技术领域
本实用新型涉及于LED照明技术领域,特别是涉及一种大角度发光LED灯泡。
背景技术
发光二极管简称为LED,由含镓(Ga)、砷(As)、磷(P)、氮(N)等的化合物制成。它是半导体二极管的一种,可以把电能转化成光能。发光二极管与普通二极管一样是由一个PN结组成,也具有单向导电性。当给发光二极管加上正向电压后,从P区注入到N区的空穴和由N区注入到P区的电子,在PN结附近数微米内分别与N区的电子和P区的空穴复合,产生自发辐射的荧光。不同的半导体材料中电子和空穴所处的能量状态不同。当电子和空穴复合时释放出的能量多少不同,释放出的能量越多,则发出的光的波长越短。
随着LED照明技术的进步,LED灯具以其节能、寿命长、绿色环保等优点逐步取代传统的照明领域的白织灯、节能灯,被人们所接受和认可。但市面上的大多数LED灯泡都是半罩的灯泡,如图1所示,图1为现有技术中LED灯泡的结构示意图,专利号为201620558943.0的中国专利,公开了一种LED灯泡,包括灯头螺帽100、连接于所述灯头螺帽上端的灯座200、安装于所述灯座200中的LED光源结构、固定罩设于所述灯座200上的透光罩300,还包括设于所述灯座200内并与所述LED光源结构电连接的驱动装置。该结构的LED灯泡中,所述透光罩300为半球形,而LED光源结构设置在所述灯座200中,照明时灯光只能通过所述半球形的透光罩200射出,其发光角度不大,发光指向性较强,局部太亮,使人眼睛感觉不舒服易产生视觉疲劳。在当今生活质量越来越高的社会中,对照明用的LED灯泡不仅要具有全方向性且光强分布均匀。美国2009年发布了LED照明的新标准,在标准中规定了全方向LED灯泡的光强分布要求在灯泡侧下区270度的范围内发光强度均匀且明亮;顶部90度的范围内光通量不能太小,因此,现时的LED灯泡仍然存在很大的改进空间。
实用新型内容
基于此,本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种照射角度大、亮度均匀的大角度发光LED灯泡。
一种大角度发光LED灯泡,包括灯头、灯罩、LED驱动电源、至少一个LED发光二极管和导热柱;所述导热柱中空,所述LED驱动电源内置于导热柱的内腔中;所述LED发光二极管固定在导热柱的外表面并与所述LED驱动电源电连接;所述导热柱的一端与所述灯头固接,所述LED驱动电源与所述灯头电连接;所述灯罩罩设在所述导热柱外且与所述灯头固接,将导热柱完全封闭在灯罩中。该结构的LED灯泡中的LED发光二极管焊接在导热柱上,由于导热柱在灯罩的内部空间竖立,LED发光二极管完全不受遮挡,使所有LED发光二极管的照射能力最大限度地发挥出来,其照射角度大而亮度均匀。
进一步地,所述导热柱为圆柱形,多个LED发光二极管固设在导热柱的柱面上。在该形状的导热柱的表面设置LED发光二级管可使灯光照射的角度更大。
进一步地,所述导热柱外部具有多个非共面,多个LED发光二极管分别固设在该多个非共面上。在该形状的导热柱的表面设置LED发光二级管可使灯光向多个角度照射。
进一步地,还包括PCB软板,多个LED发光二极管焊接在所述PCB软板上,所述PCB软板敷贴在所述导热柱外表面并与所述LED驱动电源电连接。通过PCB软板连接各个LED发光二极管,是其更便于安装和维修。
进一步地,所述导热柱开设有连通其内腔与外界的通槽,所述LED驱动电源通过电源线穿过该通槽与所述PCB软板电连接。进一步地,所述导热柱与灯头螺纹连接。该结构的导热柱易于拆装。
进一步地,所述导热柱内腔灌有导热胶,将所述LED驱动电源密封在导热柱内。导热胶具有卓越的抗冷热交变性能、耐老化性能和电绝缘性能,并有优异的防潮、抗震、耐电晕、抗漏电性能和耐化学介质性能,灌有导热胶的导热柱使灯泡的耐用性更高。
