Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention comprises a fixed bracket 1, a first connecting rod 2, a second connecting rod 3, a handle 4, a first pin 5, a second pin 6, a lock hook 7, a first spring 8, a second spring 9, a first rotating shaft 10, a second rotating shaft 11 and a third rotating shaft 12, wherein the first pin 5 and the second pin 6 are fixed on the second connecting rod 3, the second connecting rod 3 is hinged with the first connecting rod 2 through the first rotating shaft 10, the second connecting rod 3 can rotate around the first rotating shaft 10, the second rotating shaft 11 is fixed on the fixed bracket 1, the first connecting rod 2 is hinged with the second rotating shaft 11 and can rotate around the second rotating shaft 11, the handle 4 is hinged on the second rotating shaft 11, the second pin 6 is positioned in a sliding groove 13 of the handle 4, the second spring 9 is hooked between the handle 4 and the fixed bracket 1, and the lock hook 7 is fixed on the fixed bracket 1 through the third rotating shaft 12 and rotates around the third rotating shaft 12; the first spring 8 is sleeved on the third rotating shaft 12, the first spring 8 applies clockwise force to the lock hook 7, a limiting column 14 is arranged on the outer side of the lock hook 7 below the third rotating shaft 12, the limiting column 14 is fixed on the fixed support 1, and the limiting column 14 limits the rotation angle of the lock hook 7.
The working process and principle of the invention are as follows:
the second pin shaft 6 rotates in the chute 13 of the handle 4 and can slide; the handle 4 and the first connecting rod 2 are limited in mutual positions through the second spring 9 and are positioned at a rear locking position through a blocking point of the fixed bracket 1; the lock hook 7 is fixed on the fixed bracket 1 through a third rotating shaft 12 and rotates around the third rotating shaft 12; the first spring 8 limits the rotation and return of the latch hook 7.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, when the occupant pushes the handle 4 forward, the first connecting rod 2, the second connecting rod 3 and the handle 4 are fixed together through the second spring 9, the first rotating shaft 10, the second rotating shaft 11 and the second pin shaft 6, and do not rotate relatively, and rotate forward around the second rotating shaft 11 together, in the rotating process, the first pin shaft 5 contacts with the lock hook 7 to push the lock hook 7 to rotate, when the first pin shaft 5 passes over the top of the lock hook 7, the handle 4 contacts with a blocking point on the fixed support 1, the first spring 8 resets the lock hook 7 to lock the first pin shaft 5, and the handle 4 is located at the front end locking position.
There are two ways of unlocking the handle:
1) Pushing handle: as shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the occupant pushes the handle 4 backward, the handle 4 rotates backward, the latch hook 7 is kept stationary due to the action of the first spring 8, the first pin 5 slides along the edge of the latch hook 7, the second pin 6 slides rotationally in the chute 13 of the handle 4, the second link 3 rotates with the first link 2, the first link 2 rotates with the handle 4, and after the first pin 5 passes over the top of the latch hook 7, the first link 2, the second link 3 and the handle 4 are reset to each other and move to the rear locking position in an integral form due to the action of the second spring 9;
2) Rotating lock hook: as shown in fig. 8, other devices may be connected to the latch hook 7 to rotate the latch hook 7, the handle assembly is unlocked, the handle 4, the first link 2, and the second link 3 are returned to the rear locking position in an integral form due to the action of the second spring 9, and the latch hook 7 is reset after unlocking due to the action of the first spring 8.
