Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent pharmacy-based auditing, screen-loading and number-calling system which comprises three subsystems, namely an auditing subsystem, an inner screen subsystem and an outer screen number-calling subsystem, and specifically comprises a permission login module, a prescription scanning module, a prescription detailed list module, an auditing completion module, a prescription inquiry module, a prescription information module, a report generation module, a review module, a screen-loading module and a number-calling module. Aiming at the phenomenon that the conventional pharmacy checks prescription medicines mainly based on manual checking, the invention can effectively solve the problems of low checking efficiency, low accuracy, troublesome data statistics, incapability of detecting contraindications of medicines and the like, can greatly improve the efficiency and realize integrated services of medicine checking, screen display and voice number calling, has the characteristics of networking, datamation, informatization and the like, and provides a convenient way for complex operation work of the pharmacy.

Background

With the large-scale application of information technology in the medical field, many hospitals deploy own HIS (hospital information system), so that the internal information of the hospitals is effectively and conveniently managed, and an intelligent pharmacy plays a very important role in the management; the existing intelligent pharmacy has a perfect system in the aspect of medicine dispensing control, the process of checking and dispensing medicines is still carried out manually, the manual checking and dispensing prescription is quite unchanged, firstly, pharmacy personnel are not doctors, the contraindication of medicines is not well known, and the contraindicated medicine matching cannot be found in a plurality of medicines. Secondly, the manual review speed is very slow, the efficiency is low, and the phenomenon of repeated review after one review often occurs. Finally, when the number of medicines in one prescription is large, manual review often makes mistakes, which causes unnecessary disputes.
In order to provide services for the masses better, the work flows need to be integrated, the sequence of each link is combed, a detection mechanism is formulated, and the work is carried out according to the flows.

With reference to fig. 1, the checking, screen-loading and number-calling system based on the intelligent pharmacy comprises three subsystems, namely a checking subsystem, an inner screen subsystem and an outer screen number-calling subsystem. The system comprises an authority login module, a prescription scanning module, a prescription detailed list module, an auditing completion module, a prescription inquiry module, a prescription information module, a report generation module, a rechecking completion module, a screen-on module and a number calling module;
the right login module is connected with the prescription scanning module, and all operations of the system need to be logged in by a user first, otherwise, the operation is not authorized;
the scanning gun device is connected with the prescription scanning module and is responsible for scanning the bar code on the prescription or the bar code on the medicine to the prescription scanning module;
the prescription scanning module is connected with the prescription detailed list module and the prescription information module, and after reading the bar code, the prescription scanning module performs different operations according to the length of the bar code and interacts with the database; the prescription information module is responsible for displaying the information of the prescription;
the prescription detailed list module is connected with the auditing module in the auditing subsystem, displays the information of the medicines in the prescription read by the prescription scanning module, and transmits the information of the medicines to the auditing module according to the information of the medicines read by the prescription scanning module; the inner screen subsystem is connected with the review module and is responsible for displaying the read information of the medicines in the prescription;
the auditing module is connected with the auditing completion module, audits according to the information in the prescription detailed list module, and checks the medicine taboo algorithm of the medicines in the prescription to ensure that the medicines in the prescription are not affected; when the medicines in the prescription are checked, displaying or changing the quantity in the list;
the audit completion module is connected with the prescription detailed list module and the report generation module, displays audit prescription information completed today, and can also select a piece of audit information to be sent to the prescription detailed list module for display; and the checked prescription can be recorded into the database; the report generation module can select different time ranges to export corresponding workload statistical tables;

With reference to fig. 1 and 2, an auditing screen-loading number-calling system based on an intelligent pharmacy comprises a scanning gun device 00 capable of acquiring a prescription or medicine bar code, an authority login module 01, a prescription scanning module 02, a prescription detailed list module 03, an auditing module 04, an auditing completion module 05, a prescription inquiry module 06, a prescription information module 07, a report generation module 08, a review module 09, a screen-loading module 10 and a number-calling module 11;
the scanning gun device 00 can scan the bar code on the prescription or the medicine package and send the bar code to the prescription scanning module 02; medical staff can add and delete the user by logging in the module 01 through the authority; then, the prescription scanning module 02 receives the bar code information sent by the scanning gun device 00, and processes different digits by detecting the automatic line feed character so as to distinguish whether the input end is a prescription bar code or a medicine bar code.
When the prescription bar code is input, the bar code comparison is carried out through the database to find out the corresponding prescription, the medicine contraindication detection is carried out on the prescription through an eighteen-anti-nineteen algorithm, if no contraindication collocation exists, the prescription information in the database including doctors, prescription posts, prescription digits and patient names is displayed in the prescription information module 07, and the prescription detailed list including the information of medicine ID, medicine quantity, medicine specification, medicine name and the like is displayed in the prescription detailed list module 03.
When the input is the medicine bar code, the medicine number of the corresponding medicine in the prescription detail module 03 is reduced by one by comparing the medicine table in the database every time the medicine bar code is input until the scanning is finished. In order to prevent new medicines from being bar-coded, when the rarely-used medicines are encountered, the specified medicines can be directly audited and finished by double-clicking the mouse, so that the auditing progress is not influenced.
When the audit is completed, if an error occurs in the audit process, the prescription is returned to the superior system, if the error does not occur, the record is added to the audit completion module 05, the workload is counted, and the contents such as prescription information and the like can be checked by clicking the corresponding audit record.
Then, the operation process of the system enters an inner screen subsystem, which is similar to that of an auditing subsystem, but only needs to check each medicine and only needs to check the medicine in each prescription to complete the detection; the prescription is sent to the review module 09 through the scanning device 00 module, if an error is found in the review, the prescription is returned to the superior system, and if no problem exists, the flag bit in the database is set and the workload is recorded.
When the flag bit corresponding to the prescription in the database is set, the database is accessed at regular time through a timer, and the name of the patient is displayed on an external screen by an upper screen module 10 in an external screen subsystem, so that the patient is prompted to take the medicine through a medicine taking window; meanwhile, the number calling statement is sent to the voice database through Socket communication, and corresponding information is broadcasted through calling the voice database, so that the number calling effect is achieved.
The report generation module 08 queries the specified information from the signboard information database 09 through the database operation module 07 to form data that the user cares about, and generates the report file 11.
