The movable flatcar adopts a standard railway locomotive wheel pair to simulate the constant-speed operation working condition of the rail milling and grinding vehicle, and can be realized in a test factory, thereby solving the problems of large space, harsh test conditions, short test window, more personnel involved and the like required by actual on-line milling operation. The debugging is more convenient, the debugging efficiency is improved, and the debugging cost is saved.
The milling operation unit, the operation control cabinet, the hydraulic system, the operation console and other mechanisms are reasonably arranged, the actual operation environment is simulated, and the problems of difficult training of operation operators, complex training conditions, inconvenient site and the like are solved. The invention ensures that personnel training is more efficient, training subjects are conveniently and pertinently designed, training space is convenient, and safety is higher.
The universal milling unit detection platform is constructed by paving standard steel rails and designing low-constant-speed mobile flatcar, can be used as a universal detection platform for detecting function/performance indexes of a milling operation unit, and further can be used as an authentication standard detection mechanism.
The invention has the main beneficial effects as follows:
firstly, a track is paved in a test workshop according to railway standards, so that an operation line can be truly simulated, the vehicle section scheduling limit is avoided, the debugging is safe and convenient, the line window limit is avoided, and a sufficient time guarantee and line running foundation is provided for the debugging of a milling operation unit;
secondly, a movable flatcar is used for simulating a rail milling and grinding car vehicle system, a standard locomotive wheel pair is adopted to ensure that the running is consistent with the actual running, the constant speed control meets the operation speed requirement, the whole cost is low, the structure is simple, the implementation is easy, and the milling operation effect is ensured;
thirdly, based on the operation principle of the steel rail milling and grinding vehicle, the milling operation unit is reliably and fixedly arranged on the mobile platform, meanwhile, components such as an operation control cabinet, a hydraulic system and an operation control console are reasonably arranged, all processes of milling operation can be completed on the test platform, the debugging and operator training efficiency of the milling operation unit can be greatly improved, the service cycle of delivering users is shortened, and the delivering efficiency is improved with lower cost;
finally, the test platform based on the invention can truly simulate the milling operation line, working condition, operation environment and the like of the rail milling and grinding vehicle, the milling operation effect on the test platform can be evaluated as a real effect, the milling operation algorithm and the control logic are optimized according to the evaluation result, the whole vehicle debugging time can be greatly shortened, the cost is greatly saved, and the test platform has great significance in improving the total assembly debugging efficiency of the rail milling and grinding vehicle.
