Description

Wheat grain moxibustion making device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of acupuncture equipment, and particularly relates to a wheat grain moxibustion maker.
Background
The wheat moxibustion belongs to a direct moxibustion method commonly used in moxibustion, and has small pain and is easy to be accepted by people. The moxibustion is performed by using moxa cone with size of wheat, and acts on specific sensitive points and corresponding parts of the body. The wheat moxibustion has the advantages of less pain, less damage, less smoke, longer lasting effect compared with mild moxibustion such as suspension moxibustion, obvious sensing, direct curative effect, acupuncture deep moxibustion feeling and meridian conduction. The wheat grain moxibustion is clinically suitable for various diseases such as deficiency, cold, phlegm, blood stasis and the like, so the manufacturing quality of the wheat grain moxibustion is greatly affected.
The traditional wheat grain moxibustion is mostly manufactured by adopting a manual mode, a small amount of moxa is placed between a left hand food and a middle finger, the moxa is evenly kneaded by thumb, food and middle fingers to form a moxa cone with proper size, then the moxa cone is placed between the thumb and the middle finger, the moxa cone is tightly rolled by thumb forwards, and the moxa cone is in a spindle shape, such as wheat grain size. Pinching the moxa cone with the left hand to expose most of the moxa cone; the tip of the toothless forceps is used for tightly clamping the root of the exposed part of the moxa cone by the right hand, and the moxa cone is pulled down by transverse force, thus forming a conical moxa cone. However, in the manual manufacturing method, moxa cones are easy to loosen, and accidents can occur if the moxa cones fall onto the skin during the use process; moreover, the burning is fast, so that the heat is not easy to permeate into the skin, the treatment effect is poor, and the raw materials are wasted; in addition, the manual manufacturing speed is low, the stability of the finished product is poor, and the manufacturing process is complicated. Moreover, the prior art lacks equipment for manufacturing wheat grain moxibustion.

The first rotating wheel 4 and the second rotating wheel 9 can be directly selected as two gears meshed with each other, and the gears are directly matched with each other to rotate and mesh, so that the installation and maintenance cost is reduced.
The first rotating wheel 4 can be set to rotate right, the second rotating wheel 9 can be set to rotate left, or the first rotating wheel 4 and the second rotating wheel 9 can both rotate right, and the right rotation in the embodiment refers to the direction of conveying moxa by the moxibustion chain belt 5.
The extrusion rods 6 can be arranged in a plurality, the distance between any two adjacent extrusion rods is equal to the distance between two adjacent grooves, so that the moxa can be extruded and compacted at multiple stations at the same time, and the manufacturing efficiency is improved.
The moxibustion chain belt 5 is an annular chain belt formed by connecting a horizontal section 53 and an arc section 54 end to end, and a baffle plate 11 attached to the upper surface of the arc section chain belt is arranged at the lower right part of the shell body of the moxibustion chain belt and used for preventing a finished moxa cone from falling into the cavity 2.
The manufacturing principle of the wheat grain moxibustion is as follows:
pouring moxa into the mould groove for pressing, and more conveniently manufacturing wheat moxibustion with consistent specification and size.
Step one, entering a groove: the first rotating wheel and the second rotating wheel sweep moxa into the groove in opposite directions;
step two, pressing: the extrusion rod moves up and down in a reciprocating way, and moxa in the groove is pressed in sequence, so that the moxa is compacted to form wheat grain moxibustion;
step three, taking out: when the moxibustion chain belt drives the groove to rotate below, the discharging mechanism ejects the wheat kernels for moxibustion under the action of gravity and falls into the tray.
In this embodiment, the rotation of the first rotating wheel and the second rotating wheel, the vertical linear reciprocating motion of the extrusion rod, and the transmission motion of the moxibustion chain belt can be realized through gear linkage, and the whole wheat grain moxibustion maker is controlled to manufacture the moxa cone by arranging a hand-held part such as a rocking handle outside the shell. A removable baffle groove plate 15 is arranged on one side of the moxibustion chain belt, a plurality of flat plates 16 are arranged on the baffle groove plate, the flat plates 16 can block the grooves 8 by moving the baffle groove plate, and the distance between any two flat plates is equal to the distance between any two alternate grooves. Through the different settings of keeping off the frid and recess size, can make the moxa cone of different specifications according to the user demand. The arrow shown in the figure is the direction of conveyance of the moxibustion chain belt 5 and the direction in which the baffle plate 15 is movable.
A soft brush is arranged on the lower surface of the flat plate, and moxa on the upper surface of the moxibustion chain belt is swept into the non-blocked groove.
In this embodiment, the lower end 61 of the extrusion rod 6 is a detachable extrusion head, and the extrusion head of different specifications corresponding to different groove sizes is used to extrude grooves of different sizes by using the extrusion head of different specifications to process the wheat grain moxibustion of the required size.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 3, unlike in example 1 or 2, a material blocking plate 12 is disposed between the first rotating wheel 4 (and the second rotating wheel 9) and the extrusion rod 6 in this embodiment, that is, the material blocking plate 12 is disposed in front of the extrusion rod, and fur 13 is disposed at a position where the lower part (or lower surface) of the material blocking plate contacts the moxibustion chain belt.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, unlike in example 1, 2 or 3, the discharging mechanism 7 of the wheat grain moxibustion apparatus of the present embodiment comprises an inverted conical tube 71, a connecting rod 72 and a discharging block 73 which are sequentially connected, the discharging block is provided with a through hole 731, the connecting rod 72 passes through the through hole 731 so that the whole discharging block is sleeved on the connecting rod, and the discharging block is slidably connected with the connecting rod. The groove and the cone 71 are used for accommodating moxa.
In the initial state, moxa enters a groove 8 of the moxibustion chain belt 5 through a feed inlet 3, an opening of the groove 8 faces upwards, a conical cylinder 71 of a discharging mechanism 7 is tightly attached to the bottom of the groove, and a discharging block 73 is positioned at the lower end part of a connecting rod 71; after the moxibustion chain belt 5 is transmitted to the extrusion rod, the moxa in the groove is repeatedly extruded and compacted into blocks by the extrusion rod; the grooves with the agglomerated wheat grain moxibustion are conveyed to the downward surface of the opening through the moxibustion chain belt 5, the cone 71 is separated from the state of being attached to the inner wall of the grooves under the gravity action of the discharging block 73, the whole discharging mechanism 7 moves towards the direction of the earth center, and the wheat grain moxibustion finished product in the cone 71 falls into the tray 10 from the discharging hole 11.
The discharge block 73 in this embodiment may be formed in a spherical or hemispherical shape, and the through hole 731 is formed in the center of the discharge block 73.

The channel 181 is used for passing through the discharging mechanism 7 in the process of conveying the moxibustion chain belt 5, and is particularly used for passing through the connecting rod 72 and the discharging block 73 of the discharging mechanism 7.
The supporting member in this embodiment is removably disposed below the pressing rod 6, and is used for making a lower surface 51 side of the moxibustion chain belt 5. Friction between the transmission of the extruded moxibustion chain belt 5 and the supporting piece is avoided.
