本发明涉及的是一种耐寒网线,属于数据电缆线技术领域。
背景技术
随着互联网技术的发展和普及,网线的应用越来越广,网线的使用量越来越大,且因使用环境的不同,网线结构也各式各样;目前网线往往是圆形线缆,但是对于在贴墙布置,尤其是布置在地面或地毯下面布置,这种圆形线缆就很不合适,使用不便;另外现有的网线耐寒性能较差,布置在地面或室外的网线容易受到低温的影响,容易因低温导致绝缘层或护套等橡塑材料变质,性能降低,最终影响网线数据的传送质量和效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种结构组成简单,使用方便可靠,适合贴墙或地面布线使用,能耐寒,使传送数据性能稳定的耐寒网线。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种耐寒网线,它包括四对信号线一字排置后用外护套组合而成,所述的每对信号线均由两根金属芯线外加一根地线用PE层包覆而成,在四对信号线的外面用耐寒PVC制成所述的外护套。
作为优选:所述的每根金属芯线由七股铜丝或镀铜铝线绞合而成,并在每根金属芯线外面包覆绝缘层,另在PE层外面包覆有一层屏蔽层。
本发明属于对现有技术的改进,它具有结构组成简单,使用方便可靠,适合贴墙或地面布线使用,能耐寒,使传送数据性能稳定等特点。

下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1所示,本发明所述的一种耐寒网线,它包括四对信号线1一字排置后用外护套2组合而成,所述的每对信号线1均由两根金属芯线3外加一根地线4用PE层5包覆而成,在四对信号线1的外面用耐寒PVC制成所述的外护套2。
图中所示,所述的每根金属芯线3由七股铜丝或镀铜铝线绞合而成,并在每根金属芯线3外面包覆绝缘层,另在PE层外面包覆有一层屏蔽层6。

1.一种耐寒网线,它包括四对信号线(1)一字排置后用外护套(2)组合而成,其特征在于所述的每对信号线(1)均由两根金属芯线(3)外加一根地线(4)用PE层(5)包覆而成,在四对信号线(1)的外面用耐寒PVC制成所述的外护套(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐寒网线,其特征在于所述的每根金属芯线(3)由七股铜丝或镀铜铝线绞合而成,并在每根金属芯线(3)外面包覆绝缘层,另在PE层(5)外面还包覆有一层屏蔽层(6)。
