When the object is not gripped by the jig, the opening and closing member 14 comes into contact with the pressing piece 16 and pushes up the pressing piece 16 to separate the pressing piece 16 from the suction hole portion, so that air leakage occurs. At the moment, the pressure changes, and the suction device automatically senses and gives an alarm. Therefore, the function of automatically detecting whether to clamp the object is realized.
