本发明公开了一种大功率LED发光元件,包括元件主体,所述元件主体由设置在该元件主体底部的透明罩及设置在透明罩顶部的底座构成的,该种大功率LED发光元件,改进了原有产品散热缓慢、成本费高和使用寿命较短的特点,本新型大功率LED发光元件具有散热效率高、成本费较低和使用寿命较长的特点,在本发明大功率LED发光元件中设有散热装置,包括散热片和冷却管,冷却管中装有绝缘冷却液,能够较大的吸收热量,散热片增加了散热面积,采用双重散热原理,提高了散热效率,设有光学透镜和反光层,在LED发光元件工作时将光束进行集中,就减少使用多个LED元件来增强发光的情况,降低了成本费,给人们带来了较大的帮助。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED元件设备技术领域,具体为一种大功率LED发光元件。
背景技术
它是半导体二极管的一种,可以把电能转化成光能,发光二极管与普通二极管一样是由一个PN结组成也具有单向导电性,当给发光二极管加上正向电压后,从P区注入到N区的空穴和由N区注入到P区的电子,在PN结附近数微米内分别与N区的电子和P区的空穴复合,产生自发辐射的荧光,不同的半导体材料中电子和空穴所处的能量状态不同,当电子和空穴复合时释放出的能量多少不同,释放出的能量越多,则发出的光的波长越短,常用的是发红光、绿光或黄光的二极管,发光二极管的反向击穿电压大于5伏,它的正向伏安特性曲线很陡,使用时必须串联限流电阻以控制通过二极管的电流。
但现有的技术中,为了提高LED照明灯的亮度,采用大功率的LED照明灯,当LED照明灯功率较大时,发热大,不及时迅速散热,会降低灯具的寿命,现有大功率LED发光元件存在耗电高、热量大、污染环境的缺点,而且使用寿命短,成本费高,目前大功率LED照明射灯因大多外形尺寸偏大,与传统的灯具灯壳不匹配,无法替换传统卤素光源;且忽略了导热设计使LED结温升高、光衰严重、可靠性降低等缺陷,目前,多个大功率LED发光元件进行并联、串联,而在使用过程中只要其中一个LED发光元件短路或损坏,都将会导致整个LED灯具的LED发光元件熄灭,影响照明效果。
所以,如何设计一种大功率LED发光元件,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种大功率LED发光元件,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种大功率LED发光元件,包括元件主体,所述元件主体由设置在该元件主体底部的透明罩及设置在透明罩顶部的底座构成的,且所述透明罩与所述底座紧密焊接,所述透明罩的底部设有上盖、疏水圈和光学透镜,且所述上盖嵌入设置于所述透明罩中,所述光学透镜嵌入设置于所述上盖中,所述底座的内部设有驱动电源和驱动电源脚针,且所述驱动电源嵌入设置于所述底座中,所述驱动电源脚针贯穿设置于所述底座中,所述透明罩的内部设有散热装置、LED发光元件和反光层,且所述散热装置嵌入设置于所述透明罩中,所述LED发光元件与所述驱动电源电性连接,所述反光层与所述散热装置通过胶水固定连接。
进一步的,所述透明罩的侧面设有透气孔,且所述透气孔嵌入设置于所述透明罩中。
进一步的,所述底座的底部设有密封圈,且所述密封圈嵌套设置于所述底座中。
进一步的,所述LED发光元件的顶部设有铜基板,且所述LED发光元件与所述铜基板通过胶水固定连接。
