Abstract

本发明涉及装饰布技术领域，尤其是一种高强度室外装饰布，它包括经线、纬线，经线、纬线编织而成，所述的经线由芳纶、氨纶、聚乙烯纤维混纺而成，纬线由芳纶、涤纶、聚酯纤维混纺而成，其中经线中芳纶纱、氨纶纱、聚乙烯纤维纱的重量比为5：2：3，纬线中的芳纶纱、涤纶纱、聚酯纤维纱的重量比为3：1：4。本发明所得到的一种高强度室外装饰布，通过合理的经线、纬线的材料配比，能极大的提高了经线、纬线的牢固和强度，且不影响作为装饰布的使用性能；而且对于各个经线、纬线中各种成份的细度的限定，能确保整个纱线的牢度。同时经线、纬线的角度的限定，能极大的提高经线、纬线之间的各个方向的应力，稳定性更高。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰布技术领域，尤其是一种高强度室外装饰布。
背景技术
现有技术中的室外装饰布由于使用的环境为室外，其收到天气条件的影响较大，在日晒、雨淋、风吹的情况下，尤其是雨水中还存在一些化学元素，极易造成室外装饰布腐烂、牢度降低，寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种强度高、室外使用寿命长的高强度室外装饰布。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种高强度室外装饰布，它包括经线、纬线，经线、纬线编织而成，所述的经线由芳纶、氨纶、聚乙烯纤维混纺而成，纬线由芳纶、涤纶、聚酯纤维混纺而成，其中经线中芳纶纱、氨纶纱、聚乙烯纤维纱的重量比为5：2：3，纬线中的芳纶纱、涤纶纱、聚酯纤维纱的重量比为3：1：4。
作为优化，经线中的芳纶纱为2.5dtex，氨纶纱为1.3dtex，聚乙烯纤维纱为3.4dtex；纬线中的芳纶纱3.8dtex，涤纶纱1.4dtex，聚酯纤维纱为2.8dtex。
所述的经线与纬线之间的夹角为30-45°。
本发明所得到的一种高强度室外装饰布，通过合理的经线、纬线的材料配比，能极大的提高了经线、纬线的牢固和强度，且不影响作为装饰布的使用性能；而且对于各个经线、纬线中各种成份的细度的限定，能确保整个纱线的牢度。同时经线、纬线的角度的限定，能极大的提高经线、纬线之间的各个方向的应力，稳定性更高。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1：
本实施例描述的一种高强度室外装饰布，它包括经线、纬线，经线、纬线编织而成，所述的经线由芳纶、氨纶、聚乙烯纤维混纺而成，纬线由芳纶、涤纶、聚酯纤维混纺而成，其中经线中芳纶纱、氨纶纱、聚乙烯纤维纱的重量比为5：2：3，纬线中的芳纶纱、涤纶纱、聚酯纤维纱的重量比为3：1：4。
经线中的芳纶纱为2.5dtex，氨纶纱为1.3dtex，聚乙烯纤维纱为3.4dtex；纬线中的芳纶纱3.8dtex，涤纶纱1.4dtex，聚酯纤维纱为2.8dtex。
所述的经线与纬线之间的夹角为30°。

1.一种高强度室外装饰布，其特征是：它包括经线、纬线，经线、纬线编织而成，所述的经线由芳纶、氨纶、聚乙烯纤维混纺而成，纬线由芳纶、涤纶、聚酯纤维混纺而成，其中经线中芳纶纱、氨纶纱、聚乙烯纤维纱的重量比为5：2：3，纬线中的芳纶纱、涤纶纱、聚酯纤维纱的重量比为3：1：4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度室外装饰布，其特征是：经线中的芳纶纱为2.5dtex，氨纶纱为1.3dtex，聚乙烯纤维纱为3.4dtex；纬线中的芳纶纱3.8dtex，涤纶纱1.4dtex，聚酯纤维纱为2.8dtex。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高强度室外装饰布，其特征是：所述的经线与纬线之间的夹角为30-45°。
