Abstract
本发明涉及装饰布技术领域,尤其是一种高强度室外装饰布,它包括经线、纬线,经线、纬线编织而成,所述的经线由芳纶、氨纶、聚乙烯纤维混纺而成,纬线由芳纶、涤纶、聚酯纤维混纺而成,其中经线中芳纶纱、氨纶纱、聚乙烯纤维纱的重量比为5:2:3,纬线中的芳纶纱、涤纶纱、聚酯纤维纱的重量比为3:1:4。本发明所得到的一种高强度室外装饰布,通过合理的经线、纬线的材料配比,能极大的提高了经线、纬线的牢固和强度,且不影响作为装饰布的使用性能;而且对于各个经线、纬线中各种成份的细度的限定,能确保整个纱线的牢度。同时经线、纬线的角度的限定,能极大的提高经线、纬线之间的各个方向的应力,稳定性更高。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰布技术领域,尤其是一种高强度室外装饰布。
背景技术
现有技术中的室外装饰布由于使用的环境为室外,其收到天气条件的影响较大,在日晒、雨淋、风吹的情况下,尤其是雨水中还存在一些化学元素,极易造成室外装饰布腐烂、牢度降低,寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种强度高、室外使用寿命长的高强度室外装饰布。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种高强度室外装饰布,它包括经线、纬线,经线、纬线编织而成,所述的经线由芳纶、氨纶、聚乙烯纤维混纺而成,纬线由芳纶、涤纶、聚酯纤维混纺而成,其中经线中芳纶纱、氨纶纱、聚乙烯纤维纱的重量比为5:2:3,纬线中的芳纶纱、涤纶纱、聚酯纤维纱的重量比为3:1:4。
作为优化,经线中的芳纶纱为2.5dtex,氨纶纱为1.3dtex,聚乙烯纤维纱为3.4dtex;纬线中的芳纶纱3.8dtex,涤纶纱1.4dtex,聚酯纤维纱为2.8dtex。
所述的经线与纬线之间的夹角为30-45°。
本发明所得到的一种高强度室外装饰布,通过合理的经线、纬线的材料配比,能极大的提高了经线、纬线的牢固和强度,且不影响作为装饰布的使用性能;而且对于各个经线、纬线中各种成份的细度的限定,能确保整个纱线的牢度。同时经线、纬线的角度的限定,能极大的提高经线、纬线之间的各个方向的应力,稳定性更高。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种高强度室外装饰布,它包括经线、纬线,经线、纬线编织而成,所述的经线由芳纶、氨纶、聚乙烯纤维混纺而成,纬线由芳纶、涤纶、聚酯纤维混纺而成,其中经线中芳纶纱、氨纶纱、聚乙烯纤维纱的重量比为5:2:3,纬线中的芳纶纱、涤纶纱、聚酯纤维纱的重量比为3:1:4。
经线中的芳纶纱为2.5dtex,氨纶纱为1.3dtex,聚乙烯纤维纱为3.4dtex;纬线中的芳纶纱3.8dtex,涤纶纱1.4dtex,聚酯纤维纱为2.8dtex。
所述的经线与纬线之间的夹角为30°。

1.一种高强度室外装饰布,其特征是:它包括经线、纬线,经线、纬线编织而成,所述的经线由芳纶、氨纶、聚乙烯纤维混纺而成,纬线由芳纶、涤纶、聚酯纤维混纺而成,其中经线中芳纶纱、氨纶纱、聚乙烯纤维纱的重量比为5:2:3,纬线中的芳纶纱、涤纶纱、聚酯纤维纱的重量比为3:1:4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度室外装饰布,其特征是:经线中的芳纶纱为2.5dtex,氨纶纱为1.3dtex,聚乙烯纤维纱为3.4dtex;纬线中的芳纶纱3.8dtex,涤纶纱1.4dtex,聚酯纤维纱为2.8dtex。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高强度室外装饰布,其特征是:所述的经线与纬线之间的夹角为30-45°。
