as can be seen from the comparison of the wear conditions of FIGS. 4-7 and 9, the diamond-shaped impact bar (FIG. 4-7) can easily observe the wear condition and change the impact surface in time, and the round impact bar (FIG. 9) can not directly observe the position of the wear; the service life of the same counterattack rod is greatly prolonged by continuously replacing the counterattack surface, and the utilization rate of the material can be improved only by abrasion on the circumference of the counterattack rod, so that the use cost of a client is reduced;
2) Sand formation rate and grain shape comparison:
as shown in figure 2 when the prismatic counterattack bar is installed and works, after being ejected out of a rotor body, materials are impacted with the prismatic counterattack bar into surface impact, so that the impact area of the materials is increased, the counterattack (the backward movement after the materials impact the counterattack surface) of the materials and the materials which are continuously ejected from the rotor form secondary or more impact, the impact frequency of the materials is increased, the yield is increased, and the material is impacted for countless times, so that the edges and corners of the materials are mutually rubbed, the material particles are prismatic, and better particles are obtained;
the round impact rod is arranged as shown in figure 8, after the materials are ejected from the rotor body, the materials impact the round impact rod in a round manner, only a small part of the materials have impact, the impact of the materials is limited, even most of the materials slide down and are discharged outside the whirling cavity, the impact frequency of the materials is reduced, even more mutual friction between edges and corners of the materials cannot be obtained, and the phenomena of low yield, poor grain shape and the like are caused.