进一步的,所述散热装置的内部设有散热片和冷却管,且所述散热片嵌入设置于所述散热装置中,所述冷却管贯穿设置于所述散热片中。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该种大功率LED发光元件,改进了原有产品散热缓慢、成本费高和使用寿命较短的特点,相比于原有产品,本发明大功率LED发光元件具有散热效率高、成本费较低和使用寿命较长的特点,在本大功率LED发光元件中设有散热装置,包括散热片和冷却管,冷却管中装有绝缘冷却液,能够较大的吸收热量,散热片增加了散热面积,采用双重散热原理,提高了散热效率,设有光学透镜和反光层,在LED发光元件工作时,将光束进行集中,就减少使用多个LED元件来增强发光的情况,降低了成本费,给人们带来了较大的帮助,也使得本产品在市场上得到更广泛的应用。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种大功率LED发光元件,包括元件主体1,所述元件主体1由设置在该元件主体1底部的透明罩3及设置在透明罩3顶部的底座6构成的,且所述透明罩3与所述底座6紧密焊接,所述透明罩3的底部设有上盖4、疏水圈11和光学透镜12,且所述上盖4嵌入设置于所述透明罩3中,所述光学透镜12嵌入设置于所述上盖4中,所述底座6的内部设有驱动电源16和驱动电源脚针7,且所述驱动电源16嵌入设置于所述底座6中,所述驱动电源脚针7贯穿设置于所述底座6中,所述透明罩3的内部设有散热装置8、LED发光元件14和反光层13,且所述散热装置8嵌入设置于所述透明罩3中,所述LED发光元件14与所述驱动电源16电性连接,所述反光层13与所述散热装置8通过胶水固定连接。
进一步的,所述透明罩3的侧面设有透气孔2,且所述透气孔2嵌入设置于所述透明罩3中,所述透气孔2将散热装置8吸收的热量散出到空气中,起到辅助散热的作用。
进一步的,所述底座6的底部设有密封圈5,且所述密封圈5嵌套设置于所述底座6中,所述密封圈5防止空气、杂物和水进入到元件主体1内部损坏构件。
进一步的,所述LED发光元件14的顶部设有铜基板15,且所述LED发光元件14与所述铜基板15通过胶水固定连接,所述铜基板15有良好的导热性,防止LED发光元件14温度过高被损坏。
进一步的,所述散热装置8的内部设有散热片9和冷却管10,且所述散热片9嵌入设置于所述散热装置8中,所述冷却管10贯穿设置于所述散热片9中,所述冷却管10和散热片9对元件主体1内部进行冷却降温,防止高温损坏装置结构。
本发明提到的散热装置8是指有活动叶片、转轴和散热孔组成的,起到快速散热的作用。
工作原理:首先,工作人员需要检查元件主体1是否出现故障或破损,接着将各个构件组装到一起,然后将驱动电源脚针7连接到电源,这时电源通过驱动电源脚针7进入到驱动电源16,在驱动电源16中将家用直流电转化为LED发光元件14适合的电压,电流通过电源线进入到LED发光元件14中,使LED发光元件14工作发光,透明罩3内部设有的反光层13将光束反射向上盖4中,上盖4内部设有的光学透镜12将光束再次进行集中发射出去,LED发光元件14工作时会产生大量的热量,这时散热装置8会吸收过多的热量,散热装置8内部设有的冷却管10和散热片9对多余的热量进行冷却散热,通过透气孔2散出,在上盖4中设有的疏水圈11会防止空气中的水进入到透明罩3的内部损坏装置构件。

1.一种大功率LED发光元件,包括元件主体(1),其特征在于:所述元件主体(1)由设置在该元件主体(1)底部的透明罩(3)及设置在透明罩(3)顶部的底座(6)构成的,且所述透明罩(3)与所述底座(6)紧密焊接,所述透明罩(3)的底部设有上盖(4)、疏水圈(11)和光学透镜(12),且所述上盖(4)嵌入设置于所述透明罩(3)中,所述光学透镜(12)嵌入设置于所述上盖(4)中,所述底座(6)的内部设有驱动电源(16)和驱动电源脚针(7),且所述驱动电源(16)嵌入设置于所述底座(6)中,所述驱动电源脚针(7)贯穿设置于所述底座(6)中,所述透明罩(3)的内部设有散热装置(8)、LED发光元件(14)和反光层(13),且所述散热装置(8)嵌入设置于所述透明罩(3)中,所述LED发光元件(14)与所述驱动电源(16)电性连接,所述反光层(13)与所述散热装置(8)通过胶水固定连接。