进一步地,所述灯罩的封闭端为球形,开口端远离球形中心延伸形成与灯头连接的开口。该结构的灯罩能让发光二极管的灯光照射角度更大。
进一步地,所述灯罩与灯头通过钉头机压接在一起。该设置使灯罩和灯头的连接更稳固,不易松脱。
相比于现有技术,本实用新型所述的大角度发光LED灯泡中的LED发光二极管焊接在导热柱上,由于导热柱在灯罩的内部空间竖立,该设置的LED发光二极管不受任何遮挡,使其灯光照射角度广,而且亮度均匀,视觉效果舒服而不易疲劳,所述导热柱起到支撑LED发光二极管和散热的作用,其结构简单,成本低廉,使用寿命长。

如图2、图3和图4所示,图2为本实用新型所述大角度发光LED灯泡实施例1的结构示意图,图3为本实用新型所述大角度发光LED灯泡实施例1的爆炸图。一种大角度发光LED灯泡,包括灯头1、灯罩2、LED驱动电源3、至少一个LED发光二极管4和导热柱5;所述导热柱5中空,所述LED驱动电源3内置于导热柱5的内腔中;所述LED发光二极管4固定在导热柱5的外表面并与所述LED驱动电源3电连接;所述导热柱5的一端与所述灯头1固接,所述LED驱动电源3与所述灯头1电连接;所述灯罩2罩设在所述导热柱5外且与所述灯头1固接,将导热柱5完全封闭在灯罩2中。该结构的LED灯泡中的LED发光二极管4焊接在导热柱5上,由于导热柱5在灯罩2的内部空间竖立,LED发光二极管4完全不受遮挡,使所有LED发光二极管4的照射能力最大限度地发挥出来,其照射角度大而亮度均匀。
具体地,所述导热柱5为圆柱形,多个LED发光二极管4均匀固定在导热柱5的圆柱面上,其中,包括导热柱5的顶面。均匀分布在圆柱体表面的LED发光二极管4分别朝向不同的角度,使用了该结构的LED灯光照射角度大,亮度均匀。
优选地,本实用新型还包括PCB软板6,多个LED发光二极管4焊接在所述PCB软板6上,然后将所述PCB软板6敷贴在所述导热柱5外表面并将其与所述LED驱动电源3电连接。
所述导热柱5开设有连通其内腔与外界的通槽51,所述LED驱动电源3通过电源线穿过该通槽51与所述PCB软板6电连接。巧妙利用了导热柱5的内腔以及PCB软板6的应用,简化了电路,节省内部空间,使LED灯泡内部的结构设计更加简洁合理。
优选地,所述导热柱5与灯头1螺纹连接,该连接方式便于导热柱5的拆装,提高生产效率。所述导热柱5内腔灌有导热胶,将所述LED驱动电源4密封在导热柱5内。所述灯罩2的封闭端为球形,开口端远离球形中心延伸形成与灯头1连接的开口,该形状的灯罩2不会遮挡发光二极管4所发出的光线,使LED灯泡的照射角度尽可能的大。所述灯罩2与灯头1通过钉头机压接在一起,使其结构更加稳固,不会轻易松脱,提高了LED灯泡的质量。

如图5和图6所示,图2为本实用新型所述大角度发光LED灯泡实施例2的结构示意图,图6为实施例2中所述导热柱的局部剖视图。一种大角度发光LED灯泡,包括灯头1、灯罩2、LED驱动电源3、至少一个LED发光二极管4和导热柱5;所述导热柱5中空,所述LED驱动电源3内置于导热柱5的内腔中;所述LED发光二极管4固定在导热柱5的外表面并与所述LED驱动电源3电连接;所述导热柱5的一端与所述灯头1固接,所述LED驱动电源3与所述灯头1电连接;所述灯罩2罩设在所述导热柱5外且与所述灯头1固接,将导热柱5完全封闭在灯罩2中。该结构的LED灯泡中的LED发光二极管4焊接在导热柱5上,由于导热柱5在灯罩2的内部空间竖立,LED发光二极管4完全不受遮挡,使所有LED发光二极管4的照射能力最大限度地发挥出来,其照射角度大而亮度均匀。
具体地,所述导热柱5外部具有多个非共面,多个LED发光二极管分别固设在该多个非共面上,其中,包括导热柱5的顶面。均匀分布在多个非共面的LED发光二极管4分别朝向不同的角度,使用了该结构的LED灯光照射角度大,亮度均匀。
