本发明涉及家具制造领域，具体涉及一种L型金属网格门及其制作方法，所述L型金属网格门包括金属网格和金属卡槽，所述金属网格为L型，金属卡槽为长条状，两个金属卡槽在转角处通过插入金属卡槽空腔中的L型金属配件连接，金属网格嵌于金属卡槽中。本专利产品可在厨房和其他家具的转角处使用，应用范围广泛，开启了转角柜的新方式，结构、材质更加新颖，透气性好，开启方向可根据实际空间范围进行调整，敞口比一般箱体大，便于物品的取放。

技术领域
本发明涉及家具制造领域，具体涉及一种L型金属网格门及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有厨柜拐角的处理，一般采用倒圆、斜角处理等，但是随着时代潮流的不断变化，还需要在新颖性、材质、间架等方面不断改进。现有箱体大多采用单面开启的方式，敞口较小，且透气性不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足，提供一种L型金属网格门及其制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种L型金属网格门，包括金属网格和金属卡槽，所述金属网格为L型，金属卡槽为长条状，两个金属卡槽在转角处通过插入金属卡槽空腔中的L型金属配件连接，金属网格嵌于金属卡槽中。
优选地，所述金属卡槽设有一方形空腔，垂直于方形空腔设有一卡口，与卡口相连通之处设有一圆形空腔；金属网格通过卡口与金属卡槽相连，圆形空腔内填充有用于固定的塑料软条，使其更加稳固，不易晃动。
优选地，所述金属网格的厚度为1.2 mm。
制作所述的一种L型金属网格门的方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将金属网格型材折成90 QUOTE L型制成金属网格；
（2）制作金属卡槽，在转角处将两个金属卡槽斜切45 QUOTE 后通过插入方形空腔的L型金属配件拼合，再使用螺丝固定；
（3）金属网格嵌于金属卡槽的卡口中固定成型，同时在圆形空腔中用塑料软条填充固定。
优选地，步骤（1）所述的金属网格的转弯处表面做棱角处理。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本产品可在厨房和其他家具的转角处使用，应用范围广泛，开启了转角柜的新方式，结构、材质更加新颖，透气性好，开启方向可根据实际空间范围进行调整，敞口比一般箱体大，便于物品的取放。

具体实施方式
为更好理解本发明，下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步描述，以下实施例仅是对本发明进行说明而非对其加以限定。
产品结构：
一种L型金属网格门，包括金属网格1和金属卡槽2，金属网格1为L型，金属卡槽2为长条状，两个金属卡槽2在转角处通过插入金属卡槽2空腔中的L型金属配件连接，金属网格1嵌于金属卡槽中。当将L型金属网格门应用于箱体上时，如图1所示，金属框4镶嵌在待安装金属网格门的箱体3上作为装饰，其转弯端口处链接处理，其内由一层隔板分割，可以分类储物，充分利用空间；金属网格1通过轴心用金属连接件与金属框4活动连接，金属网格1、金属卡槽2、箱体3和金属框4共同构成一个封闭的立方体结构。金属框4在转角处是将两块金属条斜切45°后无缝拼合而成，这样工艺更加精致，比直拼的更加美观；金属网格1为L型，厚度为1.2 mm；如图2所示，金属卡槽2设有一方形空腔21，垂直于方形空腔设有一卡口22，与卡口22相连通之处设有一圆形空腔23；金属网格1通过卡口22与金属卡槽2相连，圆形空腔23内填充有用于固定的塑料软条。
制作方法：
制作所述的应用于箱体上的L型金属网格门的方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将金属网格型材折成90 QUOTE L型制成金属网格1，转弯处表面做棱角处理；
（2）制作金属卡槽2，在转角处将两个金属卡槽2斜切45 QUOTE 后通过插入方形空腔的L型金属配件拼合，再使用螺丝固定；
（3）金属网格1嵌于金属卡槽2的卡口22中固定成型，同时在圆形空腔23中用塑料软条填充固定；
（4）将金属框4通过背面的倒刺及粘合胶水镶嵌于箱体3上，箱体3内部还固定连接有平行于底面的隔板，金属框4由金属条组成，在转角处将两个金属条斜切45 QUOTE 后无缝拼合；
（5）金属框4上设置轴心，金属网格1通过轴心用金属连接件与金属框4活动连接。

Claims (5)

1.一种L型金属网格门，其特征在于：包括金属网格(1)和金属卡槽(2)，所述金属网格(1)为L型，金属卡槽(2)为长条状，两个金属卡槽(2)在转角处通过插入金属卡槽(2)空腔中的L型金属配件连接，金属网格(1)嵌于金属卡槽(2)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种L型金属网格门，其特征在于：所述金属卡槽(2)设有一方形空腔(21)，垂直于方形空腔设有一卡口(22)，与卡口(22)相连通之处设有一圆形空腔(23)；金属网格(1)通过卡口(22)与金属卡槽(2)相连，圆形空腔(23)内填充有用于固定的塑料软条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种L型金属网格门，其特征在于：所述金属网格(1)的厚度为1.2mm。
4.制作权利要求1～3任一项所述的一种L型金属网格门的方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)将金属网格型材折成90°L型制成金属网格(1)；
(2)制作金属卡槽(2)，在转角处将两个金属卡槽(2)斜切45°后通过插入方形空腔(21)的L型金属配件拼合，再使用螺丝固定；
(3)金属网格(1)嵌于金属卡槽(2)的卡口(22)中固定成型，同时在圆形空腔(23)中用塑料软条填充固定。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种L型金属网格门的制作方法，其特征在于：步骤(1)所述的金属网格(1)的转弯处表面做棱角处理。
