Abstract

本发明公开一种有梭织机用塑料合金打梭棒及其制备方法。该打梭棒包括采用塑料合金制备而成的打梭棒基体(1),通过连接件(3)固定安装在打梭棒基体前端一侧的采用塑料合金制备而成的打击镶块(2);所述打梭棒基体(1)、打击镶块(2)均采用注射成型方式制备而成。本发明采用塑料合金制备的打梭棒基体具有强韧耐用的特点,而打击镶块则具有质韧、耐打、不开裂、硬度低、噪音小、自润滑高、耐磨、且可以更换的特点,实现只更换打击镶块而大幅降低打棒成本的目的。可更换的打击镶块硬度只有70D,不但噪音低,也有效地保护皮结,提高皮结寿命。塑料合金打棒失效后可以回收粉碎再用,具有可回收性,因此其性价比高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种有梭织机用塑料合金打梭棒及其制备方法。
背景技术
打梭棒是有梭织机最重要的器材零件,归属于易损件。梭子的高速往复送纬运动是通过打梭棒投打梭子和接限梭子来实现的。打梭棒的打击运动,要求其具有高强度,优良的耐冲击性能和疲劳断裂性能。由于打梭棒归属于易损件,要求其具有寿命长、便于维修更换、使用成本低的特点,还要求其对配对件皮结有减轻伤害的作用。
目前市场上的打梭棒基本上全部是层压木打梭棒(如图1所示),个别有硬质实木打梭棒。层压木打梭棒是传统产品,几十年来其生产工艺方法没有明显的变化,但其存在的质量技术缺点一直没被有效地解决,一直没有找到有效的材料替代方案,尤其是科学技术发展到今天,其质量工艺技术缺点愈加突出。其质脆硬度高达85D,与皮结的打击面易分层开裂、易起刺成尖棱。硬度高噪音大,分层开裂、起刺尖棱对皮结刀剁式打击会严重损伤皮结,不得不频繁更换皮结。层压木打棒易损,且损坏后不具有可回收性,因此,其性价比低。
现有技术层压木打梭棒的生产工艺方法如下:
原木剥层——烘晒干——刷胶——凉晒干——摆层——热压机压制——锯条——机加工。
可以看出其主要工艺特点是以手工劳动为主的加工方法,效率低,锅炉和热压胶固化都有污染,被环保限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的正是针对上述现有技术中所存在的不足之处而提供一种有梭织机用塑料合金打梭棒及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可通过下述技术措施来实现:
本发明的有梭织机用塑料合金打梭棒包括采用塑料合金制备而成的打梭棒基体,通过连接件固定安装在打梭棒基体前端一侧的采用塑料合金制备而成的打击镶块。
本发明沿所述打梭棒基体长度方向加工有若干个减重孔或减重凹槽。
本发明的制备方法步骤如下:
a、打梭棒基体的制备:按重量百分比取的作为基材的PA66或PA6 60-70%、作为增强剂的玻纤15-20%、作为增韧剂的热塑性弹性体5-10%、作为相容剂的马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯5-10%、作为润滑剂填料的硬质酸锌0.5-1%和作为辅剂的1010抗氧剂0.1-0.5%、HZ-1抗静电剂0.5-1%、CTS60抗浮纤剂1-2%,经高速搅拌,挤出造料,烘干,做出塑料合金粒料,备用;且上述原料的重量百分比之和为百分之百;
b、打击镶块的制备:按重量百分比取的作为基材的聚乙烯20-50%、超高分子量聚乙烯40-70%、作为增强剂的芬纶纤维3-5%、作为相容剂的马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯3-5%和作为辅剂的1010抗氧剂0.1-0.5%、HZ-1抗静电剂0.5-1%,经高速搅拌,挤出造料,烘干,做出塑料合金粒料,备用;且上述原料的重量百分比之和为百分之百;
c、采用注射成型制备打梭棒基体;
d、采用注射成型制备打击镶块;
e、组装。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明采用塑料合金制备的打梭棒基体具有强韧耐用的特点,而打击镶块则具有质韧、耐打、不开裂、硬度低、噪音小、自润滑高、耐磨、且可以更换的特点,实现只更换打击镶块而大幅降低打棒成本的目的。可更换的打击镶块硬度只有70D,不但噪音低,也有效地保护皮结,提高皮结寿命。塑料合金打棒失效后可以回收粉碎再用,具有可回收性,因此其性价比高。另外,由于本发明采用塑料挤出造粒和塑料注射成型,是一种无污染、高效的工艺技术方法。

具体实施方式
本发明以下将结合实施例(附图)作进一步描述:
如图3、4所示,本发明的有梭织机用塑料合金打梭棒包括采用塑料合金制备而成的打梭棒基体1,通过连接件3固定安装在打梭棒基体前端一侧的采用塑料合金制备而成的打击镶块2,且沿所述打梭棒基体长度方向加工有若干个减重孔或减重凹槽4。
本发明的制备方法步骤如下:
a、打梭棒基体的制备:按重量百分比取的作为基材的PA66或PA6 60-70%、作为增强剂的玻纤15-20%、作为增韧剂的热塑性弹性体5-10%、作为相容剂的马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯5-10%、作为润滑剂填料的硬质酸锌0.5-1%和作为辅剂的1010抗氧剂0.1-0.5%、HZ-1抗静电剂0.5-1%、CTS60抗浮纤剂1-2%,经高速搅拌,挤出造料,烘干,做出塑料合金粒料,备用;且上述原料的重量百分比之和为百分之百。

Claims (3)

1.一种有梭织机用塑料合金打梭棒,其特征在于:它包括采用塑料合金制备而成的打梭棒基体(1),通过连接件(3)固定安装在打梭棒基体前端一侧的采用用塑料合金制备而成的打击镶块(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有梭织机用塑料合金打梭棒,其特征在于:沿所述打梭棒基体长度方向加工有若干个减重孔或减重凹槽(4)。
3.一种用于制备权利要求1所述打梭棒的方法,其特征在于:所述方法步骤如下:
a、打梭棒基体的制备:按重量百分比取的作为基材的PA66或PA6 60-70%、作为增强剂的玻纤15-20%、作为增韧剂的热塑性弹性体5-10%、作为相容剂的马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯5-10%、作为润滑剂填料的硬质酸锌0.5-1%和作为辅剂的1010抗氧剂0.1-0.5%、HZ-1抗静电剂0.5-1%、CTS60抗浮纤剂1-2%,经高速搅拌,挤出造料,烘干,做出塑料合金粒料,备用;且上述原料的重量百分比之和为百分之百;
