Abstract
The invention discloses a facing glaze removing dental handpiece which comprises a handpiece shell, an eccentric shaft, a transmission body and a mounting sleeve, wherein the mounting sleeve is positioned in the handpiece shell, one end of the transmission body is in transmission fit with the side part of the mounting sleeve, the eccentric shaft is in transmission fit with the other end of the transmission body, and the eccentric shaft can enable the mounting sleeve to axially move through the transmission body. When the dental handpiece is used, the grinding needle is arranged on the mounting sleeve, and an operator enables the abrasive sheet of the grinding needle to extend into the space between two teeth. And starting the dental handpiece, rotating the eccentric shaft, and driving the mounting sleeve to axially move through the transmission body, so that the abrasive sheet of the grinding turning needle linearly moves, and removing glaze on the tooth surface. The dental handpiece is time-saving and labor-saving in operation and long in service life.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical instrument for dentistry, in particular to a dental handpiece for face stripping.
Background
In dental treatment or tooth beautification, it is often necessary to unglaze adjacent surfaces of two adjacent teeth. The current face stripping tool commonly used by dentists is the manual stripping grinder shown in fig. 1. During operation, a dentist holds the handle of the tool, so that the abrasive sheet stretches into the space between two teeth to rub back and forth, and stripping is realized. The operation mode has long stripping operation time and high labor intensity of operators.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to provide an overface stripping dental handpiece which solves at least one of the above problems.
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a facial stripping dental handpiece, comprising a handpiece housing, an eccentric shaft, a driving body and a mounting sleeve, the mounting sleeve being located in the handpiece housing, one end of the driving body being in driving engagement with a side portion of the mounting sleeve, the eccentric shaft being in driving engagement with the other end of the driving body, the eccentric shaft being capable of axially moving the mounting sleeve through the driving body. Thus, the dental handpiece is used with the grinding needle mounted on the mounting sleeve, and the operator stretches the abrasive sheet of the grinding needle between the teeth. And starting the dental handpiece, rotating the eccentric shaft, and driving the mounting sleeve to axially move through the transmission body, so that the abrasive sheet of the grinding turning needle linearly moves, and removing glaze on the tooth surface.
In some embodiments, the outer wall of the mounting sleeve is provided with a sliding groove, and one end of the transmission body is positioned in the sliding groove. Therefore, the end part of the transmission body can move back and forth in the sliding groove, so that the power of the eccentric shaft is decomposed into axial power and vertical axial power, the axial power is transmitted to the mounting sleeve to enable the mounting sleeve to move axially, and the vertical axial power is converted into the motion of the transmission body in the sliding groove. Through the decomposition of the motion, the axial motion of the installation sleeve is realized, and the abrasion of the transmission body and the installation sleeve can be reduced to the greatest extent.
In some embodiments, a first workpiece for reducing friction coefficient is arranged between the upper side and the lower side of the transmission body and the sliding groove. Therefore, the arrangement of the first workpiece is beneficial to reducing the abrasion between the transmission body and the sliding groove and prolonging the service life of the dental handpiece.
In some embodiments, the first workpiece includes a plurality of balls, and the upper and lower sides of the transmission body are provided with mounting holes, and the plurality of balls are disposed in the mounting holes. Therefore, the structure of the dental handpiece can be simplified by adopting the balls, and the dental handpiece is convenient to produce, assemble and maintain.
In some embodiments, the plurality of mounting holes are multiple, and the plurality of balls are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of mounting holes, so that the balls have better rolling effect.
In some embodiments, the end face of the eccentric shaft is provided with an eccentric hole, the other end of the transmission body is inserted into the eccentric hole, and a second workpiece for reducing the friction coefficient is arranged between the transmission body and the eccentric hole. Therefore, the arrangement of the second workpiece is beneficial to reducing the abrasion of the eccentric hole and the transmission body and prolonging the service life of the dental handpiece.
In some embodiments, the second workpiece includes a cylindrical cage having a plurality of through holes formed therein and a plurality of balls disposed in the plurality of through holes. Therefore, the cylindrical retainer can limit the positions of a plurality of balls, so that the balls have better rolling effect, the structure of the dental handpiece can be simplified, and the dental handpiece is convenient to produce, assemble and maintain.
In some embodiments, the outer wall of the mounting sleeve is provided with an axial guide groove, and the inner wall of the machine head shell is provided with guide beads which are matched with the guide groove, so that the mounting groove is provided with a limiting guide function.
In some embodiments, the driving body comprises a driving shaft and a driving block which are connected, the driving block is matched with the mounting sleeve, and the driving shaft is matched with the eccentric shaft, so that the driving body is matched with the eccentric shaft and the mounting sleeve.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the dental handpiece realizes tooth face glaze removal through the axial movement of the mounting sleeve and the back and forth movement of the grinding lathe needle. The power of the dental handpiece is pneumatic or electric, so that the operation is time-saving and labor-saving. The eccentric shaft and the mounting sleeve are respectively matched with the transmission body, the transmission body moves in the sliding groove of the mounting sleeve, and the axial movement of the mounting sleeve is realized through the decomposition of the movement, so that the abrasion of the transmission body and the mounting sleeve can be reduced to the greatest extent.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Figures 2-5 schematically illustrate an illustrated facial stripping dental handpiece according to one embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the facial stripping dental handpiece comprises a handpiece housing 1, an eccentric shaft 2, a transmission body 3 and a mounting sleeve 4. One end of the transmission body 3 is in transmission fit with the side part of the mounting sleeve 4, the eccentric shaft 2 is in transmission fit with the other end of the transmission body 3, and the eccentric shaft 2 can enable the mounting sleeve 4 to axially move through the transmission body 3.
The mounting sleeve 4 is positioned in the handpiece housing 1. An axial guide groove 42 is formed in the outer wall of the mounting sleeve 4, guide beads 11 are arranged on the inner wall of the machine head shell 1, and the guide beads 11 can rotate freely. The guide beads 11 are matched with the guide grooves 42, so that the axial movement of the mounting sleeve 4 is smoother.
As shown in fig. 4, the transmission body 3 includes a transmission shaft 32 and a transmission block 33 connected to each other, and the transmission block 33 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The transmission block 33 is matched with the mounting sleeve 4, and the transmission shaft 32 is matched with the eccentric shaft 2. The transmission body 3 is an integral forming mechanism.
The outer wall of the installation sleeve 4 is provided with a sliding groove 41, and the sliding groove 41 is perpendicular to the central axis of the installation sleeve 4. The transmission block 33 of the transmission body 3 is located in the chute 41. A first workpiece 5 for reducing the friction coefficient is arranged between the upper side and the lower side of the transmission block 33 of the transmission body 3 along the axial direction of the mounting sleeve 4 and the sliding groove 41. The first workpiece 5 includes a plurality of balls, and the transmission block 33 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 31, and the plurality of balls are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of mounting holes 31.
In other embodiments, the first workpiece 5 may be replaced by another workpiece capable of reducing the friction coefficient, which is typically provided with balls, such as a linear bearing.
An eccentric hole is formed in the end face of the eccentric shaft 2, and the eccentric hole is axially arranged. The transmission shaft 32 of the transmission body 3 is inserted into the eccentric hole, so that the eccentric transmission connection of the transmission body 3 and the eccentric shaft 2 is realized. A second workpiece 6 for reducing the coefficient of friction is arranged between the drive shaft 32 and the eccentric bore.
As shown in fig. 5, the second workpiece 6 includes a cylindrical holder 61 and a plurality of balls, the cylindrical holder 61 is provided with a plurality of through holes 62, and the plurality of balls are provided in the plurality of through holes 62. In other embodiments, the second workpiece 6 may be replaced by another workpiece capable of reducing the coefficient of friction, which is typically provided with balls, such as a swivel bearing.
One end of the eccentric shaft 2, which is away from the transmission body 3, is connected with a main shaft 7, and the two are connected in a transmission way. The main shaft 7 is driven by electric or pneumatic power.
The dental handpiece is used by mounting the grinding needle on the mounting sleeve 4, and an operator stretches the abrasive sheet of the grinding needle between two teeth. The dental handpiece is started, the eccentric shaft 2 rotates, the mounting sleeve 4 is driven to axially move by the transmission body 3, and further the abrasive sheet of the grinding lathe needle moves linearly, so that the tooth face glaze is removed.
When the dental handpiece works, the transmission shaft 32 moves back and forth in the sliding groove 41, so that the power of the eccentric shaft 2 is decomposed into axial power and vertical axial power, the axial power is transmitted to the mounting sleeve 4 to enable the mounting sleeve to axially move, and the vertical axial power is converted into the motion of the transmission shaft 32 in the sliding groove 41. By the decomposition of the movement, an axial movement of the mounting sleeve 4 is achieved and the wear of the transmission body 3 and the mounting sleeve 4 can be reduced to the greatest extent.

