Generally, in order to achieve certain test indexes, the car audio navigation host needs to connect the main board assembly with the housing so as to achieve the effect of reliable grounding. In the prior art, a mode of soldering and grounding by twisting pins is generally adopted, and the process is complicated. In the present embodiment, the U-frame 10 is further provided with a grounding strip 16, as shown in fig. 3, the grounding strip 16 locks the integrated modular PCB main board assembly 50 and the host bottom cover 60 to be grounded through screws.
As shown in fig. 3, the U frame 10 is further designed with two guiding and positioning pieces 17 with a height of 4mm and a 90 ° intersection, respectively, for guiding and positioning when the heat sink 70 is assembled, the 90 ° intersection of the guiding and positioning pieces 17 is used for guiding the installation of the heat sink 70 and positioning the front, rear, left and right positions of the heat sink 70, and the height of 4mm is used for positioning the longitudinal position of the heat sink 70.

Therefore, the internal interfaces of the host are easy to be numerous, the wire harnesses are messy, and the implementation of an automatic production method is very unfavorable.
In this embodiment, the integrated modular PCB board assembly 50 adopts a standardized modular design, that is, the integrated modular PCB board assembly 50 integrates each functional module into the PCB board assembly by SMT automatic mounting and reflow soldering. An integral modular jack is also employed that is assembled to the integral modular PCB motherboard assembly 50. The deck assembly 40 is connected to the integrated modular PCB motherboard assembly 50 by a flex cable.
Due to the design of mounting, guiding and positioning of the automatic assembly matching component, the assembly guiding of the automatic assembly and the stability of the component after being mounted are improved. In specific implementation, the manipulator takes the heat sink 70 out of a preset material storage place, for example, a packaging blister box on an automatic feeding machine, the manipulator turns over 90 degrees to move the heat sink 70 to an automatic hot oil scattering device to be coated with heat sink oil, then the manipulator turns over 90 degrees to move the heat sink 70 to an automatic tooling plate production line, and after aligning two 90-degree crossed heat sink guide positioning pieces 17, the heat sink is loaded into the U-shaped frame 10, the manipulator turns over an arm to absorb screws, and the heat sink is locked and fixed by using an electric screwdriver.

The automatic assembly mode solves the directionality of automatic assembly, namely the assembly of successive layer superposition from bottom to top conforms to the assembly process of the natural gravity rule vertical superposition type, simplifies the assembly action and the direction, is more convenient for leading in automatic production, reduces the complexity of multi-surface assembly and the action waste of back-and-forth direction conversion, increases the stability of automatic assembly, improves the automatic manufacturing capacity of product production, and achieves the aim of realizing automatic assembly.
