Abstract
The invention discloses a mattress heating layer regulated by air, which comprises a supporting layer and two main functional layers arranged in the middle of the supporting layer. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the temperature and humidity problems of the mattress are fundamentally solved, and the body can sleep under a proper condition all the time.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bedding articles, in particular to a mattress heating layer.
Background
Over 85% of common diseases in human beings have direct or indirect relation with the ambient temperature and humidity, and one third of the life of the human beings is spent in bed, so that people can improve the sleeping environment by various methods.
Traditional sleep temperature improving modes and defects:
1. an air conditioner. Strictly speaking, the air conditioner solves the problems that the indoor temperature is not the temperature of mattress in sleeping environment, but the temperature is not thoroughly solved although the temperature is correspondingly improved, and meanwhile, the energy consumption is high, and if the air conditioner is used for a long time, legionella is caused to suffer from air conditioning diseases.
2. And (5) a water heating blanket. The external pump is adopted to heat or cool the water and then the temperature of the water is changed through the conduction of the hoses distributed in the water heating blanket. The defects are that: if the water scale deposition is not used for a long time, the pipeline is blocked; the conduction effect is affected by the extrusion of the conduction hose in sleeping position; hidden danger of internal liquid leakage exists; the service life is not long.
3. An electric blanket. The circuit wires in the blanket body are connected with the heating element to generate heat. The disadvantages are: electromagnetic radiation is present; the hidden danger of fire exists; is easy to get on fire; the service life is not long.
4. Hand warmer and hot water bag. The disadvantages are: the starting use temperature is higher, and the risk of scalding is caused; the temperature holding time is not long.
Traditional method for improving sleeping environment humidity and deficiency:
1. and (5) airing and removing moisture. Although airing is the best method to solve the problem of mattress wetting, it is labor intensive due to the limitations of natural weather and sunning ground.

the mattress heating layer regulated by air comprises a supporting layer and two main functional layers arranged in the middle of the supporting layer; a main air duct is formed between the two main functional layers, and a peripheral air duct is formed between the two main functional layers and the supporting layer; the periphery of the supporting layer is provided with an air inlet, an upper air outlet, a side air outlet I, a side air outlet II, a side air outlet III and a side air outlet IV; the air inlet, the upper air outlet, the side air outlet I, the side air outlet II, the side air outlet III, the side air outlet IV and the middle part of the main air duct are respectively provided with an air door which is controlled independently, the main air duct is communicated with a peripheral air duct, the air inlet and the upper air outlet are communicated with the main air duct, the side air outlet I, the side air outlet II, the side air outlet III and the side air outlet IV are communicated with the peripheral air duct, and the air inlet is externally connected with a heating device; the main functional layer comprises a plurality of cube supporting blocks, a plurality of cuboid supporting blocks and a frame, wherein the cube supporting blocks are evenly paved on the upper portion and the lower portion of the main functional layer, and the cuboid supporting blocks are evenly paved on the middle portion of the main functional layer, wherein the volume of the cuboid supporting blocks is larger than that of the cube supporting blocks.

Further, the distance between two adjacent cubic support blocks is 10mm, the distance between two adjacent cuboid support blocks is 10mm, and the distance between two adjacent cubic support blocks and the cuboid support blocks is 10mm.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which are derived by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention, fall within the scope of protection of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a mattress heating layer regulated by air according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a support layer 1 and two main functional layers 2 disposed at the inner middle of the support layer 1; a main air duct 3 is formed between the two main functional layers 2, and a peripheral air duct 4 is formed between the two main functional layers 2 and the supporting layer 1; the periphery of the supporting layer 1 is provided with an air inlet 5, an upper air outlet 6, a side air outlet 7, a side air outlet 8, a side air outlet III 9 and a side air outlet IV 10; the air inlet 5, the upper air outlet 6, the side air outlet 7, the side air outlet 8, the side air outlet three 9, the side air outlet four 10 and the middle part of the main air duct are respectively provided with an air door 11 which is controlled independently, the main air duct 3 is communicated with the peripheral air duct 4, the air inlet 5 and the upper air outlet 6 are communicated with the main air duct 3, the side air outlet 7, the side air outlet 8, the side air outlet three 9 and the side air outlet four 10 are communicated with the peripheral air duct 4, and the air inlet 5 is externally connected with a heating device; the main functional layer 2 comprises a plurality of cube supporting blocks 12, a plurality of cuboid supporting blocks 13 and a frame 14, wherein the cube supporting blocks 12 are evenly paved on the upper portion and the lower portion of the main functional layer 2, the cuboid supporting blocks 13 are evenly paved on the middle portion of the main functional layer 2, and the volume of the cuboid supporting blocks 13 is larger than that of the cube supporting blocks 12.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the side length of the cubic support block 12 is 30mm, and the length, width and height of the dimensions of the rectangular support block 13 are 50mm, 30mm and 25mm respectively.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the distance between two adjacent cubic support blocks 12 is 10mm, the distance between two adjacent rectangular support blocks 13 is 10mm, and the distance between two adjacent cubic support blocks 12 and the rectangular support blocks 13 is 10mm.

The volume of the cuboid supporting block 13 is larger than that of the cuboid supporting block 12, in a specific embodiment, the side length of the cuboid supporting block 12 is 30mm, and the length, width and height of the cuboid supporting block 13 are 50mm, 30mm and 25mm respectively, so that the supporting force applied to the middle part of the body is larger, the sleeping quality is poor due to the fact that the supporting force is too much different from the stress of other parts of the body, and meanwhile collapse caused by the stress of the middle part of the mattress is avoided.
The air door 11 is also arranged in the middle of the main air duct 5, and in the sleeping process of the body, the adaptation degrees of different parts to the temperature are different, and the indication that the adaptation temperature of the upper part of the body is lower than the adaptation temperature of the lower part of the body is relatively thick and shallow is that, therefore, the air door 11 capable of controlling the main air duct 5 to circulate is arranged to control the air inlet and outlet, and the air door 11 is closed at proper time to keep the proper temperature of different parts of the body.