Claims (4)
1. The face glaze removing dental handpiece is characterized by comprising a handpiece shell (1), an eccentric shaft (2), a transmission body (3) and a mounting sleeve (4), wherein the mounting sleeve (4) is positioned in the handpiece shell (1), one end of the transmission body (3) is in transmission fit with the side part of the mounting sleeve (4), the eccentric shaft (2) is in transmission fit with the other end of the transmission body (3), and the eccentric shaft (2) can enable the mounting sleeve (4) to axially move through the transmission body (3);
the outer wall of the mounting sleeve (4) is provided with a sliding groove (41), and one end of the transmission body (3) is positioned in the sliding groove (41);
a first workpiece (5) for reducing the friction coefficient is arranged between the upper side and the lower side of the transmission body (3) and the sliding groove (41);
the first workpiece (5) comprises a plurality of balls, mounting holes (31) are formed in the upper side and the lower side of the transmission body (3), and the balls are arranged in the mounting holes (31);
an eccentric hole is formed in the end face of the eccentric shaft (2), the other end of the transmission body (3) is inserted into the eccentric hole, and a second workpiece (6) for reducing friction coefficient is arranged between the transmission body (3) and the eccentric hole;
the second workpiece (6) comprises a cylindrical retainer (61) and a plurality of balls, the cylindrical retainer (61) is provided with a plurality of through holes (62), and the balls are respectively arranged in the through holes (62).
2. The facial stripping dental handpiece of claim 1, wherein the plurality of mounting holes (31) are provided in a plurality of ball bearings in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of mounting holes (31).

The temporary stripping dental handpiece according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer wall of the mounting sleeve (4) is provided with an axial guiding groove (42), the inner wall of the handpiece housing (1) is provided with guiding beads (11), and the guiding beads (11) are matched with the guiding groove (42).

A facial stripping dental handpiece according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the transmission body (3) comprises a transmission shaft (32) and a transmission block (33) connected, the transmission block (33) being fitted with the mounting sleeve (4), the transmission shaft (32) being fitted with the eccentric shaft (2).
