为去屑洗发香波、天然植物洗发香波、营养洗发香波、修复洗发香波，但很多洗发香波在检测时发现含有10ppm以上的致癌物质二恶烷(1,4-二氧杂环己烷)，二恶烷的含量过高，容易对人体造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种含量小于3PPm二恶烷的天然植物营养洗发香波。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为：天然植物营养洗发香波，含有以下重量份的物质：
所述的乳化剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠，月桂醇硫酸酯钠，椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱一种或数种的混合物。
所述的PH调节剂为柠檬酸或柠檬酸钠，用以调节香波的PH为6-6.5。
所述的二恶烷抑制剂为5,6-二氢-3-(4-吗啉基)-1-[4-(2-氧代-1-哌啶基)苯基]-2(1H)-吡啶酮与3-(N-甲基氨基)-L-丙氨酸的混合物，5,6-二氢-3-(4-吗啉基)-1-[4-(2-氧代-1-哌啶基)苯基]-2(1H)-吡啶酮与3-(N-甲基氨基)-L-丙氨酸的重量比为1：0.1-0.2。
本发明与现有技术相比，所添加的二恶烷抑制剂能将香波中的二恶烷降低到3PPM以下，并且香波的理化性质不受影响。

本发明的何首乌提取物、葛根提取物由西安森源生物科技有限公司提供。
实施例1：
天然植物营养洗发香波，含有以下重量份的物质：
所述的乳化剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠。
所述的PH调节剂为柠檬酸，用以调节香波的PH为6-6.5。
所述的二恶烷抑制剂为5,6-二氢-3-(4-吗啉基)-1-[4-(2-氧代-1-哌啶基)苯基]-2(1H)-吡啶酮与3-(N-甲基氨基)-L-丙氨酸的混合物，5,6-二氢-3-(4-吗啉基)-1-[4-(2-氧代-1-哌啶基)苯基]-2(1H)-吡啶酮与3-(N-甲基氨基)-L-丙氨酸的重量比为1：0.1。
实施例2：
天然植物营养洗发香波，含有以下重量份的物质：
所述的乳化剂为月桂醇硫酸酯钠。
所述的PH调节剂为柠檬酸，用以调节香波的PH为6-6.5。
所述的二恶烷抑制剂为5,6-二氢-3-(4-吗啉基)-1-[4-(2-氧代-1-哌啶基)苯基]-2(1H)-吡啶酮与3-(N-甲基氨基)-L-丙氨酸的混合物，5,6-二氢-3-(4-吗啉基)-1-[4-(2-氧代-1-哌啶基)苯基]-2(1H)-吡啶酮与3-(N-甲基氨基)-L-丙氨酸的重量比为1：0.15。
实施例3
天然植物营养洗发香波，含有以下重量份的物质：
所述的乳化剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠与椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的混合物，月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠与椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的重量为10：2。
所述的PH调节剂为柠檬酸，用以调节香波的PH为6-6.5。
所述的二恶烷抑制剂为5,6-二氢-3-(4-吗啉基)-1-[4-(2-氧代-1-哌啶基)苯基]-2(1H)-吡啶酮与3-(N-甲基氨基)-L-丙氨酸的混合物，5,6-二氢-3-(4-吗啉基)-1-[4-(2-氧代-1-哌啶基)苯基]-2(1H)-吡啶酮与3-(N-甲基氨基)-L-丙氨酸的重量比为1：0.2。
实施例4：
除不加二恶烷抑制剂外，其余与实施例1相同。
实施例5：
除将何首乌提取物用葛根提取物替换外，其它与实施例1相同。
本发明所制的洗发香波的感观指标、理化指标、卫生指标按QB/T1974-2004(洗发液(膏))进行检测。
二恶烷按SNT 1784-2006的标准进行检测。
结果显示：实施例1-5的感观指标、理化指标、卫生指标均符合规定，实施例1-5的二恶烷含量(PPM)分别为2.7、2.8、2.8，7.4、7.7。

3.根据权利要求1所述的天然植物营养洗发香波，其特征在于：所述的PH调节剂为柠檬酸或柠檬酸钠，用以调节香波的PH为6-6.5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的天然植物营养洗发香波，其特征在于：所述的二恶烷抑制剂为5,6-二氢-3-(4-吗啉基)-1-[4-(2-氧代-1-哌啶基)苯基]-2(1H)-吡啶酮与3-(N-甲基氨基)-L-丙氨酸的混合物，5,6-二氢-3-(4-吗啉基)-1-[4-(2-氧代-1-哌啶基)苯基]-2(1H)-吡啶酮与3-(N-甲基氨基)-L-丙氨酸的重量比为1：0.1-0.2。