优选地,本实用新型还包括PCB软板6,多个LED发光二极管4焊接在所述PCB软板6上,然后将所述PCB软板6敷贴在所述导热柱5外表面并将其与所述LED驱动电源3电连接。
所述导热柱5开设有连通其内腔与外界的通槽51,所述LED驱动电源3通过电源线穿过该通槽51与所述PCB软板6电连接。巧妙利用了导热柱5的内腔以及PCB软板6的应用,简化了电路,节省内部空间,使LED灯泡内部的结构设计更加简洁合理。
优选地,所述导热柱5与灯头1螺纹连接,该连接方式便于导热柱5的拆装,提高生产效率。所述导热柱5内腔灌有导热胶,将所述LED驱动电源4密封在导热柱5内。所述灯罩2的封闭端为球形,开口端远离球形中心延伸形成与灯头1连接的开口,该形状的灯罩2不会遮挡发光二极管4所发出的光线,使LED灯泡的照射角度尽可能的大。所述灯罩2与灯头1通过钉头机压接在一起,使其结构更加稳固,不会轻易松脱,提高了LED灯泡的质量。
工作时,将所述灯头1接上电源,电源通过灯头1输入LED驱动电源3从而驱动焊接在PCB软板6上的发光二极管4,由于导热柱5的形状特点,多个发光二极管4朝向可不同的角度,使得本实用新型所述的LED灯泡照射角度大,亮度均匀。
相比于现有技术,本实用新型所述的大角度发光LED灯泡中的LED发光二极管焊接在导热柱上,由于导热柱在灯罩的内部空间竖立,该设置的LED发光二极管不受任何遮挡,使其灯光照射角度广,而且亮度均匀,视觉效果舒服而不易疲劳,所述导热柱起到支撑LED发光二极管和散热的作用,其结构简单,成本低廉,使用寿命长。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:包括灯头、灯罩、LED驱动电源、至少一个LED发光二极管和导热柱;所述导热柱中空,所述LED驱动电源内置于导热柱的内腔中;所述LED发光二极管固定在导热柱的外表面并与所述LED驱动电源电连接;所述导热柱的一端与所述灯头固接,所述LED驱动电源与所述灯头电连接;所述灯罩罩设在所述导热柱外且与所述灯头固接,将导热柱完全封闭在灯罩中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述导热柱为圆柱形,多个LED发光二极管固设在导热柱的柱面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述导热柱外部具有多个非共面,多个LED发光二极管分别固设在该多个非共面上。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:还包括PCB软板,多个LED发光二极管焊接在所述PCB软板上,所述PCB软板敷贴在所述导热柱外表面并与所述LED驱动电源电连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述导热柱开设有连通其内腔与外界的通槽,所述LED驱动电源通过电源线穿过该通槽与所述PCB软板电连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述导热柱与灯头螺纹连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述导热柱内腔灌有导热胶,将所述LED驱动电源密封在导热柱内。
8.根据权利要求7所述的大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯罩的封闭端为球形,开口端远离球形中心延伸形成与灯头连接的开口。
9.根据权利要求8所述的大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯罩与灯头通过钉头机压接在一起。
